Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to plummets, and particularly to a plummet decoration which can be assembled to a ring or a necklace.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In the prior art, the plummet of a ring or a necklace is a fix-type design, that is, the plummet is only secured to a ring or a necklace. Moreover, the type of the plummet is dull without any variation so that it can not retain a good feeling to the user for a longer time. Thereby, there is an eager demand for a novel design which can improve the defect in the prior art design.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a plummet decoration comprising a ring, a plummet and a necklace. The ring has at least one first buckle and one second buckle. The plummet includes at least one plummet frame and the plummet frame includes at least one insertion portion. At the connection of the plummet of the ring; the plummet is installed with a first groove and a second groove corresponding to the first buckle and second buckle. The first buckle and second buckle are capable of being embedded into and detached from the first groove and second groove. After the ring is detached from the plummet, a necklace can be inserted into the insertion portion of the plummet.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0013] In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

[0014] With reference to FIGS. 1 and 3, the plummet decoration of the present invention includes a ring 1, a plummet 2, and a necklace 3.

[0015] Referring to FIGS. 1, 2 and 4, the ring 1 is selected from materials having a preferred elasticity, such as gold, silver, iron, nickel, metals or the alloys thereof. The ring 1 has at least one first buckle 11 and one second buckle 12. The ring 1 has an opening 13 between the first buckle 11 and second buckle 12.

[0016] Referring to FIG. 1, in the present invention, each of the first buckle 11 and second buckle 12 has a post 10. Each post 10 has a head 101 at an upper end thereof.

[0017] Referring to FIG. 2, the plummet 2 of the present invention includes at least one plummet frame 21 and a plummet core 211 is mounted on the plummet frame 21. The plummet core 211 is selected from one of diamonds, pearls, jades, agates, etc.

[0018] Referring to FIG. 1, at the connection of the plummet frame 21 and the ring 1 has a plate 20. The plate 20 has a first groove 22 and a second groove 23 corresponding to the first buckle 11 and second buckle 12, respectively. Each of the first groove 22 and second groove 23 includes at least one receiving groove 201 and a providing groove 202 communicable to the receiving groove 201.

[0019] In the present invention, the shape of the plate 20 can be selected from one of rectangular shapes, square shapes, round shapes, elliptical shapes, polygonal shapes, etc.

[0020] In the present invention, the first groove 22 is line-symmetrical to the second groove 23. The first groove 22 and second groove 23 can be arranged along a line and symmetrical to a middle line therebetween, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. Or the first groove 22 and first groove 22 are arranged along a round shape, as shown in FIG. 6. Moreover, in another embodiment of the present invention, each of the first groove 22 and second groove 23 has a positioning groove 203, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 8.

[0021] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 7, by above mentioned components, in the present invention, by the elasticity of the ring 1, a force is applied to the opening 13 so that the first buckle 11 and second buckle 12 are buckled to the receiving grooves 201 of the first groove 22 and second groove 23. By the shapes of the first groove 22 and second groove 23, the first buckle 11 and second buckle 12 are pushed to the positioning grooves 202. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, it is only necessary to release the applied force, the first buckle 11 and second buckle 12 can be buckled to the first groove 22 and second groove 23. Referring to FIG. 6, after the first buckle 11 and second buckle 12 are buckled to the receiving grooves 201, the ring 1 is rotated along the first groove 22 and second groove 23, so as to combine the ring 1 with the plummet 2. With reference to FIG. 8, it is shown that the first groove 22 and second groove 23 are buckled to the positioning groove 203.

[0022] If it is necessary to detach the ring 1 from the plummet 2, the first groove 22 and second groove 23 are rotated reversely so that they move away from the positioning grooves 202 and then are pulled out from the receiving groove 201 of the first groove 22 and second groove 23.

[0023] With reference to FIG. 3, in the present invention, a necklace 3 can be installed. After the ring 1 is detached from the plummet 2, the necklace 3 can pass through an inserting portion 24 of the plummet 2.

[0024] The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
