Compression Exercise Bar
This simple, lightweight device can develop chest muscles effectively and symmetrically. Resistance is provided by 2 compression springs and 2 hand grip locations vary muscle involvement. The vertical grip is similar to the ‘butterfly’ chest exercise and the horizontal grip is totally new and makes the pectorals the prime mover in the exercise.
