Geometric magic puzzle

The nature of the technicality of this object of invention are the designs of the exterior Appearance and the functional parts of this invention. There are four different exterior Designs to this object of invention. Each design of this object of invention consists of The new functional part design called the mainframe and tablets. There are five Mainframes and thirty-two, or thirty-six pieces of color coded tablets to each of the four Different designs of these objects of invention. The five mainframes to each of the four Different designs to these objects of invention are revolvable components that holds the Tablets in its situated place on the structure of the object. The tablets are the color coded Parts that moves on the surface of the revolvable mainframes. The mainframes and the Tablets are connected by what is called attachment grooves, and the designs of the Attachment grooves are designed in the form of the shape of a Triangle or the shape of The letter “T”. These are the technical disclosures of the object of my invention.

Description

[0001] I hereby am disclosing the description of my invention.

[0002] This invention that I am describing is a Functional Toy Puzzle.

[0003] I will describe the function and the design of this puzzle without numerically specifying The measurement of size of each related functional part of the puzzle.

[0004] Primarily, this toy puzzle functions on five revolvable eight sided mainframes, with each Of the five eight sided mainframe is capable of turning three hundred sixty degrees Clock-wise, or counter-clock-wise. Additionally; this puzzle could be designed with Either thirty-two, or thirty-six pieces of color coded rectangular, or curved shaped tablets Or parts that would be capable of moving, on the object of the five eight sided Mainframes of the puzzle, from mainframe to mainframe in a shuffle like manner.

[0005] This puzzle also consists of a cylindrically shaped shaft attached completely through The center bore hole of each of the five designated eight sided mainframes of the puzzle, Allowing revolvable function for each of the five eight sided mainframes of the puzzle. The functional attachment of the thirty-two, or thirty-six pieces of color coded tablets or Parts to the five eight sided mainframes of the puzzle could be connected by the design of Protruded triangular shaped, or “T” shaped grooves designed on the back surface of each Of the thirty-two, or thirty-six pieces of color coded tablets or parts. And the functional Attachments of the five eight sided mainframes to the thirty-two, or thirty-six pieces of Color coded tablets or parts of the puzzle, could be connected by the design of slitted Triangular shaped, or “T” shaped grooves designed on the profile surface of each of the Five eight sided mainframes of the puzzle. The object of this toy puzzle design is to Organize or match the eight different color of the thirty-two pieces of color coded Tablets or parts into eight rows of four alike pieces of colored coded tablets on four Of the five eight sided mainframes of the object after mixing it up. And or if the puzzle Consists of thirty-six pieces of color coded tablets or parts, with eight different colors, The object of this puzzle design would be to match the thirty-six pieces of color coded Tablets or parts into eight rows of four and five alike pieces of color coded tablets, Respectively, to each alternate row on the five eight sided mainframes of the object After mixing it up. The rotational movement of each of the puzzle's five eight sided Mainframes and the shuffling moving action of each of the thirty-two, or thirty-six Pieces of colored coded tablets or parts gives this toy a puzzle like function operation.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

[0006] I have conducted my own patent search and found there is no invention related or Similar to the functional and exterior design of my invention. I therefore, believe I am the first and original inventor of this new functional and ornamental design Of this toy puzzle invention. This invention pertains to the field of toys and games Of entertainment designed for both children or adults.

[0027] (A)—Depicts the exterior covering of the object. It is called the Exterior Tablet, or Exterior Part, which is attached or connected to the inner mainframe or (B). There are Thirty-Two pieces of color coded tablets to this object of FIG. 1A that are equal In size covering four-fifths of the entire length of this object's inner surface around the Front, side, and back.

[0028] (B)—Depicts the Mainframe of this object which is octagonal shaped, or is designed with eight sides. There are Five mainframes to this object with each mainframe is capable of revolving Three hundred sixty degrees clock-wise or counter-clock-wise.

[0029] (C)—Depicts the slitted Triangular shaped groove which is designed on the object of FIG. 1A, and appears like a hollow groove as seen from the front, side, and back view. The slitted grooves are triangular shaped, and are designed inwardly on each of the five Eight sided surface of the mainframe of the object. And the triangular shaped grooves Are designed outwardly on the back side of each of the thirty-two pieces of color coded Tablets or parts. These grooves makes attachment possible for the functional connection Of the tablets to the mainframes. These grooves also guides the tablets to move from Mainframe to mainframe respectively on all five mainframes of the object.

[0030] (D)—Depicts what is called Stationary Bubbles. These hemispherical bubbles retains the tablets in its desired set position on the surface of the five eight sided mainframe of the object. These hemispherical bubbles also prevents the tablets from sliding and moving away from its set position on the mainframe of the object. These bubbles are convexed designed on the back surface of each of the thirty-two pieces of color coded tablets. And these bubbles are concaved designed on each of the five eight sided surface of the mainframe of the object.

[0031] (E)—Depicts the Retainer of the object. The retainers are designed on both the top and bottom end of the object. The retainers prevents all of the thirty-two pieces of colored coded tablets from sliding off either end of the mainframe of the object.

[0032] (F)—Depicts what is called the Central Shaft of the object. It is designed to fit completely through the central bore hole of the five eight sided mainframe of the object. The central shaft holds and retains the five eight sided mainframes in its functional Position allowing it to revolve three hundred sixty degrees clock-wise or counter-clock-Wise.

[0033] (G)—Depicts what is called the stopper, which is designed on both ends of the central shaft of the object. The stoppers are designed to prevent the central shaft from sliding off the central bore hole of the entire five eight sided mainframe of the object.

[0034] FIG. 1B—Depicts the Top elevational view of FIG. 1A.

[0035] (A)—Depicts the Top view of the protruding eight, colored coded, tablets or parts of this described object. The remaining twenty-four, colored coded, tablets cannot be seen from this view for it is situated beneath the upper eight colored coded tablets or parts.

[0036] (B)—Depicts the Top inner view of the mainframe, for it is shown with broken dotted lines indicating the mainframe is situated beneath the retainer or (D).

[0037] (C)—Depicts the Top view of the stopper of the described object.

[0038] (D)—Depicts the Top view of the Retainer of the described object.

[0039] (E)—Depicts the Top inner view of the Central Shaft of the described object, and is shown with broken dotted lines indicating the Central Shaft is situated beneath the Stopper or (C).

[0040] FIG. 1C—Depicts the Front elevational view of the ornamental exterior design of a Eight sided, Thirty-Six piece tablet or part Geometric Magic Puzzle.
