Amelioration of shoe body structure
The present invention discloses an amelioration of a shoe body structure including at least a vamp and a sole; the vamp and the sole may be combined using a freely assembling and disassembling method. On the connecting areas of the vamp and the sole are provided with respective linking elements, and by joining the linking elements, the vamp and the sole are combined into one completed shoe body. The user may then completely or partly separate the vamp and the sole into two parts for cleaning, drying, or independently replace either part when damaged. The user may also freely match the outfit with suitable vamps, thus further optimizing the practicability of the invention.
[0001] (a) Field of the Invention
[0002] The invention relates to an amelioration of a shoe body structure, and more particularly, to a shoe structure capable of partly or entirely separating the sole and vamp thereof.
[0003] (b) Description of the Related Art
[0004] Shoes are one of the essential accessories in the human life. Shoes required by modern people nowadays need to match the clothing that one wears and even to embody the concept of being healthy. And as how to bring the concept of being healthy to reality, one has to choose shoes that suit oneself as well as often clean and take good care of the shoes. For shoes without thorough cleaning and drying in the sun, the bacteria and micro living organisms therein may become hazardous to the health of one's feet.
[0005] The bacteria hidden in the shoes have been prone to cause skin diseases such as the athlete foot long since. Hence it is found, after long and devoted research, common methods of cleaning shoes such as dumping them into the washing machine or rinsing them with strong water columns do not exactly solve the existing problem; only by opening the shoes may absolutely clean the dead angles to improve the present conditions.
[0006] Therefore, it is hoped that the invention may provide a simplest method that people may easily use to fulfill people's needs as wished.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION[0007] The object of the invention is to provide a detachable and intact combination of a sole and a vamp to solve the above disadvantages and to avoid the problems from occurring.
[0008] Another object of the invention is to achieve the requirements of being easily cleaned and allowing ventilation in the shoes by entirely or partly separating a sole and a vamp.
[0009] The detailed descriptions and technical contents shall be illustrated with reference of the diagrams below.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS[0010] FIG. 1 is a perspective schematic view showing the exterior of the invention.
[0011] FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the disassembled structure of the invention.
[0012] FIG. 3-1 is a schematic view showing the combining method of the invention.
[0013] FIG. 3-2 is a schematic view showing the combining method of the invention.
[0014] FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the invention in use.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS[0015] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the perspective schematic view and the schematic view of the disassembled structure, respectively, the invention at least includes a vamp 1 and a sole 2; the vamp 1 and the sole 2 may be combined through a disassembling and assembling method. On the connecting areas 11 and 21 of the vamp 1 and the sole 2 are provided with respective linking elements 3 and 3′, which are joined in order to combine the vamp 1 and the sole 2 into one complete shoe body.
[0016] In the combining method disclosed by the invention, the linking elements 3 and 3′ employ zippers 31 and 31′ as components of the implementation. The zippers 31 and 31′ are provided in an encircling arrangement on the respective connecting areas 11 and 21 of the vamp 1 and the sole 2 (the invention is not limited to such arrangement only, the linking elements may also be provided at the front, rear or sides). By zipping the zippers 31 and 31′, the vamp 1 and the sole 2 may be combined.
[0017] Referring to FIGS. 3-1 and 3-2, the schematic views 1 and 2 of the combining method in accordance with the invention, respectively, the linking elements 3, consisted of the zippers 31 and 31′, are utilized as components of the implementation for combining the vamp 1 and the sole 2. The zippers 31 and 31′ are provided in an encircling arrangement on respective connecting areas 11 and 21 of the vamp 1 and the sole 2. The zippers 31 and 31′ have characteristics as being easily detached and assembled, and thereby enabling the user to disassemble the vamp 1 and the sole 2. Hence by using the provided zippers 31 and 31′, the entire edge or front part of the vamp 1 is disassembled so that corners that are not usually reached may be effortless cleaned and dried when exposed to the sun.
[0018] Referring to FIG. 3-2, an adhering method is employed to combine the vamp 1 and the sole 2. The linking elements 3 consist of a hook-and-loop fastener 33 and 33′, which are arranged at the rear or sides of the respective connecting areas of the vamp 1 and the sole 2 (the invention is not limited to such arrangement only, the hook-and-loop fastener may be provided at the front or edge). By joining the hook-and-loop fastener 33 and 33′, the connecting areas 11 and 21 are closed thereby combining the shoe body.
[0019] Referring to FIG. 4, the schematic view showing the invention in use, generally only the exterior of the shoe body may be cleaned during washing, and the interior of the shoe body often cannot be completely cleaned due to limited space. Therefore, the invention enables the user to clean the shoe body by merely separating the linking elements 3 between the vamp 1 and the sole 2 to disassemble the entire shoe body into two separate parts, the vamp 1 and the sole 2 (or forming an appropriate gap between the vamp 1 and the sole 2), thus the dead angles in the shoe body may be easily cleaned. In addition, the invention also enables the user to separate the linking elements 3 by means of the zippers 31 and 31′ when in use, thereby forming a seam 4 at the zippers 31 and 31′ between the vamp 1 and the sole 2 for ventilation without having to remove the shoe, which is considered as a disagreeable behavior.
[0020] Furthermore, the invention is capable of disassembling the vamp 1 and the sole 2 into two completely separate parts, which may be individually dried or exposed to the sun, or even replaced independently when either part is damaged. The user may also freely match the outfit with a suitable vamp 1, thus further enhancing the added values of the invention.
[0021] The above descriptions are only examples to describe the present invention but not to limit it. Various variations and modifications made within the appended claims shall nevertheless be embraced within the invention.
