Bathing glove
A bathing glove is formed of a meshed woven fabric made out of Crimp yarn finish-treated nylon threads by weaving. The threads extend in a wavelike manner in weft direction, each having a plurality of U-shaped portions spaced in weft direction at a predetermined pitch. The U-shaped portions of each two adjacent threads are respectively hooked together to form parallel lines of chains in warp direction. The threads are arranged into thread groups each including a predetermined number of threads. The U-shaped portions of the threads of each thread group are gathered together at a top side of one of the chains to form a respective pile in such a manner that each two adjacent pieces of the pile in weft direction are not aligned in a line.
1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to body cleaning implements and more specifically, to a bathing glove.
2. Description of the Related Art
Various bathing apparatus such as bathing brushes, bathing balls, bathing towels, bathing belts, etc. have been disclosed, and have appeared on the market. When in use, the user needs to hold the bathing implement firmly in hand and then rub the bathing implement over the skin of the body. Recently, bathing gloves have been created for use to clean the body. Because a bathing glove can directly be put on the hand for cleaning the body, it is convenient to use. Regular bathing gloves commonly have a meshed structure, which may be made from a meshed fiber cloth, or woven with fiber threads. A bathing glove of meshed fiber cloth has a poor cleaning effect because of the plain surface structure of the meshed fiber cloth. A bathing glove made by weaving has a wave pattern that curves outwards and inwards. However, this design of bathing glove does not achieve a satisfactory cleaning effect due excessively big meshes. Further, this design of bathing glove does not give a comfort touch because the woven fabric is not elastic.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a bathing glove that eliminates the aforesaid drawbacks.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention has been accomplished under the circumstances in view. It is one object of the present invention to provide a bathing glove, which has a high cleaning power.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a bathing glove, which gives a comfort touch when moved over the skin during washing.
To achieve these objects of the present invention, the bathing glove is formed of a meshed woven fabric made out of Crimp yarn finish-treated nylon threads by weaving.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Referring to
Referring to
As indicated above, the threads 22 of the meshed woven fabric 20 of the bathing glove 10 extend in weft direction in a wavelike manner, and arranged to form a great numbers of pile 28 on the surface of the bathing glove 10, showing an outwardly and inwardly curved surface structure that carries dirt from the skin effectively when the user washing the body with the bathing glove 10. Further, because the pile 28 is soft and slender and the threads 22 interwoven to form a three-dimensional fabric structure, the bathing glove 10 gives a soft touch when moved over the skin. The bulky fibers of the pile 28 are absorptive, and give a good massaging effect when rubbed over the skin.
Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
