Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to scooters, and particularly to an electric driving scooter which has two battery sets as power supply so that the scooter can be driven by a motor, and two battery sets are used alternatively.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The prior art scooters are powerless so that the drivers must drive the scooters by themselves with larger forces. Some electric driven scooters are developed, see FIG. 1, so that the drivers can drive the scooters easily and comfortably.

[0003] To make the scooter light and convenient, in general, the electric driving scooters are light and thus the battery set used have a small size. Thereby, a scooter with newly charged battery can be driven easily and comfortably, but when it is driven for a long time, the user will feel that it is difficult to drive the scooter since the power in the battery set is too few to drive the scooter comfortably. This is especially obviously when the scooter moves along an upwards inclined path.

[0004] Moreover, when the load is heavy, the torsion force of the scooter becomes large. Thereby, it is often that the scooter can be well controlled. Thus, the prior art scooters can not be well controlled and driven as the traveling path is long.

[0005] Further the prior art scooter is compact and the size thereof is finite and thus it is inconvenient to carry heavy loads. From above description, it is appreciated that the prior art scooter has finite functions and cannot be used widely.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0006] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an electric driving scooter, wherein the scooter has a seat which can be assembled to and detached from the car body. The seat can be used to carry other member or other object.

[0007] Another object of the present invention is to provide an electric driving scooter, wherein a battery set can be installed to the seat. The seat can be detached from the car body for transfer. Moreover, the seat and car body have three wheels so that the scooter is steadier.

[0008] To achieve above object, the present invention provide an electric driving scooter installed with a motor for driving one rear wheel. One side of the car body has a seat fixed. One outer lower edge of the seat is pivotally installed with a driven wheel and the seat is installed with a battery set. Power of the battery set is transferred to a controller through electric wires; and power of the scooter can be switched to be supplied to the motor. A bottom of the car body has an auxiliary battery set the power of which is transferred to the controller and the auxiliary battery set is connected to the battery set in parallel. Thereby, the user can switch the controller as necessary to select one of the battery sets as a power supply or the two battery sets supply power at the same time.

[0009] The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0010] FIG. 1 shows the arrangement of the prior art scooter.

[0011] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the present invention.

[0012] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the present invention viewed from an orientation different from that of FIG. 2.

[0013] FIG. 4 is a lateral view of the present invention.

[0014] FIG. 5 is an elevational view of the present invention.

[0015] FIG. 6 shows one application of the present invention in that one object is placed on the scooter of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0016] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 5, the electric driving scooter of the present invention is illustrated. The electric driving scooter 1 has a motor 11 for driving the rear wheel 12 so that the scooter 1 can move forwards.

[0017] One side of the car body 13 has a seat 15 fixed by two studs 14. The outer lower edge of the seat 15 is pivotally installed with a driven wheel 16 and the seat 15 is installed with a battery set 17. The power of the battery set 17 can be transferred to a controller 18 through wires 171. The power output of the scooter 1 can be switched by rotating a handle 10 of the scooter 1 so that power can be supplied to the motor 11.

[0018] With reference to FIG. 4, a bottom of the car body 13 has an auxiliary battery set 19 the power of which is transferred to the controller 18 and the auxiliary battery set is connected to the battery set 17 in parallel. Thereby, the user can switch the controller 18 as necessary to select one of the battery sets 17 or 19 as a power supply or the two battery sets 17 and 19 can supply power at the same time.

[0019] When the scooter 1 moves along an upward inclined path, the battery set 17 and battery set 19 can be actuated at the same time to supply power to the motor 11. Thereby, the scooter 1 is driven with a large power from the two battery sets.

[0020] When the scooter 1 moves along a flat or smooth path, only one battery set 11 or 19 is used to supply power.

[0021] Two battery sets are used, thereby, the present invention can supply larger power and the battery sets can be used alternatively so that the times of charging are be reduced.

[0022] Moreover, in the present invention, the support frame 101 of handle of the scooter 1 according to the present invention can be folded to the car body 13 for storage with a smaller volume. Of course, the seat 15 and car body 13 of the present invention can be detached frequently. Thereby, the present invention is a convenient design for the scooters.

[0023] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details described thereof. Various substitutions and modifications have been suggested in the foregoing description, and others will occur to those of ordinary skill in the art. Therefore, all such substitutions and modifications are intended to be embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
