Tooolbox
A toolbox comprising a box, an upper cover, a handle and a collecting plate. The box in half elliptic shape appearance with a concaved half ball shape storage space internally, the lower inner wall of the box is protruding out and forms a loading area, several protruding stands are on the bottom of the box. The upper cover in half elliptic shape with a concaved space internally, some portion of the brink on the bottom of the upper cover links to the box to open and close, several indentation slots are formed in different sizes and shapes internally to the upper cover. The handle passing through the top of the upper cover, two shafts are fixed on the upper cover, two feet of the handle insert into the upper cover, two shafts go through the vertical long hole on the two feet of the handle. The collecting plate in an independent tray structure and on the loading area inside the box, several indentation slots in different sizes and shapes are on the top of the collecting plate.
I. Field of the Invention
This invention relates generally to a toolbox and, more specifically, to a toolbox that stores tools, parts and can be carried by users, the outer appearance of the toolbox is in football shape; not only the outer appearance differs from the prior art, the inner space is also designed and planned for more storage room.
II. Description of the Prior Art

It is therefore a primary object of the invention to provide a toolbox to offer a different outer appearance from the prior flat rectangular shape toolbox and more storage room. The outer appearance of the present invention is in football shape, the configuration is totally different from the flat rectangular shape; the box and the upper cover of the present invention offers more storage room; the storage space and collecting slots have better planning; the extra collecting plate, compare to the prior art, offers extra storage space for more hand tools and parts, however the total volume is not larger than the prior art, the storage space of the present invention will not be larger, users can carry the toolbox easily.
In order to achieve the objective set forth, a toolbox in accordance with the present invention comprises:

- a box in half elliptic shape appearance with a concaved half ball shape storage space internally, the lower inner wall of the box is protruding out and forms a loading area, several protruding stands are on the bottom of the box;
- an upper cover in half elliptic shape with a concaved space internally, some portion of the brink on the bottom of the upper cover links to the box to open and close, several indentation slots are formed in different sizes and shapes internally to the upper cover;
- a handle passing through the top of the upper cover, two shafts are fixed on the upper cover, two feet of the handle insert into the upper cover, two shafts go through the vertical long hole on the two feet of the handle;
- a collecting plate in an independent tray structure and on the loading area inside the box, several indentation slots in different sizes and shapes are on the top of the collecting plate.

The appearance of the present invention looks like a football and is totally different from the rectangular shape of the prior art, the hemisphere inner space of the box (10) and the upper cover (20) can increase the usable room deeper for better application, the collecting plate (30) in between offers more room for more tools and parts without increasing the overall volume; the storage of the toolbox will not occupy large space, users can carry the toolbox easily.
While a preferred embodiment of the invention has been shown and described in detail, it will be readily understood and appreciated that numerous omissions, changes and additions may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Claims
1. A toolbox comprising:
- a box in half elliptic shape appearance with a concaved half ball shape storage space internally, the lower inner wall of said box is protruding out and forms a loading area;
- an upper cover in half elliptic shape with a concaved space internally, some portion of the brink on the bottom of said upper cover links to said box to open and close, several indentation slots are formed in different sizes and shapes internally to said upper cover;
- a handle passing through the top of said upper cover, two shafts being fixed on said upper cover, two feet of said handle insert into said upper cover, said two shafts go through the vertical long hole on said two feet of said handle;
- a collecting plate in an independent tray structure and on said loading area inside said box, several indentation slots in different sizes and shapes are on the top of said collecting plate.
2. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein at least one protruding positioning piece located on the top edge of said box, at least one positioning indentation are on the bottom edge of said upper cover, when said upper cover closes, said protruding positioning piece wedges into said positioning indentation.
3. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein at least one indentation is on the external front edge of said box, a protruding fastener is in said indentation, a joined buckle on said upper cover locates corresponding to said protruding fastener to fasten the protruding fastener.
4. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein a crooked bendable strip installed between the edges of said box and said upper cover to make said upper cover open and close.
5. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein a handle container located on the center of the top wall of said upper cover.
6. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein one inward concaved finger slot each at the height of said collecting plate located on top right and left side of said box.
7. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein several slots on said collecting plate in various sizes and shapes as sleeve slots, tool slots and wrench slots.
8. The toolbox recited in claim 7, wherein internal brink of said upper cover corresponding to said sleeve slots being concaved for definite depth to make the upper level flat when is closed.
9. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein an indentation located across over said wrench slot of said collecting plate for users to take the wrench out easier.
10. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein a round bar each located on one of said indentation slots to insert screw drive tip.
11. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein a collection slot in elliptic indentation shape is on the bottom of the inner wall of said box.
12. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein overall appearance of said toolbox looks like a football.
13. The toolbox recited in claim 1, wherein several protruding stands located on the bottom of said box.
