Abstract

The present invention provides a method of packaging washbasin table assembly, in which the first step is to cut the stone plate into a size that the customers can lay over directly; the second step is to lay the wash table and the washbasin matching with the pre-drilled hole and location holes on a crash pallet together; the third step is to wrap the wash table and washbasin on the crash pallet up so that the wash table and the washbasin are held in the crash pallet tightly without any loosing. Utilizing the method of the present invention not only avoid repeatedly package, and facilitate to sell, and to customers installing by themselves.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to method of packaging washbasin table assembly, and more particularly to a packaging to a pre-combined assembly of washbasin and washing table so as to avoid individually repeatedly packing, further to facilitate to sell and install for the customer by himself.

2. Description of Prior Art

In accordance with the conventional construction material market, the washbasin and its table are packaged separately and individually, when selling, the customers should buy the washbasin and wash table respectively in accordance of necessary, then by some special tools combine them together, if the predrilled hole on the wash table is not matching with the size of the washbasin—just like smaller, have to treat the hole of the wash table in broaching so that they are matching, then just combine and install them with some tools. But in fact, broaching the hole by the customers self not only brings up some trouble, but also often damages the wash table by unexpected miss operation so as to cause rejection.

So, the washbasin and the wash table are respectively packaged, it not only occurs repeatedly package to bring to waste, but also inconvenient for packaged selling and buying complete set to the customers, and installing after buying by customers self. Therefore, providing a pre-matched assembly of the washbasin and wash table as a complete goods and integral package can avoid efficiently repeated package, and facilitate selling and buying, so that the customers can install them by themselves as a DIY goods. Hence, it is essential to so far development of the construction material market.

But how to pack the new combined goods is an issue to the manufacturers.

OBJECTS AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore a main object of the present invention to provide a method of packaging combined wash table that can avoid repeatedly packaging, facilitating selling and to customers installing by themselves.

For achieving the object mentioned above, the present invention provides a method of packaging a combined wash table including following steps as:

The first step is to cut the plate into the size as the wash table that the customers can install individually and directly, and pre-drill a setting hole for the washbasin and at least two location holes for mounting.

The second step is to lay the wash table and the washbasin matching with the pre-drilled setting hole and location holes on a crash pallet together.

The third step is to wrap the wash table and washbasin on the crash pallet up so that the wash table and the washbasin are held in the crash pallet tightly without any loosing.

Based on above-mentioned first step, the wash table should be pre-drilled an inlet pipe hole at least.

Based on the third step, after wrapping the wash table and the washbasin on the crash pallet up, at least remains a window for the customers looking at the wash table and the washbasin, or touching them directly.

As wrapping up in the third step, all the location parts fro locating the washbasin on the wash table, like locating bolts and wing nuts and so on, should be attached at inside.

In the third step, the splash apron of the wash table should be wrapped up together.

Adding a step before the second step, in which firstly the washbasin is located on the pre-drilled setting hole of the wash table with the locating parts via the location holes, just like the locating bolts, the wing nuts and the cementing agent and so on to combine a complete set of goods, then put the combined assembly of the wash table and the washbasin on the crash pallet.

In the third step, wrap the wash table and the washbasin on the crash pallet up with Kraft paper and tie in so that the wash table and the washbasin are fastened on the crash pallet without any loosing.

Utilizing above-mentioned method, the present invention can package the matching wash table and the washbasin by means of the crash pallet up together to compound a complete set of goods, thereby avoiding the shortcoming of repeatedly wrapped the wash table and the washbasin respectively in the prior art, meanwhile saving the packaging cost, and the complete set package makes the customers able to install by themselves, especially if the wash table and the washbasin are pre-combined together with the locating parts, just like locating bolts, the wing nuts and the cement agent and so on, it facilitates to the installation greatly. Therefore, the packaging method of the present invention provides a new DIY goods meeting to the development of the so far construction material market.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 1, the preferred embodiment of the present invention is to provide a method, in which firstly the plate is cut into the size that the customers can install individually and directly, and a setting hole for the washbasin and at least two location holes for mounting, if necessary, one or two inlet pipe holes can be drilled according to the requirement, in the essential condition, at least one inlet pipe hole should be remained.

Then, combine the wash table and the washbasin matching the pre-drilled setting hole and the location holes (and the inlet pipe hole, if providing) together with the location parts (like the locating bolts, the wing nuts and the cement agent and so on) to assemble a complete set of goods. In the other case, said wash table and the washbasin may not be pre-combined in fastening, but it will make the customers do this step by themselves.

Next, place the complete set of goods assembled of the wash table and washbasin on a crash pallet.

Finally, wrap the crash pallet holding the wash table and the washbasin in up so that the wash table and the washbasin are held in the crash pallet tightly without any loosing. In this step, the packing can be selected of Kraft paper, by using the Kraft paper the crash pallet holding the wash table and the washbasin in is wrapped up and tied down with gum or bundling tie and so on. If the wash table and the washbasin are not pre-combined together, all the location parts (like the locating bolts, the wing nuts and so on) should be wrapped up in for facilitating the customers using them to locate the washbasin by themselves directly. Of cause, in accordance with the requirement of the design, the splashing apron of the wash table can be wrapped up together in convenience of anti-splashing installation for the customers.

For facilitating to the customers looking at the wash table and the washbasin, or touching them, after wrapping up, at least remain a window as a viewing port, for example, as wrapping with the Kraft paper, remain a window on the wrapping paper so that the customers can see or touch the wash table and the washbasin for facilitating to select.

Claims

1. A method of packaging washbasin table assembly, wherein, the steps as following:

the first step is to cut the stone plate into a size as the wash table that the customers can lay over directly, and a setting hole and at least two location hole are pre-drilled therein;

the second step is to lay the wash table and the washbasin matching with the pre-drilled setting hole and location holes on a crash pallet together;

the third step is to wrap the wash table and washbasin on the crash pallet up so that the wash table and the washbasin are held in the crash pallet tightly without any loosing.

2. A method of packaging washbasin table assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the first step, the wash table should be pre-drilled an inlet pipe hole at least.

3. A method of packaging washbasin table assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the third step, after wrapping the crash pallet holding the wash table and the washbasin in up, at least remain a window for the customers looking at the wash table and the washbasin, or touching them directly.

4. A method of packaging washbasin table assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the third step, all the location parts fro locating the washbasin on the wash table, like locating bolts and wing nuts and so on, should be attached at inside as wrapping up.

5. A method of packaging washbasin table assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the third step, the splash apron of the wash table should be wrapped up together.

A method of packaging washbasin table assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein adding a step before the second step, in which firstly the washbasin is located on the pre-drilled setting hole of the wash table with the locating parts via the location holes, just like the locating bolts, the wing nuts and the cementing agent and so on to combine a complete set of goods, then put the combined assembly of the wash table and the washbasin on the crash pallet.

7. A method of packaging washbasin table assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the third step, wrap the wash table and the washbasin on the crash pallet up with Kraft paper and tie in so that the wash table and the washbasin are fastened on the crash pallet without any loosing.
