Abstract

The present invention discloses a device for changing game patterns continuously, which includes a main body with a window on the surface; the main body has two parallel pivots therein, and both ends of the pivots penetrate through and expose over the main body; and a drawing plan with plural game patterns, setting on the two pivots by two ends of the drawing plan, is ratable to change game patterns of the drawing plan continuously. It renders a game pattern exposing from the window on the surface of the main body for players using. The present invention can change different kinds of game patterns, renders the desk with multipurpose, variety, and convenience. It decreases the volume to minimize the space, weights down for easy carrying, and reduces the cost.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a device with game patterns, and more particularly to a device for changing game patterns continuously.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Lives of modern people are nervous. With the time progressing, people's moral pressure also increases day by day. So that people concerned more and more about entertainments. Therefore, many kinds of entertainments were come out. Especially in wisdom leisure people more particularly favor games, which used brainwork. However, people need to purchase various kinds of games and place them at home for free time entertainments. This manner really wastes money and takes a lot of spaces.

For solving the problem above, there developed a game device 10 as shown in FIG. 1, including a box 102, which sets a side open storage area 104 and installs a drawer 106. At the ordinarily time, players can place all chessboards and games relating objects into the drawer 106. When playing, players can place different kinds of chessboards at the storage area 104; and place a glass board 110 on the surface opening 108 of the box 102. Through the glass board 110, players can view the chessboard and play games on the glass board 110 which is on the top of the chessboard.

However, all-in-one game device 10 mentioned above has taken too much space and placing all chessboards and game objects in the drawer 106 causes over weight, bulky and inconvenient to move.

Therefore, the present invention is aiming to solve the problems above, and providing a device for changing game patterns continuously to improve the disadvantages mentioned above.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to provide a device for changing game patterns continuously by rotating pivots to change the drawing plan and change different game patterns. It renders the desk with multipurpose, variety, and convenience. So it improves the previous operation that have to change or to flip chessboards for playing.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a device for changing game patterns continuously. It improves the bulky disadvantage of previous technique and reduces the weight for convenient carrying.

The other object of the present invention is to provide a device for changing game patterns continuously. It decreases the cost because it doesn't need large number of chessboards.

In order to reach the objects above, the present invention is to provide a device for changing game patterns continuously. The device includes a main body with a window on the surface; the main body has set up two parallel pivots in which the both ends penetrate through and expose over the main body; and a drawing plan with plural game patterns setting on the two pivots by two ends of the drawing plan is ratable to change game patterns of the drawing plan continuously. It renders a game pattern exposing from the window on the surface of the main body.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

For making the entertainment lives of people more plentiful, the present invention discloses a device 20 for changing game patterns continuously, as shown in FIG. 2, which includes a main body 202 with a window (not shown in the FIG.) and covers a transparent board 204 on the window and the surface of the main body 202. The transparent board 204 can be glass or acrylic fiber. Two pivots 206 setting parallel within the main body 202 penetrate through and expose over the main body 202. And a drawing plan 208 with plural game patterns is set on the two pivots 206 by two ends for being ratable to change the game patterns continuously as shown in FIG. 3. It renders one of the game patterns exposing from the window on the surface of the main body 202 and players can play a game on the game pattern through the transparent board 204.

Moreover, the surface of the main body 202 at least sets a storage space 210, which can place the game objects relating to the game patterns; and there installs a placing space 212 of a drawer to place the game objects relating to the game patterns between one side of the main body 202 and two pivots 206. The game patterns can be chess, Chinese chess, gobang, strategy game, Kong Ming chess, Chinese checkers or ticktacktoe, etc., and the game objects are the tools in need of player playing on the game patterns. The materials of the drawing plan 208 which can be written or printed are cloth, paper, artificial leather, written or printed, etc.; the pivots 206 can be operated by manual, motor or gear wheel; and the transparent board 204 can press the drawing plan 208 to make it flat but not wrinkled.

The overview of the pivots 206 set up with the drawing plan 208 is shown in FIG. 3. Each pivot 206 has a groove (not shown) set on the surface. Above the groove with extends to two ends of the pivots have installed a binder 214. By pressing down the binder 214, it can fix the drawing plan 208. It renders players rotating the pivots 206 to change the game patterns to be desired. Players can view the game patterns and play the games through the transparent board 204. Apart from utilizing the binder 214 to fix, it can also utilize pasting, needling, screwing, punching a hole or roping to fix the drawing plan 208 on the pivots 206.

The embodiment above is easy carrying. However, the other embodiment of three-dimensional outward form of the present invention is shown in FIG. 4; the main body 202 can install at least one supporting device 216 to lift up the main body 202. It renders players who can place chairs around the present invention and sit on the chairs for playing on the present invention.

The present invention provides a device for changing game patterns continuously. It utilizes rotating pivots to change the drawing plan and change different game patterns. It renders the desk with multipurpose, variety, convenience and improves the bulky disadvantage of previous technique and reduces the weight for convenient carrying.

Thus a device for changing game patterns continuously has been described. Although the present invention has been described with reference to specific exemplary embodiments, it will be evident that various modifications and changes may be made to these embodiments without departing from the broader spirit and scope of the invention.

Accordingly, the specification and drawings are to be regarded in an illustrative rather than a restrictive sense.

Claims

1. A device for changing game patterns continuously, including:

a main body which sets a window on the surface;

two pivots setting parallel within said main body, both ends of each pivot penetrate through and expose over said main body; and

a drawing plan with plural game patterns setting on said two pivots by two ends so as to change the game patterns by rotating the pivots and render one of the game patterns exposing from the window of the main body.

2. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 1, wherein said main body at least sets one storage space which can store game objects relating to the game patterns.

3. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 1, wherein said main body is installed at least one supporting device to lift up said main body.

4. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 1, wherein a transparent board covers on the surface of said main body and said window.

5. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 4, wherein said transparent board can be glass or acrylic fiber.

6. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 1, wherein a placing space for placing game objects relating to the game patterns is set between said main body and said two pivots.

7. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 6, wherein said storage space can be installed with a drawer.

8. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 1, wherein the game patterns can be one of the group of chess, gobang, strategy game, Kong Ming chess, Chinese checkers and ticktacktoe.

9. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 2, wherein said game objects are the tools in need of player playing on the game patterns.

10. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 6, wherein said game objects are the tools in need of player playing on the game patterns.

11. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 9, wherein said game objects are the tools in need of playing one of games of chess, Chinese chess, gobang, strategy game, Kong Ming chess, Chinese checkers and ticktacktoe.

12. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 10, wherein said game objects are the tools in need of playing one of games of chess, Chinese chess, gobang, strategy game, Kong Ming chess, Chinese checkers and ticktacktoe.

13. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 1, wherein the materials of said drawing plan can be any materials which can be written on it.

14. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 11, wherein said drawing plan is chosen from one of the group of cloth, paper and artificial leather.

15. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 1, wherein said each pivots has a groove setting on the surface, and a binder is installed above the groove with extends to two ends of the pivots to fix the drawing plan

16. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 1, wherein said drawing plan can be fix on said each pivots by one of the method of pasting, needling, screwing, punching a hole and roping.

17. The device for changing game patterns continuously according to claim 1, wherein said pivots can be operated by one of the method of manual, motor and gear wheel.
