A Solomon Rucksack is provided. The Solomon Rucksack comprises a receiving pocket, for receiving articles; an inserting pocket, comprising a space; a flexible component part, set at a side of the space, comprising a plurality of pipes, a plurality of flexible elements set inside the plurality of pipes, wherein a tense arm and a stretchy tube are set on the flexible elements, and wherein one end of each tense arm is connected to a holding part for fixing a flexible supporting element of an edge of the canopy; a tent, disposed in the space, one end thereof comprising a flexible stretchy element inserted into a fixing socket of the holding part for stretching the tent toward the opposite side from the tense arm and enclosed as a hollow room.

Description
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

1. The Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to the Solomon Rucksack, which includes tent, canopy, umbrella, chair, armchair, pillow, bowl, trailer and the rucksack itself. More specifically, those multiple functions that can be used magically are attached with the present invention without rising too much weight and space.

2. Description of Related Art

We, people, take outdoor actives, such as camping, fishing, or mountain climbing etc. is much different from living at home, all of the personal living necessities have to be carried with. The rucksack is the main equipment to support the outdoor active person to remain the normal livelihood. The outdoor active person who dreams about carrying more appliances for better living standard in the open country all the time, but, due to the fact that the space and weight can not bring about by normal rucksack. The present invention of the Solomon Rucksack accomplishes the dreams of the outdoor active people to enjoy their more comfortable outdoor life without adding too much weight and space magically.

For outdoor activities, such as camping or mountain climbing, the rucksack is absolutely necessary, in which, the personal belongs occupy most of the space. Up to now, it's less chance for an outdoor person to carry both tent and canopy with frames, especially, those luxurious appliances, such as the umbrella, chair, armchair, pillow, bowls are can not parked together with the normal rucksack; the weight of which are impossible for them to carry with. However, the living standard is improved, but the equipment to an outdoor active person is remaining the same. The improvement of the rucksack is urgent in need. The present invention of Solomon Rucksack solves those problems and provides more comfortable living standard to the outdoor active person.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION

In view of the foregoing, the present inventor spends years careful studies to the arts of evaluation and consideration; and actually involved in the outdoor activities for testing the rucksack for another years to create more new ideas for the improvements of the rucksack. The present invention of the Solomon Rucksack comes out, which gives more facilities to the outdoor active person to enjoy those luxurious appliances in the field magically.

According to an aspect of the present invention, the Solomon Rucksack comprises a receiving pocket, an inserting pocket, a flexible component part, a pull-out device and wheels. The flexible component part is set at a side of the space. The flexible component part comprises a plurality of pipes. A controlling part is set at one side of the plurality pipes comprising a tense arm, a stretchy tube and flexible elements therein. A canopy can be set at one side of the stretchy tube. A fixing socket on the tense arm can be inserted into a flexible stretchy element of the tent and the tent is stretched toward the other side from the tense arm, so that the tent is extended enclosing a hollow shape room. The pull-out device and wheels are set at the bottom of the Solomon Rucksack. The pull-out device comprises two displacing spaces, and sliding elements are movably set in the displacing spaces respectively. A hollow space is set on one side of each wheel at the bottom of the Solomon Rucksack, and a covering element is used to cover the outside of the hollow space and the wheels. Besides, after removing the covering element, the hollow space can be separated from the wheels and used as an empty bowl.

Regarding to another aspect of the present invention, the tense arm of the tent can be stretched out from the inserting pocket and fixes on the pulling handle of the Solomon Rucksack, then, pull the tent toward opposite side to get a hollow shape room without having extra tent poles or frames, which means that it's not necessary to carry the frames or tent poles with the outdoor active person, who can have a tent as well as a canopy either by the same way magically.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

For achieving the aforementioned objectives and effects, the technical means and structures adapted by the present invention are detailed described the characteristics and functions for the preferred embodiments of the present invention and with accompanying drawings as follows to be fully understood.

Refer to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the Solomon Rucksack 4 of the present invention comprises an receiving pocket 1, inserting pocket 2, a flexible component part 22, a pull-out device 3 and wheels 5.

The receiving pocket 1 serves as a hollow bag for receiving various articles, such as clothes, etc.

The inserting pocket 2 comprises a space 21. The flexible component part 22 is set at a side of the space 21. The flexible component part 22 comprises a plurality of pipes 221, and a plurality of flexible elements 2211 set inside of each pipe 221. A tense arm 2212 and a stretchy tube 2213 are set on the flexible elements 2211. One end of each tense arm 2212 is connected to be a holding part 222. The holding part 222 comprises a fixing socket 223, and a socket 2214 is disposed on the top of the stretchy tube 2213 for fixing a flexible supporting element 231 of the canopy 23. The two ends of the flexible supporting element 231 are plugged into a limiting pipe element 232 respectively. Furthermore, a tent 24 can be placed in the space 21. One end of the tent 24 comprises a flexible stretching element 242 which can be inserted into the fixing socket 223 of the holding part 222 of the tense arm 2212 allowing stretching of the tent 24 back towards the other side from the tense arm 2212.

The pull-out device 3 comprises a left displacing space 31 and a right displacing space 32. A left sliding element 311 is a movably set in the left space 31, and a right sliding element 321 is a movably set in the right displacing space 32.

A hollow space 51 is disposed at a side of the wheels 5 and a soft covering element 52 covers outside of the hollow space 51 and the wheels 5, so that the hollow space 51 is attached to the wheels 5. Besides, the wheels 5 comprise a plurality of stuck parts 53 at the edge and a plurality of fixed parts 512 is set inside of the hollow space 51.

The aforementioned Solomon Rucksack 4 comprises the receiving pocket 1 and the inserting pocket 2, the pull-out device 3 and the wheels 5 disposed at the bottom of the Solomon Rucksack 4. As shown in FIG. 4, the canopy 23 can be used for forming a parasol or umbrella above the Solomon Rucksack 4. Besides, as shown in FIG. 7, the tent 24 can be used for forming a hollow room therein. Thus, the Solomon Rucksack 4 of the present invention has multiple functions including the canopy 23 and the tent 24.

Referring to FIGS. 3, 4, 5 and 6, the flexible component part 22 comprises a controlling part 2215 disposed at a side of the stretchy tube 2213. The controlling part 2215 comprises a studding 2216, wherein one side of the studding 2216 is inserted into the pipe 221 and the other side of the studding 2216 comprises a dragging element 2217. A stretchy element 2218 is extendable from the dragging element 2217. The stretchy element 2218 can be extended to the underneath of the Solomon Rucksack 4, and the dragging element 2217 can be activated by pulling the stretchy element 2218. Or the stud 2216 can be activated by directly pulling the dragging element 2217, then the studding 2216 can be withdrawn from the pipe 221 so that the stretchy tube 2213 in the pipe 221 is not held by the studding 2216, i.e. the flexible elements 2211 pushes the stretchy tube 2213 so that the stretchy tube 2213 is extended above the pipe 221. When the stretchy tube 2213 is extended above the pipe 221 (as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9), the socket 2214 on the stretchy tube 2213 drives the canopy 23 and the flexible supporting element 231 to raise the tent 24 upward. The flexible supporting element 231 of the canopy 23 leaves the limited pipe element 232, i.e. using the flexibility of the flexible supporting element 231, it is stretched and expanded. One end of adjacency to the flexible supporting element 231 is fixed by the fixing element 2311 to support and expand the canopy 23 at the same time and thereby providing the function of a parasol or umbrella.

Referring to FIGS. 7, 8 and 9, the tent 24 can be placed in inserting pocket 2 of the Solomon Rucksack 4. The flexible stretchy element 242 of the tent 24 is inserted into the socket 2214 of the tense arm 2212. As the holding part 222 is raised by pulling the holding part 222 of the tense arm 2212, the tent 24 rises upward and extend out of the inserting part 2. The tent 24 stretches and expands to the side away from the tense arm 2212 and can be fixed to the ground enclosing a hollow room 241 there-within. Thus, the tent 24 can be erected easily and quickly without conventional process by using frames or tent poles as the art described above.

Referring to FIGS. 11, 12 and 13, the dry ready food or parked beverages can be stored in a compartment 511 of the Solomon Rucksack's wheels 5, and the wheels 5 of which can be used as two bowls magically when it's be separated.

According to an embodiment of the present embodiment, the aforementioned covering element 52 for covering wheels 5 and hollow space 51 can be made of a soft rubber material, plastic material or net material for flexibly and tightly covering the hollow space 51 and wheels 5.

Referring to FIGS. 14 and 15, the pull-out device 3 is set at the bottom of the Solomon Rucksack 4. The left displacing space 31 and the right displacing space 32 are set at the bottom of the Solomon Rucksack 4. The left sliding element 311 is movably set in the left displacing space 31, and the right sliding element 321 is movably set in the right displacing space 32. The right sliding element 321 can be slid outward to serve as an extended armchair and the left sliding element 311 can also be slid outward to serve as a pillow for sleeping or resting. Accordingly, the Solomon Rucksack 4 of the present invention has the capability to pack and carry both chair or armchair and pillow together with the Solomon Rucksack without adding too much weight and space magically.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the aforementioned covering device of the Solomon Rucksack can be combined with covering caps, covering means, pull-out means, etc. and thus the Solomon Rucksack is multi-functions. According to the present invention of the Solomon Rucksack, the advantages of which is as followings.

1. The canopy can be easily carried in the space of the Solomon Rucksack, which can be expanded as a parasol or umbrella.

2. Basing on the Solomon Rucksack itself, the tent can be erected without extra frames or tent poles magically.

3. The pull-out device can be set at the bottom of the Solomon Rucksack. The pull-out device comprises a plurality of sliding elements, which can be used for making a chair and a pillow for sleeping and resting or other purposes. Thus, the Solomon Rucksack of the present invention provides great convenience to the user.

4. The wheels of the Solomon Rucksack covered by the soft materials, such as rubber, plastic or net, which binds the wheel tightly so as to increase the frictions to the ground, and protects the Solomon Rucksack's wheels to be closed together when it's turning, thus, the space of which can be used as the storage room or bowls magically.

The present invention of the Solomon Rucksack is described in the conjunction with a specific best mode, it is to be understood that many alternatives modifications, and variations will be appeared to those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing description. Accordingly, it is intended to embrace all the alternatives modifications, and variations in which fall within the spirit and scope of the included claims. All matters set forth herein or shown in the accompanying drawings are to be interpreted in an illustrative and non-limiting sense.

Claims

1. A Solomon Rucksack, comprising:

a receiving pocket, for receiving articles;
an inserting pocket, comprises a space;
a flexible component part, sets at a side of the space, comprising a plurality of pipes, a plurality of flexible elements sets inside the plurality of pipes, wherein a tense arm and a stretchy tube are set on the flexible elements, and wherein one end of each tense arm is connected to a holding part for fixing a flexible supporting element of an edge of a canopy;
a tent, disposed in the space, one end thereof comprising a flexible stretchy element inserted into a fixing socket of the holding part for stretching the tent toward the opposite side from the tense arm and enclosing a hollow room;
a pull-out device, set at a bottom of the Solomon Rucksack, comprising two displacing spaces, wherein sliding elements are movably set in the displacing spaces respectively; and
wheels, set at the bottom of the Solomon Rucksack, wherein a hollow space is attached to one side of each wheel, and a covering element is used to cover outside of the hollow space and the wheels.

2. The Solomon Rucksack of claim 1, wherein the tense arm of the plurality of pipes has a holding part at one side thereof, a fixing socket is set on the holding part, and a limiting pipe element is set at outside wall of the pipes.

3. The Solomon Rucksack of claim 1, wherein two sides of the plurality of flexible supporting elements of the canopy are plugged into the limiting pipe element for fixing purpose respectively.

4. The Solomon Rucksack of claim 2, wherein two sides of the plurality of flexible supporting elements of the canopy are plugged into the limiting pipe element for fixing purpose respectively.

5. The Solomon Rucksack of claim 1, wherein a socket is set at a top of the stretchy tube for fixing the flexible supporting element of the canopy.

6. The Solomon Rucksack of claim 1, wherein the two displacing spaces of the pull-out device comprises a left displacing space and a right displacing space.

7. The Solomon Rucksack of claim 5, wherein a left sliding element is movably set in the left displacing space and a right sliding element is movably set in the right displacing space.

8. The Solomon Rucksack of claim 1, wherein the wheels comprises a plurality of stuck parts at the edge thereof and a plurality of fixed parts are set inside of the hollow space.

9. The Solomon Rucksack of claim 1, wherein the covering element comprises a soft rubber material.

10. The Solomon Rucksack of claim 1, wherein the covering element comprises a soft plastic material.

11. The Solomon Rucksack of claim 1, wherein the covering element comprises a net material.
