Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] This invention relates to a container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together, particularly to one consisting of an outer body made of a metal material and provided with a plurality of perforated holes disposed thereon, and an insert body made of a plastic material, whereby the insert body is first heated with high temperature, inserted into the outer body, and then fed in blow air with a blowing machine so that the insert body can be expanded outwardly under the blow air to be attached to an inner surface of the outer body and further to be extended into and filled up the plurality of perforated holes of the outer body so as to be tightly bonded with the outer body to form an integral one, by which the container of the present invention is finished. The container is capable of representing a three-dimensional and multi-layered aestheticism to increase its value in commerce; the metal-made outer body is capable of greatly reinforcing the rigidness of the container to be more durable in use; the plastic-made insert body is convenient for cleaning an interior of the container.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] Generally speaking, conventional containers have interiors provided with hollow space for being filled with articles and exteriors provided with fixed shapes, such as cylinders, polygonal columns, etc. Moreover, most of the containers are printed with patterns or words on the exteriors for increasing their changes in design, but such patterns or words are only plane designs without any three-dimensional or multi-layered aestheticism. In addition, such conventional containers are generally made of metal only, glass only, potter's clay only, porcelain clay only, or acry only. The containers made of the metal material are advantaged in their good heat-conduction in a short time, but are troublesome for the need of brushing utensils in cleaning. However, the containers made of the other materials are fragile and rater easily broken, which is always required to be very careful in use. As can be realized from the above description, the shortcomings of the known conventional containers have been presented. Therefore, the present invention is to create a novel, aesthetic but utility construction to overcome the shortcomings of the known conventional containers

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The main purpose of the invention is to offer a container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together that is capable of representing a three-dimensional and multi-layered aestheticism, rigid and durable in use, and convenient in cleaning.

[0006] The main feature of the invention is to provide a container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together, mainly including:

[0007] an outer body made of a metal material and provided with a plurality of perforated holes disposed thereon;

[0008] an insert body made of a plastic material; and,

[0009] whereby the insert body is first heated with high temperature, inserted into the outer body, and then fed in blow air with a blowing machine so that the insert body can be expanded outwardly under the blow air to be attached to an inner surface of the outer body and further to be extended into and filled up the plurality of perforated holes of the outer body so as to be tightly bonded with the outer body to form an integral one, by which the container of the present invention is finished.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0010] This invention will be better understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, wherein:

[0011] FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together in the present invention;

[0012] FIG. 2 is a block diagram of the container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together in the present invention, showing working steps for finishing the container;

[0013] FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together in the present invention, showing that an insert body having been heated with high temperature is inserted into an outer body;

[0014] FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together in the present invention, showing that the insert body and the outer body are bonded together; and,

[0015] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together in the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0016] A preferred embodiment of a container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, mainly includes an outer body 1 made of a metal material and an insert body 2 made of a plastic material.

[0017] The outer body 1 is provided with an opening 10 disposed at a top thereof and a plurality of perforated holes 11 disposed on a circumferential wall surface thereon. The perforated holes 11 may be designed to be round holes, star-shaped holes, fruit-shaped holes, etc.

[0018] The container structure formed with metal and plastic bonded together in the present invention can be finished with the following working steps, as shown in FIG. 2.

[0019] 1. The plastic-made insert body 2 is first heated with high temperature.

[0020] 2. The heated insert body 2 is then inserted into the outer body 1, as shown in FIG. 3.

[0021] 3. The insert body 2 placed in the outer body 1 is fed in blow air with a blowing machine (not shown).

[0022] 4. The blown insert body 2 is then expanded outwardly to be attached to an inner surface of the outer body 1, and further to be extended into and filled up the plurality of perforated holes 11 of the outer body I so as to be tightly bonded with the outer body 1 to form an integral one, by which the container of the present invention is finished, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.

[0023] With the above-mentioned components and working steps, the container of the present invention is capable of representing a three-dimensional and multi-layered aestheticism to increase its value in commerce; the metal-made outer body 1 is capable of greatly reinforcing the rigidness of the container to be more durable in use; the plastic-made insert body 2 is convenient for cleaning an interior of the container.

[0024] Moreover, the container of the present invention may be designed to be cups, sealable canisters, bottles, buckets, pots, jars, etc. for being filled with a wide variety of articles therein.

[0025] While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
