Disposable slipper

The disposable slipper is made of three components; the cover which is made of a 4 ply pure cellulose paper, and the sole facing which is made of 3 ply pure cellulose paper, and the sole bottom which is made of textured paper board. All three components are stitched with standard sewing thread. The disposable slipper has a 3 day wear life.

[0005] The Disposable Slipper is made of pure cellulose towell with cotton batting and has a textured paper board sole. The slipper is lightweight and convenient and easily disposable. Idea for overnight stays in hotels and hospitals.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0011] The disposable slipper can be used for hotel and hospital stays, etc. The wear life of the disposable slipper is about 2 to 3 days. The process of making this disposable slipper can be sewn commonly with a standard sewing machine. The total time for manufactoring a single pair, including pattern cutting is about 35 mins.

[0013] 1. Pure cellulose towell (high grade and non-recycled). This is used for the Cover and sole facing

[0014] 2. Cotton batting (inner stuffing), this can be recycled cotton or not

[0015] 3. Thin Textured paper board (sole).

Claims

1. What I claim as my invention, is that the disposable slipper is made of a pure cellulose towel and the sole bottom is made of textured paper board.
