Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] 1.a. This present invention relates to a Tennis Racket comprising an elliptical head design supporting a head frame and framing system angularly 45° mounted and rotated from the tennis racket head long axis or from the dynamic center of gravity with head framing supporting triple independent strings and strings channels with handle body-frame supporting a mechanical adjustable center of gravity and main frame damper systems.

[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art

[0004] 2.a. Tennis racket have became very popular in the last years for sport and exercises specially in young generation participation, at the same time and more particularly to improve the general tennis racket performances with new designs and improved light weight materials like carbon fiber, titanium and other combinations, improving new construction techniques and technologies providing a extra-long tennis rackets with or without integral framing system, strings tension configuration, improvements made over the frame cross sections, all possible improvements to reduce vibrations and control torsional elasticity and the most relevant and constantly improvement was made over the sweet-spot area and all combinations of above mentioned improvements.

[0005] 2.b. This part of the patent description of the related art represents to us a difficult challenge, our present invention related to a tennis racket who supports many mayor changes over the conventional tennis racket and other relevant technical improvement matters, we change the shape or in other words we technically re-shaped the head from conventional symmetrical oval egg-shaped designs to a original ellipse or elliptical figure whish is geometrically asymmetrical which is different and advantageous in comparison with the classic tennis rackets design, and after that we rotated in a 45° angle the all framing system from is original racket longitudinal axis or head frame long axis, this particular rotation represent the most advanced improvement in any tennis racket ever build and design, with this head framing system angularly rotated 45° we accommodated a 70 cm overall length tennis racket measured from the end of the handle and extend the dynamic center of gravity or center of percussion up to 54.5 cm measured from the end of the racket handle, with this particular measurement arrangement practically and technically its not available in any other conventional symmetrical tennis rackets.

[0006] 2.c. The other head frame and framing system differences between related arts and our present invention, in which is followed by the triple independent strings, in which the triple independent string channel system having an triple independent tension adjustable strings ranges, where each independent strings are located and parallelly mounted over the peripheral head frame and framing system, the central channel supports the named tensor main sole string, individually mounted in a horizontal and transversal directions from the longitudinal axis of the racket and crossing only over the central horizontal and vertical portion of the sweet-spot area and the center of the diagonal strings, the other two channels, supporting the second and third series of strings, diagonally aligned and parallelly crossing the horizontal and vertical main tensor string over the central sweet-spot area, the horizontal and vertical tensor main sole string opening 390 cm2 of primary concentrate triangular string configurations sweet-spot area, and simultaneously control the strings transmission of waves vibrations related to the head frame and framing system, energy transmitted to the ball, and control the expansion of the strings automatically, with this above particular features it's not available in any other conventional tennis racket.

[0007] 2.d. The neck section or throat, the difference between related arts and our present invention, in which our tennis racket supports a angular head frame and framing system configuration, this neck or throat section parts and components, technically represents the most relevant innovations of this tennis racket, and the basic element who makes it possible to extend the overall length of the racket to 70 cm and locate the dynamic center of gravity in 54.5 cm measured from the end of the handle, at the same time, supporting or holding those primary double asymmetrically arms or shaft designed in a angular position respect to the longitudinal axis of the racket, in which this primary arms or shaft extensions supporting through the throat section portion a double secondary symmetrically straight extension arms or shaft, this primary arms or shafts interconnecting with the bottom head long axis and the head right side short axis cross-section portions of the head frame and framing system of the racket, at the same time, the left primary arm or shaft portion interacts directly with the central bottom long axis head main frame and framing system, supporting the racket long axis head frame and framing system in 45° angle position, and supports at the same time the head framing long axis string systems in a angularly mounted configuration, at the same time, the right side primary arm or shaft portion interacts directly with the central right side short axis head main frame and framing system, supporting the racket right side head frame and framing system in 45° angle position, and supporting the head framing short axis strings system in a angularly mounted configuration, the secondary straight arms or shaft forms the single main throat-base shaft lower central portion of the tennis racket neck section, and interacts with the handle body-frame and damper systems, with this above particular advanced features are not available by any other tennis rackets.

[0008] 2.e. The handle section differences from the prior related arts and our present invention handle section systems, wherein the top portion of the handle support the throat-base shaft embedded inside the top portion of the handle body-frame, in which the main function is to damping or absorbing the framing system transmission of waves vibrations to the hand of the player, the end of the tennis racket handle body-frame support the fixation of the entirety tennis racket throat-base shaft system and support the mechanical adjustable knob which control the variable extension center of gravity of the tennis racket between 35 to 42 cm measured from the handle end, with this advanced future configurations not supported by any other tennis rackets.

[0009] Our principal interest is to present this invention to the tennis world players and all type of tennis products consumers a totally and revolutionary new concept state-of-the-art tennis racket,
