Protection structure of portable electron device

A protection structure of portable electron device comprises a housing including a hard member which is manufactured to be a medium product by a first shooting mold and a plurality of plastic particles of hard soft physical property; and a soft edge member which is produced by placing the medium product in a second shooting mold with a plurality of plastic particles of soft physical property for protection the edge of portable electron device and absorbing shock.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to portable electron housing, and more particularly, to an electron housing has a soft protection member to be a protection structure for preventing damages form hitting.

[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art

[0004] Presently, the business rapidly develops in the world, people hope to control the business anywhere. The communication and electron industries invent many personal portable electron devices, for example: mobile phone, personal digital assistant, portable computer etc. The portable electron devices are convenient for being carried and using but there are easy of damages of hitting or flinging. Further, the housing of portable electron device is made into a hard member by one shooting mold so the edge of housing of portable electron device has no protection member. The edge of portable electron device housing is easy damages so that the electron device has nicks in appearance or damages the housing edge. Therefore, the edge of housing could have a soft protection member to save above mention problem by gulling or embedding. The weak clinging after long-term using between the soft protection member and housing is easy to make the soft protection member fallen.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] It is an object of the present invention is to provide a protection structure of portable electron device that has a protection edge member for preventing damage form hitting and flinging.

[0006] It is another object of the present invention is to provide a protection structure of portable electron device that has a soft protection member of housing edge for having proper absorbing shock effect to decrease the damage of shock and protect the electron pieces of portable electron device.

[0007] It is yet another object of the present invention is to provide a protection structure of portable electron device that has soft protection member of housing edge. The soft protection member is strong connected to the portable electron device and not easy to separate and fall form portable electron device to get a excellent performance, for example: after long term using.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0014] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the present invention disclosures the process as follows:

[0015] First, step 11, taking a first mold of manufacturing portable electron device housing 10; step 12, shooting with a plurality of plastic particles of hard physical property; step 13, forming a hard member, and step 14, taking the medium product form the first mold. And, referring to FIG. 3, taking the medium product 10A that includes a hard member 21 and a plurality of attachment devices 24. The hard member 21 in corner of housing has a lack of edge 22, formed a protection member of portable electron device, and a connecting sheet 23 in order to form tightly connecting. Further, an inclined plane 211 forms between the hard member 21 and the lack of edge 22 in order to increase the connecting area. Referring to FIG. 4, an opening forms on the lack of edge 22 of medium product 10A and a channel 212 forms between the hard member 21 and the lack of edge 22 in order to increase the connecting tightly of each other. The step 15, taking the medium product into a second shooting mold; the step 16, adding a plurality of plastic particle of soft physical property into the second mold; the step 17; shooting the housing; and the step 18, taking the housing with hard and members out of second shooting mold.

[0016] Referring to FIG. 5, the process of another embodiment of the present invention as follows:

[0017] First, step 31, taking a first shooting mold; step 32, adding a plurality of plastic particle of soft physical property into the first mold; step 33, shooting a soft member of housing corner; step 34, taking the soft member form the first mold; step 35, putting the soft member into a second shooting mold; step 36, adding a plurality of plastic particle of hard physical property into the second mold; step 37, shooting a housing; step 38, taking the housing with the hard and soft members.

[0018] According to above mention process, the housing comprises the hard member 21 and soft member 25. The hard member 21 is formed by the first shooting mold with a plurality of plastic particles of hard physical property and the soft member 25 is formed on the lack of edge by the second shooting mold with a plurality of plastic particles of soft physical property. According to two different shooting molds and two different physical property plastic particles gets an excellent connecting property. Using the soft member 25 of portable electron device corner completely protects the portable electron device and decreases the damages when it falls.

Claims

1. A protection structure of portable electron device comprising:

a housing including a hard member which is manufactured to be a medium product by a first shooting mold and a plurality of plastic particles of hard physical property; and a soft edge member which is produced by placing said medium product in a second shooting mold with a plurality of plastic particles of soft physical property for protection the edge of portable electron device and absorbing shock.

2. The structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said medium product forms a housing shape and lacks for edge of housing.

3. The structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein said medium product includes an edge connection sheet.

4. The structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein said hard member has an inclined plane on lack of edge of housing.

5. The structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein said hard member has a channel on lack of edge of housing.

6. The structure as claimed in claim 2, wherein said lack of edge of housing is an opening.

7. The structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein said medium product further includes a plurality of attachment members.

8. A protection structure of portable electron device comprising:

a housing including a soft member which is manufactured to be a medium product by a first shooting mold and a plurality of plastic particles of soft physical property; and a hard edge member which is produced by placing said medium product in a second shooting mold with a plurality of plastic particles of hard physical property for protection the edge of portable electron device and absorbing shock.
