Fast pedestal mechanism for shower panel

Abstract

The present invention provides a fast pedestal for shower panel, fully utilizing original component pre-built on the wall to conveniently mount it, wherein said fast pedestal is comprised of a carrier and a retainer ring, therein said fast pedestal is tabular structure, which has a socket formed on the middle of upper portion for connecting to the original component in socket joint, and fastened on it by securing said retainer ring, and there is a connecting device cooperating to the shower panel built upon said fast pedestal. By means of the outlet of pipe line extended out the wall, said fast pedestal is hung and secured on the wall with the socket and retainer ring, the shower panel is hooked on to the fast pedestal, after connecting all the line pipe at inside of the shower panel, the shower panel is ready for working. So, the present invention can meet the requirement of the working site without destroying the surface of the wall, and carry out mounting a shower set on a hidden-pipe wall, meanwhile develop the product using range.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a fast pedestal mechanism for shower panel.

2. Description of Prior Art

Along with the improvement of the daily life level of people, many new variety of house utensils are continuously created fro meeting the necessary of modern people, among of them shower set is an essential product in the people daily life, it not only can wash dust off bodies, but also relax body and mind from tiring, so a shower set with massaging function is come out, by adjusting the faucet to control water streams jet out from many different directions shooting on the body so as to massage. In the market, there are varied shower panels for mounting on the wall at home cooperating to water pipes, but in some hotels or standard apartments, the water pipe lines are hidden behind the wall, if mounting shower panel, the wall surface will be destroyed, further to occur the second decoration process to bring up wasting, meanwhile the standard styles of hotels and apartments is broken too. Therefore how to conveniently mount shower panel without destroying the original mounting method is become a problem remained to be solved to the manufactures.

OBJECTS AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore a main object of the present invention to provide a fast pedestal for shower panel, by taking the advantage of original components pre-built on the wall, to mount shower panel conveniently.

For achieving the object, the present invention provides a fast pedestal for shower panel, fully utilizing original component pre-built on the wall to conveniently mount it, wherein said fast pedestal is comprised of a carrier and a retainer ring, therein said fast pedestal is tabular structure, which has a socket formed on the middle of upper portion for connecting to the original component in socket joint, and fastened on it by securing said retainer ring, and there is a connecting device cooperating to the shower panel built upon said fast pedestal.

Said original component pre-built on the wall is an extended outlet pipe tip with a male thread on the outside for connecting with the female thread of said socket of the carrier.

Said connecting device is a hookup set upon the top end of said fast pedestal for hanging shower panel.

Said connecting device is a clevis set upon the top end of said fast pedestal for hanging shower panel.

Said fast pedestal is attached with a suction cup at the bottom portion for absorbing on wall and fastening the bottom end.

Said shower panel is secured on said fast pedestal at the middle portion.

Said retainer ring is a nut.

By means of the outlet of pipe line extended out the wall, said fast pedestal is hung and secured on the wall with the socket and retainer ring, the shower panel is hooked on to the fast pedestal, after connecting all the line pipe at inside of the shower panel, the shower panel is ready for working. So the present invention, depending on the hidden mounting standard, not only carry out shower panel mounting presses, but also set up multiple functions at will, and improve the mounting condition of shower panel.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present invention provides a fast pedestal of shower panel, which is comprised of a carrier 1 and a retainer ring 2, cooperating to a component 3 pre-built on the wall.

Said carrier 1 is tabular structure, on which a socket 11 is built upon the middle of upper portion, said socket 11 has a female thread 111 at inside, and a clevis 12 is set on the top end; for preventing the carrier 1 from yawing, a suction cup 13 is attached on the bottom portion for fastening it on the wall.

Said retainer ring 2 is a ring with a female thread 21 at inside, so it can be a nut.

Said component 3 pre-built on the wall is an outlet 3 of pipe with a male thread 31. In mounting, by taking the advantage of said component 3, said carrier 1 is hung and secured on the wall by securing the carrier 1 with the female thread 111 of the socket 11 on the male thread 31 of said component 3, so as to make the back surface of the carrier 1 touch against the wall tightly, then secure the retainer ring 2 on the male thread 31 at tip end of the component 3, for further fastening said carrier 1, two washers 4 are separately placed at the both side of said carrier 1 directly, and cooperating to the suction cup 13, the carrier 1 is tightly retained on the wall, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, next hang said shower panel 5 on the clevis 12 of said carrier 1 with the hookup 51 (or hang on the hookup of said carrier with the clevis of said shower panel), for further fastening the shower panel 5 on the carrier 1, a bolt 6 passing through the shell of shower panel is secured in the carrier 1 at the middle, by connecting all the line pipe at inside of the shower panel, the shower panel is ready for working.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, if the tip end of the outlet 3 extended out from the wall is relative longer, the user can replace it with a properly shorter one so as to take it as a connector of the fast pedestal, further to make the mounted shower set appears thicker.

In accordance with above description, the present invention can meet the requirement of the working site without destroying the surface of the wall, and carry out mounting a shower set on a hidden-pipe wall, meanwhile develop the product using range.

Claims

1. A fast pedestal mechanism for shower panel, fully utilizing original component pre-built on the wall to conveniently mount it, wherein said fast pedestal is comprised of a carrier and a retainer ring, therein said fast pedestal is tabular structure, which has a socket formed on the middle of upper portion for connecting to the original component in socket joint, and fastened on it from outside by securing said retainer ring, and there is a connecting device cooperating to the shower panel built upon said carrier.

2. A fast pedestal mechanism for shower panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said component pre-built on the wall is an extended outlet pipe tip with a male thread on the outside for connecting with the female thread of said socket of the carrier.

3. A fast pedestal mechanism for shower panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said connecting device is a hookup set upon the top end of said carrier for hanging shower panel.

4. A fast pedestal mechanism for shower panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said connecting device is a clevis set upon the top end of said carrier for hanging shower panel.

5. A fast pedestal mechanism for shower panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said carrier is attached with a suction cup at the bottom portion for absorbing on wall and fastening the bottom end.

6. A fast pedestal mechanism for shower panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said shower panel is secured on said carrier at the middle portion.

7. A fast pedestal mechanism for shower panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said retainer ring is a nut.
