Structure of a game circle

Abstract

The present invention discloses an improvement structure of a game circle. The game circle mainly includes four same arcs, and axis set on the game circle, the axis is formed by a fixing element fixed into a through hole, and the fixing element is formed as one at one end of the arc, and the through hole is at another end of the arc; a recess set at the center of the fixed element, and the fixing element with flexibility when fixing something fixes arc together. By the way, the benefits of replacing rapidly and reducing cost can be reached.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an improvement structure of a game circle, and more particularly to an improvement structure of a foldable game circle

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Due to parents always wish their children to success in the future and not to lose at the beginning, they put much emphasis on children's education and learning. The objects of some various assistant tools help children learning are hoping to attract children's interests to let children learn knowledge and judgement ability to inspire children's intelligence. For example, children could recognize objects' shapes and colors, then classify them by teaching games to increase the parents-children relationship and inspire children's intelligence. Please referring to FIG. 1 illustrated the explosive view of the prior game circle structure and referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 illustrated the assembly view of the prior game circle structure and the cross-section view of that respectively. As shown as fingered: the game circle 1 can assist children to judge the features of objects and then classify them, wherein the game circle 1 is composed of four same arc 11, and the two ends of the arc 11 set a through hole 12 respectively, and four fixing elements 13 responded to the through holes 12 combine arcs 11 and become an axis 14 to make game circle 1 foldable. But, the structure has disadvantages listed below:

• 1. Too many needed elements to make non-convenience when producing and high cost:
  • Due to the axis is formed by combining the through holes of each arc by the fixing elements, too many elements make non-convenience of assembly and high cost.
• 2. Unable to replace new arc:
  • Due to the curiousness of children, the arcs of the game circles often break and unable to be used anymore when it is used by children's misuse, and then the combination structure can not be replaced and have to replace the whole new game circle to be used again, and it reduces the resource wastage.

Due to the disadvantages of the structure of the prior game circle, the inventor felt that is not very perfect and thought for years to improve it to an improvement structure of the game circle to reach the benefits of replacing rapidly and reducing cost.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A primary object of the present invention is to provide an improvement structure of a game circle that has the structure of replacing rapidly and reducing cost.

Another object of the present invention is to make the game circle easily foldable and occupy little space when it is folded.

To achieve the above object, the improvement structure of a game circle of the present invention mainly includes four same circles, and axes set on the game circle to be folded easily and occupy little space when it is folded, wherein the axis is formed by a fixing element fixed into a through hole, and the fixing element is formed as one at one end of the arc, and the through hole is at another end of the arc. By the way, the benefits of replacing rapidly and reducing cost can be reached.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Some of the objects of the invention have been set forth above. Other objects and advantages of the present invention will appear as the invention when taken in conjunction with the following embodiment and drawings.

First, please referring to FIG. 4 illustrated the explosive view of the present invention and referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 illustrated the assembly view and sectioned view respectively. As shown as fingered: the game circle 2 mainly includes four same arcs 21, and axis 22 set on the game circle 2, the axis 22 is formed by a fixing element 211 fixed into a through hole 212, and the fixing element 211 is formed as one at one end of the arc 21, and the through hole 212 is at another end of the arc 21; a recess 213 set at the center of the fixed element 211, and the fixing element 211 with flexibility when fixing something fixes arc 21 together. By the way, the benefits of replacing rapidly and reducing cost can be reached.

Please referring to FIG. 7 illustrated an embodiment view of the present invention, as shown as fingered: a shape plate set 3 includes plates several colors, shapes and sizes. When instructed to choose a rectangular structure in the shape plate set 3, children judge which one is rectangular plate first and pick it out and then put it in the game circle 2 to help them learn classification.

Please referring to FIG. 8 illustrated another embodiment view of the present invention, as shown as fingered: when children are instructed to pick out rectangular plate with oblique stripe, parents take another game circle 4 to fold across above game circle 2, and children need to judge which one is oblique stripe plate and which one is rectangular plate and then pick them out and put them in the connected set of two game circle 2,4; therefore, children could learn the concept of set and establish logic concept and inspire their intelligence.

Please referring to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 illustrated the folding view of the present invention. As shown as fingered: The game circle 2 is folded from a circular shape to a shape by the axis 22 and then being folded again from the shape to a ellipse shape; therefore, the game circle 2 is easily folded and occupies little space.

1. An improvement structure of a game circle, composed of four same arcs and an axis set on said game circle to make it easily folded and occupies little space; which is characterized in:

said axis is formed by a fixing element fixed into a through hole, and said fixing element is formed as one at one end of said arc, and said through hole is at another end of said arc;

by the way, the benefits of replacing rapidly and reducing cost can be reached.
