Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates generally to a shoe, and more particularly to an insole of the shoe, which has an easier way to make the insole and couple secured.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] A conventional insole of a shoe, which has an insole board 7 disposed on the top side of the sole of the shoes for foot of human put thereon. However, the insole board 7 further disposes a heel cup 8 thereon to provide heel of foot a good support and a better fitness.

[0003] Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, for the heel cup 8 can secured plastered on the insole board 7, there usually is a non-woven fabrics 9 disposed in between the insole board 7 and the heel cup 8. Thus, all elements of the conventional insole have to be worked independently, and then plaster them together one by one. The conventional way waste materials and the elements usually can not be plastered precisely at the predetermined positions. So, the conventional method to manufacture shoes has a higher proportion defective, and more particular, it costs a lot.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The primary objective of the invention is to provide an insole of a shoe, which can be easy fixed a heel cup on an insole board securely.

[0005] The other objective of the invention is to provide an insole of a shoe, which can be molded in quickly and has a superior coupling strength.

[0006] According to the objectives described above, the insole of the present invention has an insole board with a shape substantially like the sole of human foot to be disposed on the top side of a sole of the shoe. A heel cup is made from injection molding on the rear section of the insole board, corresponding to the heel of human foot.

[0007] Thus, the insole has an easier way to be worked and to be assembled. The elements the insole of the present invention are less than the conventional insole. Furthermore, the insole of the present invention has a stronger coupling strength with the insole board.

[0016] FIG. 9 is a perspective view following FIG. 8, showing the movable die of the mold coupling on the stationary die;

[0017] FIG. 10 is a perspective view following FIG. 9, showing plastic being injected into the cavity of the mold, and FIG. 11 is a perspective view following FIG. 10, showing the die being opened and the insole board being taken out of the mold.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0018] Please refer to FIGS. 3-7, the prefer embodiment of the present invention provides an insole of a shoe, which is disposed on the top side of a sole of the shoe, comprising:

[0019] An insole board 10, which is made of paper or cloth and has a shape substantially like the sole of human foot to put it on the topside of the sole of the shoe, has a front sole portion 11 at front side thereof and a coupling portion 12 at rear section thereof.

[0020] A heel cup 20, which is made of plastic, is coupled on the top surface of the coupling portion 12 of the insole board 10 by means of injection molding. The heel cup 20 corresponds to the heel of human foot. The heel cup 20 has a main base portion 21, a covering portion 22 and an smoothing portion 23 coupled on the coupling portion 12 of the insole board 10. Wherein, the covering portion 22 has a curved shape, which is extending outwards and upwards at the lateral sides and the rear sides. The smoothing portion 23 has a thick same as at adjacency with the base portion 21 thereof and gradually thinning to front side of junction with the insole board 10 thereof.

[0021] Hereunder is the description of how to mold the insole of the prefer embodiment of the present invention:

[0022] First, please refer to FIG. 8, it has to be made from a mold, the mold constructs from a movable die M1 and a stationary die M2, and formed a cavity C between the movable die M1 and the stationary die M2. The insole board 10 is put into the cavity C for the heel cup 20 can be molded thereon later.

[0023] Please refer to FIG. 9, put the insole board 10 into the cavity C and heat the mold to a predetermined temperature. Then, as shown in FIG. 10, inject melted plastic into the cavity C for the plastic can be molded on the coupling portion 12 of the insole board 10 directly to form the heel cup 20.

[0024] After the plastic solidifies, we can remove the movable die M1 from the stationary die M2 and take the insole board 10 out, as shown in FIG. 11. The insole of the present invention has been completed now.

[0025] The heel cup 20 is coupled on the insole board 10 by means of injection molding will make the heel cup 20 locating precisely at the predetermined position. The procedures to make the insole of the present invention are very easy and the heel cup 20 has a stronger coupling strength to be secured on the insole board 10.

[0026] By description of the embodiment above, the advantages of the present invention are:

[0027] 1. The heel cup is coupled on the insole board by means of injection molding, the work process is very fast and without having to take any glue. So, the insole of the present invention has a lower cost.

[0028] 2. For the heel cup is molded by injection molding, the heel cup can be formed an exactly shape as well as the insole board of being designed.
