Rapidly assembled finishing-free modular house with single-boards

This invention relates to the area of housing construction technologies. Especially, it refers to a rapidly assembled, finishing-free, modular house that is equipped with single-boards. The house comprises top, side and base. The panel of each top, side and base is made of a single board with a groove. The boards for top, side and base are connected firmly via embedded channel adapters. Building this house is very simple, easy and quick. Removing this house needs only to extract channel adapters from grooves of these boards. The dismantling process is also simple, easy and quick.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to housing technologies. Especially, it is referred to a rapidly assembled finishing-free modular house that is equipped with single-boards.

2. Description of Related Art

Traditionally houses are built from brick, concrete, clay, sand, stone, etc. Or they are structured with steel concrete. These types of constructions not only need long construction time, high costs, and also a large amount of manpower. In addition, the houses built with these types of constructions can not be re-used, i.e. they can not be removed and re-assembled later. In view of this situation, people have designed a structure with welded steel board. The whole house is built with a steel material and its wall is made of steel board or some metal board. However, houses can not be completely sealed with a welded steel board. Furthermore, the welded construction is difficult to be dismantled, and takes a lot of time and manpower to built.

There are existing modular houses that comprises wall panel, roof panel, floor panel, door, window, upper and lower cylinder beams. The lower beams are installed on the ground. And multiple wall panels are inserted vertically into the lower beams to form a wall. The upper beams are installed on the top of multiple wall panels. The trusses are built above the upper beams. Multiple house panels are installed in the truss. These house panels form a ridge that is covered by ridge caps. The cross sections of the upper and lower beams have grooves. The truss is in a triangular shape and is built with three hollow poles. The wall panels and house panels are made of some inorganic composite stone boards. The outside of boards has a bright and smooth surface. The inside surface of a board has an edge frame that has several connection holes. The inside of wall panels has reinforced web-like ribs. This type of the composite stone house can be rapidly assembled. However it is easy to find out the complexity of the house, thus it is difficult to be built by unskilled workers.

Another existing modular house approach uses a container-like mortise jointed modular house. This type of modular house is built primarily with containers. The container is made of concrete, wood or plastic. The connection between containers uses male-female mortise joints. The container can be built beforehand. Then, the containers are transferred to the housing location for assembly. The ground of the location needs to be flattened beforehand. Thus, the house is completed after just adding necessary facilities. This type of house is still based on traditional bricks to form wall panel, except bricks are bigger and can be mortised together. However, it does not realize the true meaning of rapidly building a house.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of this invention is to overcome some drawbacks of the current technologies. This invention proposes a finishing-free modular house that has simple structure and can be assembled rapidly with single-boards.

To realize above objective, this invention adapts the following technologies. The house comprises top, side and base. Each of the top, side and base is made of a single-board with a groove. The top, side and base are connected firmly via embedded channel adapters.

The above channel adapter is in “H” shape. Two side-edges of a channel adapter are embedded respectively in two adjacent boards, which is made of a composite panel or a sheet metal, that have a “T” shape groove. There is also a seal groove on the connecting surface. An elastic seal-strip is inserted in a seal groove.

In this invention, each of the top, side and base of a house is made of a single-board. The boards are connected and fixed together via a “H” shape channel adapter. A whole house can be easily and quickly constructed. When there is a need for removing or dismantling a house, panels of a house can be separated easily by removing channel adapters from grooves. The complete procedure is very simple, easy and quick. In this invention, the connecting surface of a board has a seal-strip to ensure that a house is completed sealed. In addition, it has an advantage of easy transportation. The dismantled boards can be quickly and easily shipped to other destination.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

FIGS. 1 to 7 illustrate the embodiment 1 of this invention. In this embodiment, a house 10 comprises top 11, side 12 and base 13. Each panel of top 11, side 12 and base 13 of a house 10 is a single board 1 that has a groove 5. The boards 1 of top 11, side 12 and base 13 are firmly embedded together via channel adapters 2. In this embodiment, the top is in an inverted “V” shape that is formed by two boards 1. The side 12 is surrounded with four boards 1 that are assembled in sequence. The base 13 uses a single board 1.

The channel adapter 2 used in house 10 is in “H” shape. The two side edges of a channel adapter 2 are embedded respectively in the two adjacent boards 1 that have “T” shape grooves 5. In other words, the connecting surface of each board has a “T” shape groove 5. The two edges of an H-channel adapter 2 are inserted separately into the groove 5 of each board 1 to tighten and fix two adjacent boards.

Two boards 1 can be connected vertically as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5. Or they can be connected in a certain angle. As shown in FIG. 4, one board is connected to the main structure in a 45-degree angle. Or they can be connected perpendicularly via two boards with a 45-degree angle each (not shown in a figure).

The surface where two boards are connected has a seal groove 4. An elastic seal-strip 3 is inserted in a seal groove 4. The seal-strip 3 in a seal groove makes two boards 1 tightly sealed together. To ensure the effectiveness of seal, the size of the cross section of seal-strip 3 is larger than the area of the cross section of seal groove 4.

In addition, there are windows 14 in boards 1 of top 11 or side 12 of a house 10; and there are doors 15 in a board 1 of side 12. Moreover, the board 1 can be a composite board or a sheet metal that is pre-made in a factory according the design specifications. The interior and exterior surfaces of a board are already finished. The openings for windows and doors in top 11 and side 12 of a house 10 are cut already. Therefore, as soon as a house 10 is built, it is ready for move-in. There is no need for additional finishing. Furthermore, this invention is suitable for industrial production. It can greatly reduce costs and time on building the current houses.

Another embodiment of this invention is shown in FIG. 8. The basic structure of this embodiment is similar to the above embodiment. The difference of this embodiment is that the top 11 of a house 10 has a flat structure as a base 13.

Actual deployment of this invention, a board 1 can be cut into various special shapes according to consumers' needs. Then, different shapes of houses can be built by connecting various shapes of boards via channel adapters.

In summary, each top 11, side 12 or base 13 of a house 10 in this invention is made of a single board 1. Furthermore, two boards are fixed together via an H-channel adapter 2. The construction of a whole house is very easy and quick. When there is a need to remove or dismantle the house, one only needs to extract channel adapters 2 from grooves 5 to separate the adjacent boards. The whole process is simple, easy and quick. To ensure the effectiveness of seal of a house, a seal-strip 3 is installed at the connecting surface of a board. In addition, this invention has advantage on easy transportation. One can quickly deliver the dismantled boards to another designated destination via a common transportation.

Claims

1. The rapidly assembled, finishing-free, single-board, modular house (10) that comprises a top (11), a plurality of sides (12) and a base (13), wherein the panel of the top, the side and the base of the house (10) is made of a single board (1) that has a groove (5), where the boards (1) of the top (11), the sides (12) and the base (13) are connected firmly via embedded channel adapters (2).

2. The modular house as claimed in claim 1, wherein a channel adapter (2) is in “H” shape. Two side edges of a channel adapter are embedded separately into the two adjacent boards that have “T” shape grooves (5) at the connecting surface.

3. The modular house as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting surface of two adjacent boards has a seal groove (4). An elastic seal-strip (3) is inserted into a seal groove (4).

4. The modular house as claimed in claim 2, wherein the connecting surface of two adjacent boards has a seal groove (4). An elastic seal-strip (3) is inserted into a seal groove (4).

5. The modular house as claimed in claim 1, wherein the board (1) is made of a composite board or a sheet metal.

6. The modular house as claimed in claim 2, wherein the board (1) is made of a composite board or a sheet metal.

7. The modular house as claimed in claim 3, wherein the size of cross section of a seal-strip is larger than the area of cross section of a seal groove (4) on a connection surface of a board (1).

8. The modular house as claimed in claim 1, wherein a board (1) of the top (11), the sides (12) of a house (10) has openings for windows (14), and a board (1) of one side (12) has equipped with a door (15).
