ROOF RADIATING ASSEMBLY

A roof radiating assembly has a pair of radiating plates, a pair of positioning blocks, and a cover plate. Each radiating plate has a plurality of corrugations, a pair of right-angled edges, a pair of straight plates, a pair of curved edges, and a pair of bevel ends. Each positioning block has a transverse bar, a longitudinal plate disposed on the transverse bar, two arm bars extending from the longitudinal plate, two end protrusions connected to the arm bars, and two curved recesses and two insertion slots defined by the longitudinal plate and the arm bars. Each insertion slot receives the corresponding bevel end of the radiating plate. The transverse bar is disposed on a hollow beam. A screw fastens the transverse bar and the hollow beam together. The cover plate covers the positioning blocks.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a roof radiating assembly. More particularly, the present invention relates to a roof radiating assembly which radiates heat of a house efficiently.

[0002] Referring to FIG. 1, a conventional roof radiating assembly has a pair of radiating plates 30, a pair of positioning blocks 41, and a pair of elongated bolts 5P. Each of the radiating plates 30 has a hood-shaped end 31, a straight portion 32, and a hook-shaped end 34 connected to the straight portion 32. One of the positioning blocks 41 is disposed on a bottom of the hood-shaped end 31. The hood-shaped end 31 of the radiating plate 30 has a center through aperture 35. Each of the positioning blocks 41 has a through hole 43 and a curved groove 42. One of the positioning blocks 41 is disposed on a hollow beam 10. One of the elongated bolts 5P passes through the center through aperture 35 of the hood-shaped end 31 of the radiating plate 30 and the through hole 43 of the positioning block 41, and one of the elongated bolts 5P is inserted in the hollow beam 10. An opening 33 is formed between the corresponding positioning block 41 and the corresponding hood-shaped end 31 of the radiating plate 30. It is dissfcult to match the center through aperture 35 of the hood-shaped end 31 of the radiating plate 30 and the through hole 43 of the positioning block 41 together.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] An object of the present invention is to provide a roof radiating assembly which radiates heat of a house efficiently.

[0004] Another object of the present invention is to provide a roof radiating assembly which has at least a radiating plate having a plurality of corrugations to eliminate a noise of rain which drops on the radiating plate.

[0005] Accordingly, a roof radiating assembly comprises a pair of radiating plates, a pair of positioning blocks disposed between the radiating plates, and a cover plate. Each of the radiating plates has a plurality of corrugations, a pair of right-angled edges, a pair of straight plates, a pair of curved edges, and a pair of bevel ends. Each of the positioning blocks has a transverse bar, a longitudinal plate disposed on the transverse bar, two arm bars extending from the longitudinal plate, two end protrusions connected to the arm bars, and two curved recesses and two insertion slots defined by the longitudinal plate and the arm bars. Each of the arm bars has a slant edge. Each of the insertion slots receives the corresponding bevel end of the radiating plate. The transverse bar has a threaded hole. The transverse bar is disposed on a hollow beam. A screw fastens the transverse bar and the hollow beam together through the threaded hole of the transverse bar. The cover plate has two elastic arm plates, a bottom opening, two convex end portions, and two grooves defined by the convex end portions. The cover plate covers the positioning blocks. The end protrusions of each positioning block are inserted in the grooves of the cover plate.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0010] Referring to FIG. 2 first, a roof radiating assembly comprises a pair of radiating plates 50, a pair of positioning blocks 60 disposed between the radiating plates 35, and a cover plate 70.

[0011] Each of the radiating plates 50 has a plurality of corrugations 55, a pair of right-angled edges 51, a pair of straight plates 52, a pair of curved edges 53, and a pair of bevel ends 54.

[0012] Each of the positioning blocks 60 has a transverse bar 61, a longitudinal plate 631 disposed on the transverse bar 61, two arm bars 63 extending from the longitudinal plate 631, two end protrusions 65 connected to the arm bars 63, and two curved recesses 632 and two insertion slots 64 defined by the longitudinal plate 631 and the arm bars 63.

[0013] Each of the arm bars 63 has a slant edge 633.

[0014] Each of the insertion slots 64 receives the corresponding bevel end 54 of the radiating plate 50.

[0015] The transverse bar 61 has a threaded hole 62.

[0016] The transverse bar 61 is disposed on a hollow beam 1. A screw P fastens the transverse bar 61 and the hollow beam 1 together through the threaded hole 62 of the transverse bar 61.

[0017] The cover plate 70 has two elastic arm plates 72, a bottom opening 71, two convex end portions 73, and two grooves 74 defined by the convex end portions 73.

[0018] The cover plate 70 covers the positioning blocks 60. The end protrusions 65 of each positioning block 60 are inserted in the grooves 74 of the cover plate 70.

[0019] Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, an assembly of a roof radiating assembly, an additional radiating plate 50, an additional positioning block 60, and an additional cover plate 70 is illustrated.

[0020] The corrugations 55 of the radiating plate 50 can eliminate a noise of rain which drops on the radiating plate 50.

[0021] A spacing (not shown in the figures) is formed between the radiating plate 50 and the cover plate 70 in order to radiate heat of a house efficiently.

[0022] The invention is not limited to the above embodiment but various modification thereof may be made. Further, various changes in form and detail may be made without departing from the scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A roof radiating assembly comprises:

a pair of radiating plates, a pair of positioning blocks disposed between the radiating plates, and a cover plate,
each of the radiating plates having a plurality of corrugations, a pair of right-angled edges, a pair of straight plates, a pair of curved edges, and a pair of bevel ends,
each of the positioning blocks having a transverse bar, a longitudinal plate disposed on the transverse bar, two arm bars extending from the longitudinal plate, two end protrusions connected to the arm bars, and two curved recesses and two insertion slots defined by the longitudinal plate and the arm bars,
each of the arm bars having a slant edge,
each of the insertion slots receiving the corresponding bevel end of the radiating plate,
the transverse bar having a threaded hole,
the transverse bar disposed on a hollow beam,
a screw fastening the transverse bar and the hollow beam together through the threaded hole of the transverse bar,
the cover plate having two elastic arm plates, a bottom opening, two convex end portions, and two grooves defined by the convex end portions,
the cover plate covering the positioning blocks, and
the end protrusions of each said positioning block inserted in the grooves of the cover plate.
