Shoe bed structure for sandals
A shoe bed structure for sandals includes a leisure shoe made up of a bottom sole, a retaining strap, a coupling pad, and an insole wherein the bottom sole has a plurality of assembly holes properly preset at the top side thereof for the retaining strap to be fixedly engaged therewith, and a limiting cavity of a proper depth defining top surface thereon for the identically shaped coupling pad and the insole thereof to be integrally mounted therein via thermal-pressurized operation. A plurality of resilient areas with supporting hoops and a plurality of buffer areas without the supporting hoops thereof are alternatively arranged in regular or irregular manner at the upper surface of the insole thereon. The resilient supporting hoops thereof are densely and neatly arranged in upright ring shapes with air vents defined therein and dividing passages formed at the adjacent sides thereof, and an engaging underside is disposed at the bottom side of the insole. Thus, via the resilient areas and the buffer areas of any shapes, the density of contact areas between a human sole and the insole thereof is minimized, efficiently reducing the uncomfortable feeling caused by the friction generated there-between. Besides, via the air vents and the dividing passages of the supporting hoops thereof, the insole thereof is also provided with superior massage effect as well as air ventilation and water-draining capabilities.

The present invention is related to a shoe bed structure for sandals, including a leisure shoe made up of a bottom sole, a retaining strap, a coupling pad, and an insole wherein the bottom sole has a plurality of assembly holes properly preset at the top side thereof for the retaining strap to be fixedly engaged therewith, and a limiting cavity of a proper depth defining top surface thereon for the identically shaped coupling pad and the insole thereof to be integrally mounted therein via thermal-pressurized operation. A plurality of resilient areas with supporting hoops and a plurality of buffer areas without the supporting hoops that are alternatively arranged in regular or irregular manner at the upper surface of the insole thereon; whereby, the density of contact areas between a human sole and the insole thereof is minimized, efficiently reducing the uncomfortable feeling caused by the friction generated there-between. Besides, via air vents defining the supporting hoops therein and dividing passages disposed at the adjacent sides thereof, the insole thereof is also provided with superior massage effect as well as air ventilation and water-draining capabilities to achieve better and prolonged using lifetime thereof.

There are some drawbacks to such conventional slipper 10. First, the resilient fibers 121, randomly and disorderly intertwined at the upper surface of the insole 12 thereon, are directly and abrasively contacted with a human sole without any flexibility to suit the skins of different wearers, which can result in uncomfortable feeling of abrasion to the wearers in practical use. Second, the gaps 122 of various sizes are formed among the interwoven resilient fibers 121 of the insole 12 for air-ventilation and water-draining effects thereof Yet, in case tiny grains of sands/stones A get caught in the gaps 122 as shown in
It is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide a shoe bed structure for sandals, including a leisure shoe made up of a bottom sole, a retaining strap, a coupling pad, and an insole wherein a plurality of resilient areas with supporting hoops and a plurality of buffer areas without the supporting hoops thereof are alternatively arranged in regular or irregular manner at the upper surface of the insole thereon so that the density of contact areas between a human sole and the insole thereof is relatively minimized, efficiently reducing the uncomfortable feeling caused by the friction generated there-between to suit to skins of different wearers in use.
It is, therefore, the second purpose of the present invention to provide a shoe bed structure for sandals wherein the supporting hoops are densely and neatly arranged at the resilient areas thereon with air vents defined therein and dividing passages disposed at the adjacent sides thereof, providing better massage effect as well as air-ventilation and water-draining capabilities. Thus, in case tiny grains of sands/stones get caught inside the insole thereof, the sands/stones can be precisely flushed or knocked out there-from via the air vents thereof in an easy and fast manner, effectively preventing the sands/stones from accumulated at the resilient supporting hoops therein to achieve better sand-draining effect and keep the insole thereof neat and clean in practical use.
It is, therefore, the third purpose of the present invention to provide a shoe bed structure for sandals wherein the supporting hoops of the resilient areas thereof are closely and neatly arranged in upright ring shapes, efficiently sustaining the sole of a wearer and providing a massage effect to the human sole stepped downwards along the neatly arranged resilient supporting hoops thereof. When not in use, the supporting hoops can quickly rebound upright to the original positions without any partial indents produced thereby, keeping better flexibility and providing superior effects of massage as well as air-ventilation and water-draining capabilities to prolong the using lifetime of the insole thereof.
It is, therefore, the fourth purpose of the present invention to provide a shoe bed structure for sandals wherein the insole can also have bamboo charcoal contained therein; whereby, the insole thereof is equipped with strong absorbing and decomposing capabilities as well as anti-bacteria, humid-adjustment, and deodorization power. Besides, far-infrared radiation proper for the absorption of human body is generated to speed up blood circulation and improve the health of human body, and healthy negative ions is increased in the air to balance the humidity inside the sandal and prevent bugs therein, efficiently promoting the quality of the insole of the sandal thereof to achieve better deodorization and anti-bacteria effects.

Please refer to FIGS. 4 to 5 inclusive. In assembly, the coupling pad 23 is fixedly attached to the engaging underside 243 of the insole 24 at one side thereof before mounted to the limiting cavity 212 of the bottom sole 21 at the other side and firmly engaged therewith via thermo-pressurized operation to generate heat welding, integrally combining the coupling pad 23 with the limiting cavity 212 and the insole 24 to achieve better mutual engagement thereby. The retaining strap 22 is then led through the insole 24 and the coupling pad 23 thereof respectively before fixedly registered with the assembly holes 211 of the bottom sole 21 for location thereby to complete the assembly of the leisure shoe 20 thereof. In practical use, the resilient areas 243 formed by the supporting hoops 242 are alternatively arranged with the buffer areas 245 at the upper surface of the insole 24, efficiently reducing the density of contact areas between the sole of a human foot and the insole 20 so as to cut down the uncomfortable feeling caused by the friction generated there-between. Besides, the resilient supporting hoops 242 closely and neatly arranged at the upper surface of the insole 24 thereon with air vents 241 defined therein and the dividing passages 244 disposed at the adjacent sides thereof can provide superior massage effect as well as air ventilation and water-draining capabilities. In case tiny grains of sands/stones get caught inside the insole 24, the sands/stones can be easily and quickly flushed or knocked out there-from via the air vents 241 of the resilient supporting hoops 242, achieving more precise sand-draining capability thereof. And, via the bamboo charcoal contained therein, the insole 24 thereof is also equipped with strong absorbing and decomposing capabilities as well as anti-bacteria, humid-adjustment, and deodorization power. Far-infrared radiation proper for the absorption of human body can be generated to speed up blood circulation and improve the health of human body, and healthy negative ions is increased in the air to balance the humidity inside the leisure shoe 20 and prevent bugs therein, efficiently promoting the quality of the insole 24 of the leisure shoe 20 to achieve better deodorization and anti-bacteria effects thereof.
