Description
THE TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present utility model relates to a vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag, and particularly relates to a vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag with the two-layer composite structure.

THE BACKGROUND ART

[0002] The traditional vacuum plastic bag being used now is usually made of the PE material with the strong air permeability, which leads to the entry of air into it even after the vacuum plastic bag being packaged for sometime and loosing the fresh-maintaining function. And then it is suggested that the material of the plastic bag should be the composite material, the inner layer of that is the non-poisonous PE (polyethylene) or PP (polypropylene), while the outer layer of that is made of the PA (polyamide) material without the air permeability. The vacuum bag sealer used in the family is in small volume and low power, therefore it is not possible to put the whole plastic bag into the vacuum chamber for vacuum-pumping. In this case, it is suggested to put the opening of the plastic bag into the vacuum chamber or extend the suction nozzle into the plastic bag for vacuum-pumping. The up and down layer of the common planar plastic bag are liable to be sticked together at the position near to the suction nozzle 6 while being vacuum pumped, which results to form the annular tape 7 (referencing the FIG. 6) and the air at the rear part of the annular tape can not be taken out.

THE INVENTIVE CONTENT

[0003] The purpose of this utility model is to provide a kind of vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag with the two-layer composite structure in order to improve the vacuum degree inside the packaging bag.

[0004] According to one aspect of this utility model, the vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag includes two layer thin film, and the opposite inner surface of each of the thin film is in the shape of the parallel concave-convex channel, and the channels of the two opposite inner surfaces are intersected with each other by the angle of 0°≦&agr;90° therebetween.

[0005] According to another aspect of this utility model, the vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag includes two layer thin film, and the two opposite inner surfaces both have the concave pits.

[0006] The recess direction of the said concave pits along the opposite inner surface is directed to the outside, and the pits of the two opposite inner surfaces are intersected or being faced each other.

[0007] The said film is in two layers, the inner layer thereof is made of the PE plastic while the outer layer is made of the PA plastic, the inner layer and the outer layer are pressed into the regularly arranged pits after they are recombined together, the size of the pits within each of the two opposite inner surfaces are the same and they are in different sizes between the two opposite inner surfaces, the width of the pits are disposed in proportion according to the distance between the pits.

[0008] The pits on each of the two opposite surfaces are regularly arranged without communication to each other.

[0009] In the present utility model, while the vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag is being vacuum pumped, since the channels and the pits of the two opposite inner surfaces are intersected to each other, the air is discharged to the outside of the bag along the channels as a result of not forming the suction region near the suction nozzle and greatly improving the vacuum degree of the packaging bag.

[0016] The FIG. 7 shows the structural view of the vacuum bag in the prior art.

THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The First Embodiment

[0017] As shown in the FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag includes two layer thin film, and the opposite inner surface of each of the thin film is in the shape of the parallel concave-convex channel, and the channels of the two opposite inner surfaces are intersected with each other by the angle of 0°<&agr;≦90° therebetween.

[0018] The film (1, 2) includes two layers (5, 6), the inner layer 5 is made of the PE plastic material, while the outer layer 6 is made of the PA plastic material, the inner layer 5 and the outer layer 6 are recombined into the concave-convex channel shape, the channels 3 are arranged in line, and the films (5, 6) are in a wavy shape, the channels 3 of the film 5 and film 6 are intersected to each other by the angle of 0°<&agr;≦90° therebetween after the films (5, 6) being packaged into the bag. The section of the above channels is in the triangle shape, and the distance between the channels 3 is the same, the channels 3 are attached to each other by a platform 4 having a central line, and the width of the channels 3 is smaller than distance between adjacent central lines of adjacent platforms 4 in order to make the channel 3 have enough rigidity and toughness.

The Second Embodiment

[0019] As shown in the FIGS. (3), (4), and (5), the vacuum fresh-maintaining plastic bag includes a two layer thin film, and the two opposite inner surfaces both have the concave pits. The recess direction of the said concave pits along the opposite inner surface is directed to the outside, and the pits of the two opposite inner surfaces are intersected or being faced each other. The said films (1, 2) are in two layers (5, 6), the inner layer 5 thereof is made of the PE plastic while the outer layer 6 is made of the PA plastic. The inner layer 5 and the outer layer 6 are pressed into the regularly arranged pits after they are recombined together. The pits on each of the two opposite surfaces are regularly arranged without communication to each other, the width of the pits are disposed in proportion with the distance between the pits in order to keep better air flowing, the route of the air flowing is shown in the FIG. (6).
