DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION[0015] Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, the drawings of the structural arrangement of the present invention, the invention herein is comprised of a main panel 1 and extension members 2 assembled to the lateral ends of the main panel 1, of which:
[0016] The said main panel 1 is a flat rectangular structure; a shallow recess 11 is formed into the upper extent of the main panel 1 and, furthermore, the recess 11 provides for the placement of a cloth towel or a disposable paper towel 3 of the same size that, furthermore, has an appropriately situated opening end 31; a cutaway 12 is contoured at the center between the lateral ends of the main panel 1 and, furthermore, disposed on the bottom end of the panel body is an arch-shaped straddle frame 13 for placement on the shoulders of the user such that when the main panel 1 rests on the shoulders of the user during utilization, the cutaway 12 is postured around the neck and does not cause user discomfort; a dimpled end pivot shaft 14 is situated at each of the two sides of the main panel 1 cutaway 12 to provide for the hinging of the two extension members 2.
[0017] Each of the said extension members 2 has a pair of insertive pivot shafts 21 at the lateral edge adjacent to the main panel 1 and, furthermore, the insertive pivot shafts 21 fit onto the dimpled end pivot shafts 14 at the two sides of the main panel 1, thereby hinging the extension members 2 to the lateral edges of the main panel 1 such that the extension members 2 are capable of folding upward and positioned flush against the main panel 1 (as shown in FIG. 3), thereby providing for a foldable paper holder.
[0018] The cloth towel or paper towel 3 (disposable-type) covering the upper extent of the main panel 1 is shaped like a wide-bordered enclosure and, furthermore, the folding section has an opening 31, with an adhesive section 32 next to the opening 31 that is attached to the opposite end to form a sealed arrangement which prevents the leakage of dyeing liquid.
[0019] The three additional embodiments of the invention herein are further elaborated below with reference FIG. 4, FIG. 5, and FIG. 6.
[0020] FIG. 4 is a pull-type paper holder, wherein the said main panel 1A has formed in each of its two sides a lengthy guide slot 15; each of the said extension members 2A have a slide block 22 projecting upward from their planar surfaces and, furthermore, the height of the slide blocks 22 is greater than the depth of the guide slots 15 such that the slide blocks 22 extend beyond the bottom end of the main panel 1; moreover, fastening holes 221 are formed on the slide blocks 22 for the installation of a washer S and screws P1 to the fastening holes 221 of each slide block 22 at the upper extent of the main panel 1A, the washers S serving as retaining components that prevent the dislodging of the slide blocks 22 and enable the reciprocal movement of the slide blocks 22 in the guide slots 15, thereby providing for a pull-type paper holder.
[0021] FIG. 5 is a turning-type paper holder, wherein the said main panel 1B has an insertion hole 16 formed in each of the two sides of the cutaway 12 and the said extension members 2B have through-holes 23, the positions of which correspond to that of the main panel 1B insertion holes 16, with a rivet P2 placed into each insertion hole 16 and through-hole 23 to pivotably conjoin the extension members 2B to the bottom surface of the main panel 1B such that the riveted areas function as support points enabling the outward and inward rotation of the extension members 2B, thereby providing for a turning-type paper holder.
[0022] FIG. 6 is an alignment-type paper holder, wherein the said main panel 1C has a stepped surface 17 extending from the bottom edge of the panel body along each of the two sides of the cutaway 12 and, furthermore, a plurality of locating tabs 171 are sequentially arrayed across the stepped surface 17; of a design that is the reverse of the main panel 1C, the said extension member 2C has a cutaway 12′ at the center and a stepped surface 25 along the bottom end of its planar body and at the position of extension member 2C alignment with the main panel 1C stepped surface 17, there are a plurality of attachment holes 24 that are sequentially arrayed to accommodate the aligned engagement of the locating tabs 17; as such, this provides for the aligned entry of the main panel 1C locating tabs 17 into the extension member 2C attachment holes 24 to affix the extension member 2C to the main panel 1C, thereby providing for an alignment-type paper holder.
[0023] As such, various types of extension members can be pivotably conjoined to the lateral ends of the said main panel as required by the particular situation of usage to construct a folding-type, a pull-type, a turning-type, or an alignment-type paper holder, with each type of paper holder remaining foldable to decrease storage space occupancy; furthermore, when the said types of paper holder are utilized for hair dyeing, they can be lifted towards the hair of person being groomed so that the dye being applied to the hair does not spill onto the floor, thereby preventing dirty floors and the associated difficulties; therefore, the present invention effectively achieves convenient storage, reduced space occupancy and, furthermore, floor spillage protection.
[0024] As indicated in FIG. 7, the invention herein can also be fabricated as a one-piece injection molded paper holder such that after injection molding, the main panel 1D is contiguous with the extension members 2D, a folding section 26 is formed between the main panel 1D and the extension members 2D and, furthermore, a cutaway 27 is formed in the center and equally divided on both sides of the folding section 26; to utilize, it is only necessary to tear apart the two members and position a cloth towel or a paper towel.
