Abstract

A kite container has a barrel, a lower cover disposed on a lower end of the barrel, a carrying strap having two ends connected to the barrel, and the barrel having an upper opening to receive a bobbin. The bobbin has an annular flange to block an upper end of the barrel.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a kite container. More particularly, the present invention relates to a kite container which will receive a large kite and a bobbin.

[0002] A large kite has a fabric main body, a spine, a plurality of crosspieces, and a flying thread connected to a bobbin and the large kite. A compound kite has a plurality of fabric layers, a plurality of spines, a plurality of crosspieces, and a flying thread connected to a bobbin and the compound kite. However, it is difficult to store the large kite and the compound kite. Even if the large kite is folded and the compound kite is detached, the folding large kite and the detaching compound kite will occupy large rooms.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] An object of the present invention is to provide a kite container which will receive a large kite and a bobbin so that the large kite will not occupy a large room.

[0004] Another object of the present invention is to provide a kite container which will receive a compound kite and a bobbin so that the compound kite will not occupy a large room.

[0005] Accordingly, a kite container comprises a barrel, a lower cover disposed on a lower end of the barrel, a carrying strap having two ends connected to the barrel, and the barrel having an upper opening to receive a bobbin. The bobbin has an annular flange to block an upper end of the barrel.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0009] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a kite container 1 comprises a barrel 10, a lower cover 12 disposed on a lower end of the barrel 10, a carrying strap 14 having two ends connected to the barrel 10, and the barrel 10 having an upper opening 11 to receive a bobbin 13.

[0010] The bobbin 13 has an annular flange 132 to block an upper end of the barrel 10. A flying thread 131 winds the bobbin 13.

[0011] Referring to FIG. 3, another kite container 1′ comprises a barrel 10′, a lower cover 12′ disposed on a lower end of the barrel 10′, a carrying strap 14′ having two ends connected to the barrel 10′, and the barrel 10′ having an upper opening 11′ to receive a bobbin 13′.

[0012] The bobbin 13′ has an annular flange 132′ to block an upper end of the barrel 10′.

[0013] The annular flange 132′ of the bobbin 13′ further has an outer thread 133′.

[0014] The upper end of the barrel 10′ further has an inner thread 111′ to engage with the outer thread 133′ of the bobbin 13′. A flying thread 131′ winds the bobbin 13′.

Claims

1. A kite container comprises:

a barrel,

a lower cover disposed on a lower end of the barrel,

a carrying strap having two ends connected to the barrel,

the barrel having an upper opening to receive a bobbin, and

the bobbin having an annular flange to block an upper end of the barrel.

2. The kite container as claimed in claim 1, wherein the annular flange of the bobbin further has an outer thread.

3. The kite container as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper end of the barrel further has an inner thread to engage with the outer thread of the bobbin.
