Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a protective implement, especially the protective implement which is carried without touching the eyes of the general public, and which can be used on user's toes in an instant in an emergency.

[0002] The conventional protective implement, especially the nightstick is formed in the shape of a stick made of the metallic, wooden, and resin with the fixed length or flexible length, and this is mainly built supposing use for the policemen, guards, etc.

[0003] Since the conventional nightstick is built for guard duties, there is a problem in appearance, weight, and the maintenance system for carrying for self-defense in the general public. In appearance, the nightstick in fixed length cannot bring every day, and the flexible nightstick also has about 20 to 30 cm in the full length at the time of expansion resistance and it is difficult to bring it every day. Also the weight is 500 g or more, and its weight is too heavy and cannot carry without being conscious. In the way of carrying, it cannot but carry into the exclusive holder equipped with a belt, or it cannot but put into a bag. When the holder is easy to be watched by other people in the public and, the shape of dignity of the holder is not good since ordinary persons spend the usual social life. Since it does not do when danger has been perceived, hiding the holder in the bag, having it and walking does not have the meaning that it has. In use, since it is a metal stick, when a partner's head is hit, you may make it die and result. If it is said conversely, it is not the self-defense purpose, and this is very dangerous when it is used as a weapon.

[0004] Furthermore, although there is an idea that uses a belt etc. as the main part of a protective implement, if a belt is extracted also in an emergency, there may be a fear of trousers slipping down.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a protective implement that can always carry without weight, needing special consideration to appearance or the carrying method and the public notice for self-defense of ordinary persons. Also it is anther object of the present invention to provide a protective implement that can attain the self-defense purpose in an instant in an emergency.

[0029] FIGS. 1 to 11 illustrate a protective implement of a first embodiment of the present invention. The numeral 1 shows a protective implement, a belt as the protective implement in this embodiment, and as illustrated in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the belt 1 as the protective implement includes a receipt object 2 for a protective tool formed in the shape of a belt and the protective tool 3 formed with the steel wire with stiff carried into the receipt object 2 so as to wrap around.

[0030] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the receipt object 2 further includes a receipt object body 4 formed in the shape of a sheath and a drawing-out parts 5 formed in the shape of a slit, formed in the back part of the receipt object body 4 at the time of wearing, carrying the protective tool 3 thereinto and reducing the frictional resistance at the time of drawing out.

[0031] The receipt object body 4 in the shape of the sheath has a space thereinto in a hollow state to the length direction that balanced the full length of the protective tool 3. It is formed 3 to 5 mm in thickness, preferably in 4 mm and formed 8 to 12 mm in the width direction, preferably 10 mm. Moreover, a reinforcement plate 6 is laid under the internal part of the receipt object body 4 so that the protective tool 3 may draw out and leather of the outside of the belt may not be damaged at the time of drawing or the time of receipt. Also the reinforcement plate 6 for model collapse prevention of the belt is laid under the part that similarly touches a tip portion of the protective tool and the part at the middle of the belt.

[0032] The tip part of the drawing-out part 5 has applied and sutured a patch 7 in order to prevent a crack for reinforcement. Another end of the drawing-out part 5 is formed a storing part 8 formed in the shape of a square, a round shape etc. which cut off leather in square form in this embodiment so that the end of the protective tool 3 may tend to be settled.

[0033] As illustrated in FIG. 2, the protective tool 3 further includes a nightstick body 9 formed with the steel wire with stiff and a grip part 10 attached rotatably in the end of the nightstick body 9 so that it might be contained by the drawing-out part 5 of the receipt object 2 in the optimal state at the time of receipt and drawing out could be comfortably done at the time of drawing out. The steel wire as the nightstick body 9 is given with stiff by using MULTIPLE WIRE TYPE CONSTRUCTION 7×7 with a diameter of several mm. This has the hardness and suppleness that suited on the fiber structure of a wire. Moreover, although a difference makes it according to a practical use form, there is about 60 cm as standard in full length. Moreover, the tip part of the nightstick body 9 is fixed with plasma melting processing, solder, etc. so that it can hold together.

[0034] In addition, in this embodiment, the tip part of the nightstick body 9 is put the cap thereon and fixed so that it can hold together.

[0035] The grip part 10 further includes a grip part body 11 attached rotatably in the end of the nightstick body 9 and a ring 12 for drawing out the nightstick body 9 attached rotatably in the end of the grip part body 11. Since the ring 12 is stored inside the receipt object 2 in receipt, nobody can see it and it is not visible from outside.

[0036] As illustrated in FIG. 1 in receipt, the protective tool 3 is contained by the receipt object 2 and is let pass and used for trousers as usual.
