Acoustical beach chair
A beach chair with an improved method to enhance the comfort of audio listening by incorporating acoustical speakers integrated into top portion of a beach chair. Optionally, the chair has a pouch to hold audio and other items.
[0001] 1. FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0002] The present invention relates to a beach chair, more particular, to acoustic hardware that provides direct audio and comfort to a typical beach chair.
[0003] 2. DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART
[0004] The typical beach style chairs vary in designs. They typically fold in two or three sections and are made of different types of material. Some added features to these chairs include armrest, headrest, cup holders and even audio as cited in prior art Mellace Patent No: U.S. Pat No. 6,523,894 B1, which uses audio, integrated into arm of chair.
[0005] The audio currently out there only allows use of headphones or a commonly used large stand-alone audio system with built in speakers.
[0006] From a quality audio stand point there is no way to direct sound close to a persons ears without use of headphones, which creates other issues such as cleanliness and discomfort from the elements of a hot beach.

[0008] There has been summarized above, the prior art that relates to the present invention in order that the present invention maybe better appreciated.
[0009] It is an object that the present invention to provide a method and apparatus that provides away to incorporate other comforts into a lounge style beach chair.
[0010] It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus that provides away to incorporate audio listening comfort into a typical beach chair.
[0011] These objects and advantages will become readily apparent, as the invention is better understood by reference to the accompanying summary, drawings, and detailed description that follows.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION[0012] The present invention is generally directed to satisfying the needs set fourth above. In accordance with the preferred embodiment, takes the form of an apparatus for improving the comfort of a common beach chair.
[0013] The present invention is a standard beach style chair with acoustical backed speakers mounted within the material of top portion of chair. These speakers will be mounted on far corners so not to interfere with person.
[0014] Optionally, the chair will have a standard pouch mounted on back portion of chair in between left and right speakers. This will accept any type of audio for speaker connection.

DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT[0018] For the purpose of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth below in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. [0021] Illustrated in FIG. 2 the speakers are mounted through dimensionally cut portion of material from front to back of chair. The speaker wire 3 is fed freely into pouch 4 where audio is stored 5.

Claims
1. A beach chair comprising an integrated speaker system for improving the audio quality and comfort of a typical beach chair, said apparatus comprising: Any type material with dimensional cutout for securing said speaker assembly, said having front speaker encasement configured to mount flush against top front dimensionally cut flat material portion of chair.
2. An apparatus as cited in claim 1 further comprising: a baffled acoustical chamber mounted flush against rear dimensionally cut portion of chair, directly opposite front speaker encasement. Said speaker housing can be mounted either by securing front and back speaker assembly with screws or by gluing to dimensionally cut material. Said acoustical backing enhances sound to travel through front of speaker assembly. Speaker connection is made from back with standard speaker to audio connection.
