Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to CD (compact disk) pockets, and particularly to a CD pocket which has a beautiful outlook and is portably easily, and moreover the compact disks therein can be taken out easily.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In current society, much information is stored in compact disks so as to save storage volume. Since it is often that a plurality of compact disks are necessary to be carried out, CD pockets are invented for receiving compact disks. Referring to FIG. 6, a prior art compact disk is illustrated. The prior art CD pocket has a pocket which is opened or closed by a zipper. A plurality of bags are disposed in the pocket for receiving compact disks. One lateral surface of each bag has a cover, and thus if it is desired to put or take a compact disk into or from the bag, the cover must be opened so that the operation is inconvenient. It is also inconvenient for looking for a compact disk. Moreover, the number of bags are limited. That is, each bag is fixed to the pocket singly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a CD pocket which has a beautiful outlook and is portably easily, and moreover the compact disks therein can be taken out easily.

[0004] To achieve object, the present invention provides a CD pocket which has two outer covers, two inner covers, and a plurality of CD receiving bags. The two inner covers are disposed within the two outer covers; and the plurality of CD receiving bags are disposed within the inner covers; each of the inner cover having an insertion bag. The plurality of CD receiving bags are connected side by side so as to formed with a bag assembly. Each CD receiving bag has an insertion opening. Two sides of the bag assembly are formed with respective hard inserting plates. Each of the inserting plates is inserted into one of the inserting bags. The two outer covers are connected by connecting belts. Each of the inner cover is placed in a respective outer cover. When the two outer covers are closed, a packet is formed; a holdable belt is extended from the connecting belts for being held by users.

[0005] The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0006] FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention.

[0007] FIG. 2 is a partial schematic view of the present invention.

[0008] FIG. 3 shows the appearance of the present invention.

[0009] FIG. 4 is an expanded view of the present invention.

[0010] FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing one application of the present invention.

[0011] FIG. 6 is an expanded view of a prior art CD pocket.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0012] In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

[0013] Referring to FIG. 1, the CD pocket of the present invention is illustrated. The CD pocket 1 of the present invention includes two round inner covers 10 and two round outer covers 20. The two outer covers 20 are connected by connecting belts 11 and 21. Each of the inner cover 10 is placed in a respective outer cover 20. When the two outer covers 20 are closed, a packet is formed. A holdable belt 23 is extended from the connecting belts 11 and 21 for being held by users. Each of inner sides of the inner covers 10 is formed with a respective insertion bag 12. An opening of each outer cover 20 has a zipper 22. The two outer covers 20 can be closed by closing the zipper 22.

[0014] The feature of the present invention will be described herein.

[0015] A plurality of CD receiving bags 30 are connected side by side so as to formed with a bag assembly. Each CD receiving bag 30 has a straight insertion opening 31. Two sides of the bag assembly are formed with respective hard inserting plates 32. The inserting plates 32 can be inserted into the inserting bags 12. Each of the CD receiving bag 30 is formed with a via hole 33. A strip 34 passes through all the via holes 33 so as to fix all the CD receiving bags 30 to the connecting belt 11, as shown in FIG. 2.

[0016] In assembly, the inserting plates 32 at two sides of the bag assembly are inserted into the insertion bags 12. The strip 34 passes through all the via holes 33 and then is fixed to the connecting belt 11. When the zipper 22 is closed, a complete CD pocket 1 is formed.

[0017] In the present invention, when the zipper 22 is opened, and the two outer covers 20 are pulled outwards, then the bag assembly can be expanded as a sector shape. At this state, a compact disk 40 can be inserted into one CD receiving bag 30 from the insertion opening 31. If it is desired to take out the compact disk, the compact disk 40 is taken out from the insertion opening 31, as shown in FIG. 5.

[0018] In the present invention, the shapes of the inner covers 10 and the outer covers 20 are not confined by a round shape as used in this embodiment, other shapes, such as round shapes, rectangular shapes, or elliptical shapes can be used, all these are within the scope of the present invention.

[0019] In the present invention, the bag assembly formed by the CD receiving bags 30 are telescopic and thus it can be reduced to have a small volume.

[0020] The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
