BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING

[0013] The invention will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:

[0014] FIG. 1 is an assembled view of the seat belt fixing device of the present invention;

[0015] FIG. 2 is a disassembled view of the seat belt fixing device of the present invention; and

[0016] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the push-hold lock unit of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0017] Please refer to FIG. 1, which is the assembled view of the seat belt fixing device of the present invention. The seat belt fixing device 1 is combined by the housing 10, two seat belt plugs 14,15 and the push-hold lock unit 12. The seat belt plugs 14,15 are connected with the seat belt 2. If the user wants to fasten the seat belt 2, he can put the seat belt plugs 14,15 into the holes 104,105 of the housing 10 (as the direction by the arrow B and C), then the seat belt plugs 14,15 can be fixed into the housing 10 and the seat belt 2 will be also fixed. This status can be named as the locked status. If the user wants to release the seat belt 2, he just pushes the push-hold lock unit 12 (as the direction by the arrow A), then the seat belt plugs 14,15 can be released from the housing 10. This status can be named as the released status. The way of the seat belt fixing device of the present invention acts described as follow:

[0018] It is a disassembled view of the seat belt fixing device of this invention as shown in FIG. 2, the center part of the push-hold lock unit 12 is fixed on the pillar 14 that is put into the hole 100 of the housing 10, then the push-hold lock unit 12 can make the swinging movement by the pillar 14 as the center of the circle. Please refer to FIG. 3 further; it is the perspective view of the push-hold lock unit 12 that is combined further by the push end 120, the lock end 124 and the axis trough 122. The push end 120 and the lock end 124 are at the both side of the push-hold lock unit 12. The topside of the push end 120 is a plate in order to be pushed down by the user and the bottom side of the lock end 124 contains the locked gearwheels 1240,1241. The axis trough 122, which is at the center part of the bottom side of the push-hold lock unit 12, is the long fillister whose cross section is an arc. So the push-hold lock unit 12 is made the swinging movement by the pillar 14 as the center of the circle by the axis trough 122 fitting in with the pillar 14. In addition, the housing 10 of the seat belt fixing device 1 contains the spring 16 that provides the elastic force upwards to hold the bottom side of the push end 120 and the plate of the push end 120 will pierce through the hole 110 of the upper housing 11 to expose out of the housing for being pushed by the user, the push-hold lock unit 12 is at the locked status. One end of the springs 13 are fixed at the inside of the housing 10 for providing the elastic force to make the seat belt plugs 14,15 that leave out of the housing 10.

[0019] When the user wants to fasten the seat belt 2, he can put the seat belt plugs 14,15 of the seat belt 2 into the hole 104,105 of the housing 10, then the springs 13 are compressed by the seat belt plugs 14,15 and the fixing hole 140,150 will make the locked gearwheels 1240,1241 of the lock end 124 into themselves respectively. Due to the spring 16 under the push end 120 of the push-hold lock part 12 provides elastic force to move the push end 120 upwards (as the direction by the arrow D of FIG. 3) and the lock end 124 downwards (as the direction by the arrow E of FIG. 3). The locked gearwheels 1240,1241 of the lock end 124 will lock the fixing hole 140,150 respectively and the seat belt plugs 14,15 will be fixed into the housing 10, the seat belt fixing device 1 is at the locked status. When the user wants to release the seat belt 2, he pushes the push end 120 of the push-hold lock unit 12 directly (as the direction by the arrow A of the FIG. 1) to compress the spring 16 (as the direction by the arrow F of the FIG. 3) and the lock end 124 moves upwards (as the direction by the arrow G of FIG. 3), then the locked gearwheels 1240, 1241 leave the fixing hole 140,150 of the seat belt plugs 14,15. So the seat belt plugs 14,15 jump out of the housing 10 by the elastic force of the springs 13 and the seat belt 2 is released. The seat belt fixing device 1 is at the released status. The seat belt fixing device 1 will not be restored to the locked status until the user releases the push-hold lock unit 12.

[0020] The abovementioned springs 13,16 can be replaced by any elastic materials such as the elastic piece with the same functions.

[0021] Base on the idea aforementioned, the present invention characterized in that the push-hold lock unit 12 integrates cleverly the push end 120, the lock end 124, and the axis trough 122, so the push-hold lock unit 12 is made the swinging movement by the pillar 14 as the center of the circle by the axis trough 122 fitting in with the pillar 14. The above structure can be made by one-step with the same function as button, the hold lock structure, flexible unit and flexible delivery component of the prior art, then reduces the manufacture cost of the components and has less trouble in the assembly in order to increase the producing speed of products for falling their selling price. The failure rate of such products will be reduced and its safety will be improved due to the simplification of such components.

[0022] The preferred embodiment described above is the better ones, which is to explain but limit the scope of the present invention; the scope of the present invention is defined by the claims described as follow. The variations and modifications according to the claims of the present invention should be included by the present invention.
