CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED DISCLOSURE

[0001] The present application is a continuation application claiming the benefit of prior filed Russian application, serial number RU 2002/111750, filed May 7, 2002.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

[0002] 1. Field of the Invention

[0003] The useful model is referred to lighting fixtures and more specifically, to candlesticks used in confectioneries.

[0004] 2. Background of the Invention

[0005] The known candlestick represent itself a body in the form of a grid in varying geometrical form, a candleholder and a candle (see Patent RU No. 2155297, cl. F21 V 35/00), however these known candlesticks are used for stationery and other similar items.

[0006] Candlesticks in confectioneries are executed in the form of a cup-shaped plastic base and they are not convenient in use, as do not exclude the possibility of hot wax dripping into a confectionary item. Apart from that, these candlesticks are intended for multi-use and therefore they are not environmentally friendly.

[0007] The most close as per design to the proposed useful model of candlestick is the candlestick described in the certificate of useful model RU No.19309 as per cl. F 21 V 35/00. This candlestick has a full body, upper part of which is widened for intake of hot was dripping, and the candleholder is placed inside the body and has a stepped form for fixing of various diameter candles.

[0008] Though this known candlestick excludes the possibility of hot wax dripping on the confectionery items, it is intended for multi-use and therefore, it is not environmentally friendly. Besides, this candlestick is mainly hand used and it is rather difficult to use in confectionery items.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

[0009] The technical purpose of the claimed useful model is to create a disposable candlestick for confectionery items, to be environmentally friendly, convenient in use and easy in manufacture.

[0010] The technical purpose is achieved by implementing a new feature in the useful model of candlestick made of body, candleholder and candle. The new feature is that the body is made of hard carton paper and executed in a cartridge form with its lower end flattened, intended for installation into a confectionery item, and the candle holder is fabricated of fine tissue paper in corrugated form appearing along the whole length downward against its stop into the upper ring-form end of the cartridge, therewith the ratio of the candleholder and the barrel body lengths is 1:2.

[0011] As the candlestick is made of paper it is disposable and consequently it is environmentally friendly, and the method of its manufacture is simple enough, as it has the same size and texture as a cigarette.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0012] Further this useful model shall be described in detail with references to the drawings enclosed thereto. The drawings show:

[0013] FIG. 1 shows the candlestick and candle;

[0014] FIG. 2 the same as shown in FIG. 1, but with candle inserted into the body of the candlestick; and

[0015] FIG. 3 the same as shown in FIG. 2, when the candle is inserted into the candleholder.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0016] The proposed candlestick for confectionery items has a body 1 (FIGS. 1-3) made of hard carton paper in the form of a cartridge 2, the lower end of which is flattened and serves for inserting the candlestick into confectionery items.

[0017] In the upper ring-form part 3 of body 1, the holder 4 if candle 5 is fixed. This holder is made of fine tissue paper (cigarette paper) and has a tube form. This tube is corrugated along the whole length until stopping into ring-form part 3, forming a compact holder of the candle 5, which at the same time prevents hot wax dripping on confectionery items (as shown in FIG. 3). Ratio of the candleholder and the lower barrel body lengths is 1:2.

[0018] The proposed paper-made candlestick is disposable, environmentally friendly and is mounted by inserting its lower flattened end into the targeted confectionery item.

Claims

1. A candlestick having the barrel body with a candleholder and candle, wherein the barrel body is fabricated of hard carton paper and executed in a cartridge form with its lower end flattened and intended for installation into a confectionery item, and the candleholder is fabricated of fine tissue paper in corrugated form along with the whole length downward against the stop into the upper ring-form end of the cartridge, therewith the ratio of the candleholder and the barrel body lengths is 1:2.
