Cabinet easy to be composed and decomposed

A cabinet easy to be composed and decomposed comprises a top and a bottom cabinet boards, a left and a right side boards, a back board, and a shutter wherein on break-in surfaces of the long edges of the back sides of short edge surfaces of the top and bottom cabinet boards and break-in surfaces of the long edges of the back sides of the left and right side boards are firmly equipped with spiral gathering elements for screws spired-locked solidly. The screws wrapping the gaskets spire into the spiral gathering elements so that the cabinet can be composed easily. Meanwhile, a moving-in side strut is equipped at the break-in surfaces of both top and bottom sides of the left and right side boards so that the side strut can go against it, depending on the break-in surfaces of the top and bottom cabinet boards, to make the composed cabinet further fixed and firmed. Otherwise, as long as each screw is loose, the top and bottom cabinet boards, the left and right side boards and the back board can be decomposed so that each decomposed element can be easy folded, put, packed, transported and stored.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to correspondingly equipping spiral gathering elements and screws which can be spired-locked solidly between each board of a cabinet to be composed. Further, edges of break-in surfaces of left and right side boards can be supported on break-in surfaces of top and bottom cabinet boards so that the composed cabinet is not only reliable but also able to be composed or decomposed.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The known cabinet structures are those that comprise top, down, left and right side boards and back board, and meanwhile between the top, down, left and right side boards and back board are composed fixed by the way of spot-welding and then a shutter is installed onto the cabinet. Therefore, except the shutter's activity-like design that can be willfully assembled or disassembled, the top, down, left and right side boards and back board are synthesized as a body after welding and cannot be re-decomposed. As a whole, thus, a certain spatial volume will be occupied. When transported, its packing timber volume must be increased; therefore, the unit freight volume will be decreased and transportation costs will be increased. Furthermore, when transporting and storing, not only will troubles occur, but also storage space will be occupied.

Next, when the aforementioned cabinet is no longer to be used by users, it is inconvenient to store according to the big volume.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Therefore, to improve the shortcomings of the aforementioned welding type cabinet bodies because they cannot be decomposed and occupy the space, the present invention cabinet inlays spiral gathering elements with the head part at flank thereof at a corresponding edge of each composed edge of the top and bottom cabinet boards, left and right side boards and back board, in addition to the dismountable assembled shutter. After the screws wrap the gaskets, they spire into the spiral gathering elements so that each edge of the boards can be fixed. The cabinet can be composed more fast and easily and a further firmed cabinet structure can be obtained.

Meanwhile, break-in surfaces are equipped at long edges of the top and bottom cabinet boards and those of the left and right side boards, and edges of the break-in surfaces of the top and bottom ends of the left and right side boards move in to form a side strut so that the side strut can go against depending on the break-in surfaces of the top and bottom cabinet boards. The composed cabinet is further fixed and firm.

Next, as long as loosing the screws of each composed edge of boards of the cabinet, the top and bottom cabinet boards, the left and right side boards and the back board can be easily decomposed so that each decomposed element can be easy to be folded put, packed, transported and stored.

Therefore, the present invention can be understood and implemented in accordance with the following embodiments and accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 2. Cabinet 1 of the present invention comprises top and bottom cabinet boards 11a and 11b, left and right side boards 12a and 12b, back boards 13a and 13b, and shutters 14a and 14b.

Top and bottom cabinet boards 11a and 11b: On the short edge surface 110 thereof, a plurality of spiral gathering elements 2 with spiral holes in central are equipped. On the break surfaces 111 of long edge of back side thereof, a plurality of spiral gathering elements 2 are also equipped. On the break surfaces 112 of long edge of front side thereof, perforations 113 are set. A plurality of hanging holes 114 are set on the long edge of back side of the top cabinet board 11a.

Left and right side boards 12a and 12b: A plurality of perforations 120 are set near the edges of the top and bottom short edges thereof. A plurality of spiral gathering element are set on break surfaces 121 of front and back long edges.

Left and right back boards 13a and 13b: A plurality of hanging holes 130 are set at their surfaces. A plurality of perforations 132 are set at long and short edge surfaces in every direction. A multi-connection part 131 is set at the adjacent edge place of one of the back boards 13a and the other on back board 13b.

Shutters 14a and 14b: Pivot shafts 141 are set on the top and bottom of back side ends of each shutter.

Besides, as shown in FIG. 3, each spiral gathering element 2 set on the short edge surface 110 and break surfaces 111 of top and bottom cabinet boards 11a and 11b and each spiral gathering element 2 set on the break-in surfaces 121 of back long edge of left and right side boards 12a and 12b pass through perforations 120 and 132 set on the left and right side boards 12a and 12b and back boards 13a and 13b by the way of screws 3 wrapped with gaskets 4 so that spiring into spiral gathering elements 2 and locked. As a result, the top and bottom cabinet boards 11a and 11b, left and right side boards 12a and 12b, and back boards 13a and 13b are composed. As shown in FIG. 4, side struts 122 of both sides of break-in surfaces of long edges of left and right side boards 12a and 12b go against depending on the break-in surfaces 111 of the top and bottom cabinet boards 11a and 11b. When two back boards 13a and 13b depend on each other, multi-connection part 131 of back board 13a can cover adjacent edge of back board 13b. At last, top and bottom pivot shafts 141 at the back ends of shutters 14a and 14b can plug into perforations set on both edges of break surfaces 112 of long edges of front side of top and bottom cabinet boards 11a and 11b so that shutters 14a and 14b can rotate to open or close.

Therefore, after screws 3 wrapped into gaskets 4 passing through perforations 120 and 132 set on left and right side boards 12a and 12b and back boards 13a and 13b, they then spire into spiral gathering elements 2 set on top and bottom boards 11a and 11b and left and right side 12a and 12b. Each board is composed quickly. Further since side strut 122 of both ends of break-in surfaces 121 at top and bottom ends of left and right sides 12a and 12b go against it depending on the break-in surfaces 111 of top and bottom cabinet boards 11a and 11b, the composed cabinet structures are further strengthened, firm, and fixed. Otherwise, as long as loosing each screw 3, top and bottom cabinet boards 11a and 11b, left and right side boards 12a and 12b, and back boards 13a and 13b can be decomposed, and each decomposed element can be easy to folded, put, packed, transported and stored.
