Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the heat radiation of infrared rays from the sun and a radiation cooling phenomenon among meteorological phenomena, thereby maintaining a temperature at a desired temperature without using an energy for the operation of a heat pump or for the combustion of fuel for acquiring heat.

BACKGROUND ART

[0002] Conventionally, there has been no technology of controlling meteorological phenomena themselves and an air conditioner or the like has been used to adapt to the atmospheric temperature resulted from the meteorological phenomena, which has led to a great cause for a global environmental issue and which brings about a serious situation to endanger sustenance of the human beings, such as global warming due to CO2 emission, deletion of the ozone layer caused by Chloro Fluoro Carbon and depletion of fossil fuel.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

[0003] It has been well known that once the entire earth is covered with ice and snow due to the albedo effect, the solar light beam is reflected and an absorption rate for heat energy from the sun is reduced to an extremely low level as the whole earth to thereby cause the atmospheric temperature not to rise again, while if the ground surface is exposed since a glacier starts to be molten because of global warming, an absorption amount for heat energy irradiated from the sun is increased, which accelerates the warming; and a great change in the atmospheric temperature caused by conditions on the ground surface is not only a global phenomenon requiring involvement of the entire earth, but it occurs even in a narrow area according to a familiar, simple principle: for example, in a case where snow falls in a area, reduction occurs in an absorption rate of infrared rays from the sun over all of the area to cause rise in the atmospheric temperature to be hard.

[0004] The present invention intentionally utilizes such a phenomenon.

[0005] For example, if mirrors are laid down in an area of 10 km×10 km in size to reflect the solar light beam, it gives birth to more of the effect to be obtained in the case of snow. If almost of all of heat radiation from the sun is reflected, the greatest cause for a rise in the atmospheric temperature is minimized while a radiation cooling phenomenon works to, therefore, enable the atmospheric temperature to greatly lowered and to, thereby, enable to the atmospheric temperature be lowered without using energy, with an additional advantage that the reflected heat is collected and accumulated to use the heat for maintaining the atmospheric temperature to be proper in the night time or the like when the atmospheric temperature falls excessively.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0017] First, it is absolutely necessary to implement the present invention in a quite wide range. This is because the purpose is to control the atmospheric temperature itself therefore, even if the present invention is implemented in a narrow range, the effect cannot to be expected due to a great influence of the atmospheric air warmed up in ranges other than the range of interest. While the minimum necessary area changes according to a temperature difference to be realized, a strength of a wind force or the like, an area scale of 10 km×10 km in size is sufficient in a case of a desert city to enable the atmospheric air at a comfortable level to be realized.

[0018] In order to cause reflection of the sun heat and activities in human lives in a city to be compatible with each other, a structure is adopted in which a heat reflecting film is used and a member is obtained such as glass reflecting and re-reflecting infrared rays so as not to pass almost all of infrared rays and radiation heat therethrough while passing visible light therethrough, and a roof made of such materials is provided to cover the entire city, wherein infrared rays from the sun is reflected on the glass roof, while an action works so as to lower the atmospheric temperature due to the radiation cooling phenomenon; leading to the same situation as the atmospheric temperature rapidly falls just in a case of solar eclipse.

[0019] The atmospheric temperature lower than normal can be realized on the glass roof in this way, the city under the glass roof is irradiated with a little amount of infrared rays; therefore, the city should be in conditions like a green house, whereas the atmosphere under the roof is neutralized by the cold air on the roof so as to be enabled to be at a proper temperature; a heat balance in the entire area being considered, a great part of infrared rays is reflected, which establishes a situation where the atmospheric temperature is greatly lowered.

[0020] Then, even though the atmospheric temperature can be proper in the day times, it is excessively cold in the night time and if the sun heat is discarded by reflection, another environmental issue is brought about; therefore, a shape of the glass roof is contrived so as to work as a reflecting sheet for solar thermal power generation, to perform solar thermal power generation, to store waste heat from power generation as hot water and to use the hot water for raising the atmospheric temperature back to a proper value if the atmospheric temperature falls excessively low. In this way, the atmospheric temperature can be proper both in the day time and the night time as reality.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

[0021] In order to realize a comfortable life environment in a today's society, especially in a developed country, an extremely great amount of energy is used in air conditioning to thereby cause various kinds of environmental issues. The present invention can maintain the atmospheric temperature at a desired temperature for air conditioning without using an energy for the operation of a heat pump or for the combustion of fuel for acquiring heat, and exert an effect of improving the relationship between air conditioning and energy consumption.

Claims

1. An apparatus, wherein the infrared rays of the solar light beam irradiated to an objective region is reflected to reduce the number of factors for an increase in atmospheric temperature so that a reduction in atmospheric temperature by a radiation cooling surpasses a rise in atmospheric temperature, and the reflected infrared rays are condensed and the heat thereof is utilized to maintain the regional atmospheric temperature at the desired temperature.
