Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a wire moving control device of earphone set, and more particularly to utilize a slip element on the wire to form a noose for wearing on an individual's neck.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

Referring to FIG. 9. A conventional hands-free earphone set includes a long signal wire S connecting an earphone E on an end and a plug A on the other, wherein a clip B and a microphone C formed on the wire S. With the clip B clipping to the clothes, the plug A connecting to a mobile phone, and the earphone E plugging in an individual's ear, the hands-free earphone set is ready for use. Deficiencies are as follows,

    • (1) the long wire is disorderly hanging on the body or even below the waist, which not only impairs appearance but also impedes walking convenience;
    • (2) the signal wire laying on the body may not be stable enough when relaying only upon the clip fixing on the clothes.

Referring to FIG. 10. A conventional noose type hands-free earphone set includes a wire S, a fixing block A formed on an upper end, with a cloth-belt B1 forming a neck noose B on a top thereof. The wire S penetrates the fixing block A and enclosed in the cloth-belt B1 before surfacing to connect an earphone E. A microphone C and a plug D connect to the lower end of the wire S. When wearing the neck noose B round the neck, the microphone C applied by a sling to hang the mobile phone F, and plugging the plug D in a socket of the mobile phone, the hands-free earphone set is ready for use. Deficiencies are as follows,

    • (1) production cost is high for sewing cloth-belt B1 to enclose the wire S and using the fixing block A to fix the wire S and ends of the cloth-belt B1;
    • (2) as the length of a wire S1 above the plug D is fixed, to plug in the mobile phone laying on different locations of the body can be difficult;
    • (3) no auto-release mechanism formed below the fixing block A, causing a direct pulling force upon an individual's neck when a pulling force imposed thereon.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 1˜3. The present invention includes:

    • a preset length wire 10 connecting with a plug 12 on an end and an earphone microphone 14 on the other, wherein the wire 10 formed a neck noose 15, correspondingly with a left wire 151 and a right wire 152;
    • a slip element 30, with left and right holes 32 and 34 formed thereon, being penetrated by left and right wires 151 and 152, thereby enabling adjustments of a size of the neck noose 15, of a length of the wire 121 above the plug 12, and of a length of the wire 141 below the earphone microphone 14;

A device with major characteristics as recited above, wherein the slip element 30 is a circular/an ellipse, and elevated structures 321 and 341 formed on each perimeter of holes 32 and 34 to lengthened holes thereof.

The device with major characteristics as recited above, wherein a sling 40 formed on a lateral of the slip element 30.

Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7. The device with major characteristics as recited above, wherein a projection 302 engages with a groove 301 to form the slip element 30, which can be separated when ends thereof being pulled.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2. The device with major characteristics as recited above, wherein advertisements 31 can be formed on the surface on the slip element 30.

The device with major characteristics as recited above, wherein the earphone microphone 14 can be replaced by an earphone.

Applications and merits of the present invention are as follows,

    • 1. Referring to FIG. 5. The neck noose 15 can be adjusted to fit different neck sizes by moving left and right wires 151 and 152 along left and right holes 32 and 34 to adjust the size of the neck noose 15. With the neck noose 15 wearing on the neck 90, the wire 10 thereby can be fixed in a position desired, eliminating the need for a conventional cloth-belt.
    • 2. Referring to FIG. 4. A mobile phone 80, connected through a wire 121 with a plug 12 plugging thereof, can be hanged through a sling 40. By pulling left and right wires 151 and 152, which can be moved along left and right holes 32 and 34 therein. Sizes of left and right holes 32 and 34 contacting with left and right wires 151 and 152 shall be just fit such that the slip element 30 will not move along left and right wires 151 and 152 when slinging a mobile phone 80. The slip element 30 can be in forms of a lump or a bar or any form that can perform functions hereinbefore.
    • 3. Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5. The length of the wire 121 can be adjusted, by moving left and right wires 151 and 152 along left and right holes 32 and 34, to facilitate the plug 12 to connect with the mobile phone 80 hanging around the waist 92 when having a long wire 121, or hanging below the slip element 30, when having a short wire 121. A simulation of movement of the wire 10 is shown in FIG. 4. The aforesaid structure achieved is that the length of a wire 121 with a plug 12 can be quickly adjusted. Moreover, the plug 12 can either be plugged to the mobile phone 80 as suspended or the mobile phone 80 hanging on the waist 92.
    • 4. Referring to FIG. 6. The slip element 30 includes a left unit 36 and right unit 37 can be separated or engaged by a projection 302 with a groove 301. When ends thereof being pulled through left and right wires 151 and 152, the projection 302 and the groove 301 can be separated thereby preventing a dangerous situation of an individual being pulled when wearing the neck noose 15.
    • 5. To enhance commercial effects, advertisements 31 or characters can be formed on the slip element 30.
      • Referring to FIG. 8. Another earphone microphone 14′ can be formed when a branch wire 141′ from the wire 10. The earphone microphone 14 can be applied as two separate bodies of an earphone and a microphone, wherein the microphone can be fitted below the earphone. (not shown on FIG. 8)

It is of course to be understood that the embodiment described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
