Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to socks used when a user puts on shoes, and more particularly, to nude socks in shoes capable of removing a sense of displeasure generated from feet in the shoes when the user wears shoes with bare feet and preventing the socks from being exposed to the outside of the shoes by covering to a level of the soles of the feet.

BACKGROUND ART

[0002] In general, there are socks and stockings of various kinds for removing a sense of displeasure generated from a user's feet when the user wears shoes and for improving a style of dressing. Several people wear the socks and stockings frequently according to their taste, but several people wear the shoes with bare feet.

[0003] Recently, to wear the shoes without wearing the socks or stockings because of the style of dressing or the cause of season is prevalent among young people. It shows taste of young people who want to look like a natural and active person.

[0004] However, if the user walks wearing the shoes with the bare feet, not only the user but also the other parties may feel extreme displeasure because the user's feet are soaked with sweat and generate a bad smell. Furthermore, if the user wears or takes off the shoes with the bare feet, it is inconvenient because the wearing and taking off of the shoes are not smooth.

[0005] If the user wears the shoes with the bare feet for a long time, toes may be bended or several portions of the feet get corns, and thereby, it is not good in an aspect of the beauty and health, and may generate various diseases, such as dermatophytosis, to the feet.

[0006] Therefore, to solve the above problems, as shown in FIG. 1, overshoes have been developed. The overshoes 100 includes an overshoe body 101 made of resilient material, an overshoe inlet 102 used for inserting a user's foot into the overshoe body 101, a sewed part 103 formed in the bottom part of the overshoe body 101 in a straight line, and a band 104, which has resiliency, sewed on the edge of the overshoe inlet 102.

[0007] As shown in FIG. 2, if the user wears the shoes in a state that the user wears the overshoes 100, the user's feet can be protected by the overshoes 100, but as shown in the drawing, apart of the overshoe 100 is projected to the outside of the shoe 105.

[0008] That is, because the part of the overshoe 100 is shown to the outside of the shoe 105, it deteriorates a style of dressing or a style of shoe wearing, and thereby, the people avoid wearing the overshoes.

[0009] To solve the problems of the overshoes 100, as shown in FIG. 3, overshoes 100′ of another type have been manufactured. The overshoe 100′ includes a bottom part 106 of an overshoe body 101′ forming a plane to reduce a height, a sewed part 103′ rounded along a shape of the overshoe 100 at front and rear portions of the bottom part 106 to maintain the shape of the overshoe 100′, an overshoe inlet 102′ formed at an upper portion of the overshoe body 101′ and opened in a shape similar with the bottom part 106, and a band 104′ sewed on the border of the overshoe inlet 102′ and having elasticity.

[0010] The overshoes 100′ having the above structure have an advantage that the overshoes are not shown to the outside even though the user wears shoes 105 in a state that a height of the overshoe body 101′ is reduced. However, because the bottom part 106 of the overshoe is manufactured levelly to reduce the height of the overshoe body 101′, elasticity of the band 104′ sewed at the overshoe inlet 102′ is deteriorated. As the result, if the user takes off the shoes 105 in the state that the user wears the overshoes 100′, also the overshoes 100′ are taken off.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

[0011] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide nude socks in shoes capable of improving a sense of wearing by self-elasticity of the socks and providing a user with an improved convenience by manufacturing the socks not to be exposed to the outside of the shoes.

[0012] To achieve the above object, the present invention provides nude socks in shoes, including: a sock body of bilateral symmetry having protrusions, which is in the form of the width of the Korean sock; a central part formed at the center of a lower end, which forms a bottom part of the sock body; first and second sewed parts formed symmetrically with respect to the central part and having a uniform curvature; a sock inlet rounded and hollowed downwardly and forming an upper part of the sock body; and a band mounted on the border of the sock inlet and having elasticity.

[0013] The nude sock includes an auxiliary sole made of cotton fabrics and located on the bottom part of the sock body to absorb moisture generated from the sock body.

[0014] Moreover, elasticity applied to the sock body is applied upwardly based on the bottom part of the sock body, and the direction of elasticity is applied to the band while forming a number 8.

[0015] That is, the nude socks of the present invention are not exposed to the outside of the shoes even though the user wears the shoes because wrapping only the bottom, toes and heel of the user's feet, and not easily taken off because tightening the user's feet while elasticity of the socks acts in the form of the number 8.

[0016] Therefore, the nude socks according to the present invention can prevent a sense of displeasure or various diseases generated from the user's feet because the user does not wear the shoes with bare feet. Furthermore, the nude socks can remove inconvenience that the socks are taken off when the user walks or takes off the shoes because having a good sense of wearing. Moreover, the nude socks can show a style of dressing or a style of shoe wearing because being not exposed to the outside of the shoes when the user takes off the shoes.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0026] The present invention will now be described in detail in connection with preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0027] FIG. 4 is a perspective view of nude socks in shoes according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a state that the user wears the nude socks of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a view of a bottom part of the nude sock of the present invention. FIG. 7 is a view showing a state that elasticity of the nude sock of the present invention is applied. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of another embodiment of the nude socks according to the present invention. FIG. 9 is a view showing a state that the user wears shoes after wearing the nude socks of the present invention.

[0028] Referring to the drawings, a structure of the present invention will be described. The nude socks 1 are worn when a user wears shoes 10. The nude sock 1 includes: a sock body 2 of bilateral symmetry having protrusions, which is in the form of the width of the Korean sock; a central part 4 formed at the center of a lower end, which forms a bottom part 3 of the sock body 2; first and second sewed parts 5 and 6 formed symmetrically with respect to the central part 4 and having a uniform curvature; a sock inlet 7 rounded and hollowed downwardly and forming an upper part of the sock body 2; and a band 8 mounted on the border of the sock inlet 7 and having elasticity. The nude sock 1 further includes an auxiliary sole 9 made of cotton fabrics and located on the bottom part 3 of the sock body 2 to absorb moisture generated from the sock body 2.

[0029] In the nude socks 1 having the above structure, elasticity applied to the sock body 2 is applied upwardly based on the bottom part 3 of the sock body 2, and the direction of elasticity is applied to the band 8 while forming a number 8.

[0030] That is, the sock body 2 of the nude sock 1, which is made of spandex material, wraps up the bottom, toes and heel of the user's foot. The front and rear portions of the sock body 2 are symmetric to each other and form a shape of the width of the Korean sock. The first and second sewed parts 5 and 6, which have uniform curvature formed to be laterally symmetric with respect to the central part 4, are formed on the bottom part 3 of the sock body 2. The sock inlet 7, in which the user's foot is inserted, is rounded and hollowed downwardly, and the band 8 having elasticity is mounted on the border.

[0031] Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, because the nude sock 1 having the above structure wraps up only the bottom, toes and heel of the user's foot, the sock is not exposed to the outside of the shoe 10 when the user wears the shoe 10. Moreover, the nude sock 1 is not easily taken off because elasticity of the nude sock 1 tightens the user's foot while acting in the direction of the number 8.

[0032] FIG. 6 is a view showing a state that the auxiliary sole 9 is adhered on the bottom part 3 of the nude sock 1. The nude sock 1 made of material similar with that of stockings cannot absorb sweat of the nude sock 1 well, but sweat of the nude sock 1 can be easily absorbed if the auxiliary sole 9 is used. The auxiliary sole 9 is woven double with cotton thread and fixed on the bottom part 3 of the sock body 2 to minimize a sense of displeasure generated from the stockings of nylon material.

[0033] As shown in FIG. 7, when the user wears the nude socks 1, the nude socks 1 are contacted to the user's feet while elasticity of the nude socks 1 is applied in the form of the number 8. The above principle is that a rubber band of a ring type is twisted in the form of the number 8, the rubber band gets strength pulling mutually based on the intersection of the rubber band if the end and the heel of the use's foot are fixed to the front and rear portions, and thereby, the user can obtain a good sense of wearing without tightening the toes, and elasticity is generated through the bottom part 3 divided into two at an arch part, which is a central portion of the bottom of the foot.

[0034] To apply elasticity of the nude sock 1 in the form of the number 8, the first and second sewed parts 5 and 6 having curvature downwardly are formed on the bottom part 3.

[0035] Furthermore, the nude socks 1 can be applied to not only the shoes 10 but also sports shoes. As shown in FIG. 8, the nude socks 1′ are not exposed to the outside even though the user moves wearing the sports shoes together with the nude socks 1′ for the sports shoes.

[0036] As shown in FIG. 9, the nude socks according to the present invention can always provide the user with convenience because wrapping the user's feet without exposure to the outside even though the user moves wearing the shoes 10.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

[0037] As described above, the nude socks according to the present invention can prevent a sense of displeasure or various diseases generated from the user's feet because the user does not wear the shoes with bare feet.
