Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to an elastic shoe-pad having the functions of supporting and anti-shocking.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Ordinarily, persons wear shoes at least more than 8 hours that will cause feet problems while feet inside close shoe space for long period. To overcome the problems of stinky smell of feet sweat and stockings, people should not only pay attention to personal sanitary but also select sweat absorbent and ventilative stockings and comfortable shoe.

[0005] The present invention relates to an elastic shoe-pad being an effective product that possesses comfortable, ventilative and anti-shocking functions. In contrast, traditional shoe-pad (thin film type) is lack of cushion and cannot avoid getting hurt from walking, running or jumping.

[0006] Thereby, the materials and structures of shoe-pad are crucial to the comfortable and ventilative properties. FIG. 1 is the structure of conventional shoe-pad, as it shown, conventional shoe-pad (1) is composed of a cloth layer (11) and an insole layer (12). Most insole layers are lack of ventilative holes led to that shoe-pads get worse ventilative function. Although some shoe-pads makers use elastically foaming material as the sole's sources to the supporting purposes, the strength effort will decrease as using period increasing, and that cannot limit harms of brains and feet of persons during walking, running or jumping exercises.

[0007] For the sake of the drawbacks mentioned above, we provide an elastic shoe-pad composing of, from top to bottom, a cloth layer, an insole layer, an elastic layer and a net cloth layer that possesses functions of supporting, ventilative and anti-shacking. We set a plurality of ventilative holes at predetermined part of the third layer, an elastic layer, and further set a spring in each ventilative hole. Besides, a cloth layer and an insole layer, locating upper the elastic layer, possessing small ventilative holes respectively corresponding to the ventilative holes of the elastic layer.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0008] A primary object of the present invention is to provide an elastic shoe-pad having functions of supporting, ventilative and anti-shacking.

[0009] To achieve the above object, the shoe-pad of the present invention is in the form of, by compacting additional elastic layer and net cloth layer into conventional shoe-pad, a cloth layer, an insole layer, an elastic layer and a net cloth layer from top to bottom. Furthermore, to set a plurality of ventilative holes at the position of the third layer, an elastic layer being a soft pad of predetermined thin, excluding the area corresponding to the arches of the foot. In each ventilative hole, a spring is settled inside and the end of the spring is fixed on the surface of the net cloth layer.

[0010] Moreover, a cloth layer and an insole layer, locating upper the elastic layer, possess respectively ventilative holes whose outer diameters are smaller than the outer diameters of the ventilative holes and the inside spring of the elastic layer. It will induce airstreams among a cloth layer, an insole layer and an elastic layer via feet lifting and pressing on the present invention, shoe-pads.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0011] The structure and the technical means adopted by the present invention to achieve the above and other objects can be best understood by referring to the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings, wherein

[0012] FIG. 1 is a structural view of a conventional shoe-pad;

[0014] FIG. 3 shows a structural view of an insole layer according to the present invention;

[0015] FIG. 4 shows a structural view of an elastic layer according to the present invention;

[0016] FIG. 5 shows a structural view of a net cloth layer according to the present invention;

[0017] FIG. 6 shows a structural view of the present invention;

[0018] FIG. 7 shows a side-broken view of the present invention;

[0019] FIG. 8 shows the use of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0020] Please refer to FIGS. 2˜6, as those shown, the present invention of shoe-pad is composed of a cloth layer (21), refer to FIG. 2, an insole layer (22), refer to FIG. 3, an elastic layer (23), refer to FIG. 4, and a net cloth layer (24), refer to FIG. 5, from top to bottom compacting. The thickness of elastic layer (23) is thicker than other layers, and elastic layer (23) possesses a plurality of ventilative holes (231) at the position excluding the area corresponding to the arches of the foot. In each ventilative hole (231), a spring (232) is settled inside and the end of the spring (232) is fixed on the surface of the net cloth layer (24). Those springs (232) can provide more supporting strength than conventional foaming materials used to made of shoe-pads and that the walkers wear and led to achieve in comfortable and anti-shocking effort. Moreover, we set smaller ventilative holes (211,221) (the outer diameter of the venilative holes (211) and of the venilative holes (221) are equal) in the elastic layer (23), locating upper the cloth layer (21) and the insole layer (22), corresponding to the ventilative holes of the elastic layer and the outer diameter of those are smaller than outer diameter of the ventilative holes (231) and the springs (232) of the elastic layer (23). Those ventilative holes (211, 221) also can fix springs (232) without shaking or indentation. There will induce continuous airstream via continuously applying foot pression on the elastic shoe-pad (2) because that the supporting springs (232) can be pressed and then expand between the cloth layer (22) and the net cloth layer (24) led to cause air flow among ventilative holes (211) of the cloth layer (21), ventilative holes (221) of the insole layer (22) and the ventilative holes (231) of the elastic layer (23).

[0021] Please refer to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, which are the side-broken view of the present invention and the use of the present invention respectively. As those shown, the springs (232) settled inside the ventilative holes (231) of the elastic layer (23) and whose end part are fixed on the net cloth layer surface are in form of expanding type without any external force. In the case of applying an external force, such as foot pression on the elastic shoe-pad (2), and then there will induce continuous airstream because that the supporting springs (232) can be pressed and then expand between the cloth layer (22) and the net cloth layer (24) led to cause air flow among ventilative holes (211) of the cloth layer (21), ventilative holes (221) of the insole layer (22) and the ventilative holes (231) of the elastic layer (23). Thereby, the springs (232) are not only functions of supporting and anti-shacking but also effective to airstream inducing among the multi-layer shoe-pad.

[0022] This present invention is made by high-pressure impacting procedure, and has following advantages:

[0023] 1. Functions of superior supporting, well ventilation, foot-sweat reducing, and anti-shocking.

[0024] 2. Capacity of decreasing feet ache in the situation of persons long period standing or walking.
