Pull handle of a paint-pellet gun

A pull handle of a paint-pellet gun includes a gun body provided behind a trigger with a triggering member and an electromagnetic valve connected by a power line. The electromagnetic valve has its front end fixed with a push rod pivotally connected with an engage block for stopping a striking member connected with a connecting rod extending out of the gun body. A combining plate on the gun body has a slide slot. A pull handle frame is assembled on the covering plate, having a pull handle received at the bottom and connected together by a spring. The pull handle has a stop rod at the bottom for pushing against the connecting rod, and can smoothly be pulled backward to let the engage block stop the striking member. When a trigger is pulled, the striking member will disengage from the engage block to carry out striking against paint pellets.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a pull handle of a paint-pellet gun, particularly to one provided with a triggering member and an electromagnetic valve connected by a power line behind the trigger of a gun body. The electromagnetic valve has its front side provided with a push rod having its front end pivotally connected with an engage block for stopping a striking member that has a vertical connecting rod fixed at the topside and extending out of the gun body. A combining plate to be threadably assembled on the gun body is bored with a side slot for the vertical connecting rod of the gun body to extend out therethrough. A pull handle frame to be threadably assembled on the combining plate has an accommodating groove formed at the bottom for receiving therein a pull handle that is connected with the pull handle frame by a spring. The pull handle is provided with a stop rod at the bottom for pushing against the upper end of the connecting rod of the gun body. Thus, the pull handle can smoothly be pulled backward by two fingers to actuate the connecting rod and the striking member to move backward and have the striking member stuck by the upper end of the engage block. When the trigger of the gun body is pulled to actuate the push rod of the electromagnetic valve to push the lower end of the engage block, the upper end of the engage block will be disengaged from the striking member to enable the striking member to carry out striking against paint pellets. By so designing, the pull handle of a paint-pellet gun of this invention can be pulled backward with less force and with smoothness.

2. Description of the Prior Art

A conventional paint-pellet gun, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, includes a gun body 10 and a gun handle 11 combined together. The gun body 10 is axially provided with a striking member 13 controlled by a trigger 12 and connected with a pull grip 14 extending out of the gun body 10. In operating, the pull grip 14 is pulled to move backward together with the striking member 13 to let the striking member 13 stuck and positioned temporarily by an elbow-shaped engage rod 15. When the trigger 12 is pulled, the push rod 160 of an electromagnetic valve 16 will be actuated to push the engage rod 15 to disengage from the striking member 13 so as to enable the striking member 13 to carry out striking of paint pellets.

However, the pull grip 14 of the conventional paint-pellet gun is short and small so it is hard to be pulled backward smoothly, necessary to take lots of exertion for pulling.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of the invention is to offer a pull handle of a paint-pellet gun, able to be pulled backward with less force and with smoothness.

The feature of the invention is a combining plate threadably assembled on a gun body and bored with a slide slot aligned to the elongate slot in the topside of a gun body for a connecting rod to extend out therethrough. A pull handle frame is threadably assembled on the combining plate and formed at the bottom with an accommodating groove having a pull handle received therein. The pull handle is connected with the pull handle frame by a spring, having a stop rod secured at the bottom for pushing against the upper end of the connecting rod of the gun body.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

A preferred embodiment of the pull handle of a paint-pellet gun in the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, includes a gun body 2, a combining plate 3 and a pull handle frame 4 as main components combined together.

The gun body 2 has its lower side connected with a gun grip 20 having a trigger 21 provided in front. A triggering member 22 and an electromagnetic valve 23 connected with each other by a power line are positioned behind the trigger 21. The electromagnetic valve 23 has its front side fixed with a push rod 230 extending forward and having its front end pivotally combined with the lower end of an elbow-shaped engage block 24 in the gun body 2, with the upper end of the elbow-shaped engage block 24 functioning to stop a striking member 25, which has its topside connected with a vertical connecting rod 26 extending a little out of the gun body 2. The gun body 2 is further bored with an axial elongate slot 27 and plural threaded holes 28 in the topside so that the connecting rod 26 can extend out of the elongate slot 27 and move back and forth therein.

The combining plate 3 to be threadably assembled on the gun body 2 is bored with an axial elongate slide slot 30, a plurality of threaded holes 31 and elongate recessed grooves 32. The slide slot 30 is aligned to the elongate slot 27 of the gun body 2 for the connecting rod 26 to extend out therethrough.

The pull handle frame 4 to be threadably assembled on the combining plate 3 has its lower side formed with an accommodating groove 40 having its peripheral edge provided with a plurality of elongate projections 41 to be respectively engaged with the recessed grooves 32 of the combining plate 3. The accommodating groove 40 is fixed with a hooking rod 400 in the interior. A pull handle 42 is received in the accommodating groove 40, having a hooking rod 420 and a stop rod 421 fixed at proper positions at the bottom. The hooking rod 420 is to hook one end of a spring 5, which has the other end hooked by the hooking rod 400 in the accommodating groove 40, and the stop rod 421 is to push against the upper end of the connecting rod 26 of the gun body 2. In addition, the pull handle frame 4 has plural threaded holes 43 bored in front of the accommodating groove 40 and respectively aligned to the threaded holes 31 of the combining plate 3 and the threaded holes 28 of the gun body 2, with bolts 6 respectively and orderly screwed through the threaded holes 43, 31 and 28 to combine the pull handle 4, the combining plate 3 and the gun body 2 together.

In assembling, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, firstly, the combining plate 3 is assembled on the gun body 2, letting the connecting rod 26 of the gun body 2 extend out of the slide slot 30 of the combining plate 3 and the threaded holes 31 of the combining plate 3 aligned to the threaded holes 28 of the gun body 2. Next, the spring 5 has one end hooked with the hooking rod 400 in the accommodating groove 40 of the pull handle frame 4 and the other end hooked with the hooking rod 420 at the bottom of the pull handle 42 to enable the pull handle 42 to move back and forth in the accommodating groove 40. Subsequently, the pull handle frame 4 has its elongate projections 41 respectively engaged with the recessed grooves 32 of the combining plate 3 and its threaded holes 43 respectively aligned to the threaded holes 31 and 28 of the combining plate 3 and the gun body 2. Lastly, bolts 6 are respectively and orderly screwed through the threaded holes 43, 31 and 28 to combine the pull handle frame 4, the combining plate 3 and the gun body 2 together, thus finishing assembly of the pull handle on a paint-pellet gun.

In operating, as shown in FIGS. 4, 5 and 6, the pull handle 42 is pulled by a user's fingers to move backward together with the connecting rod 26 and the striking member 25 to let the upper end of the engage block 24 stop the striking member 25 in position temporarily. When the trigger 21 is pulled, the push rod 230 of the electromagnetic valve 23 will be actuated to push the engage block 24 to disengage from the striking member 25 to enable the striking member 25 to carry out striking of paint pellets.

While the preferred embodiment of the invention has been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and the appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims

1. The pull handle of a paint-pellet gun comprising:

a gun body having its lower side connected with a gun grip, said gun grip having a trigger provided in front, a triggering member and an electromagnetic valve connected with each other by a power line and positioned behind said trigger, said electromagnetic valve fixed with a push rod at the front side, said push rod having its front end pivotally connected with the lower end of an elbow-shaped engage block in said gun body, said engage block having its upper end stopping a striking member, said striking member having its topside secured with a vertical connecting rod extending out of said gun body, said gun body further having its topside bored with an axial elongate slot, said vertical connecting rod extending out of said elongate slot and able to move back and forth therein;
a combining plate threadably assembled on said gun body, said combining plate bored with an axial elongate slide slot in the topside, said slide slot aligned to said elongate slot of said gun body for said connecting rod to extend out therethrough;
a pull handle frame threadably assembled on said combining plate, said pull handle frame having its lower side bored with an accommodating groove, a pull handle received in said accommodating groove and connected with said pull handle frame by a spring, said pull handle fixed with a stop rod at the bottom for pushing against the upper end of said connecting rod; and,
said pull handle able to be pulled backward smoothly by a user's fingers, said pull handle moved backward together with said connecting rod and said striking member, said striking member stopped by the upper end of said engage block, said trigger pulled to actuate said push rod of said electromagnetic valve to push said engage block, said engage block disengaged from said striking member to enable said striking member to carry out striking of paint pellets, said pull handle able to be pulled backward with less force and with smoothness.

2. The pull handle of a paint-pellet gun as claimed in claim 1, wherein said combining plate has its topside bored with a plurality of recessed grooves.

3. The pull handle of a paint-pellet gun as claimed in claim 1, wherein said accommodating groove of said pull handle frame has its peripheral edge formed with a plurality of elongate projections to be respectively engaged with said recessed grooves of said combining plate.

4. The pull handle of a paint-pellet gun as claimed in claim 1, wherein said accommodating groove of said pull handle frame is provided with a hooking rod in the interior for hooking one end of said spring, and said pull handle is provided with a hooking rod at a proper location of its lower side for hooking the other end of said spring.
