Axle fixture for heat dissipation fan and method of manufacture thereof
The present invention is an axle fixture for heat dissipation fan and a method of manufacture thereof, comprising steps of the followings: obtaining a shell with an axle at center where a depression is deposed on the bottom with several rabbets which are not connected to the axle; providing a lower mold with a platform and a concave where the shell is covered on the platform and the concave is corresponding to the rabbets; obtaining an upper mold with sprue to cover on the shell where the sprue is corresponding to the concave but not to the axle; and pouring a fixing agent from the sprue into the concave with the guidance of the rabbets so that the axle can be firmly fixed at the center of the shell after the fixing agent is solidified. In this way, an axle fixture can be easily manufactured and the cost can be reduced while the axle can be firmly fixed at the center of the shell.
Latest Patents:
The present invention relates to a fixture; more particularly, relates to an axle fixture which can be easily manufactured and the cost can be reduced and the axle can be firmly fixed at the center of a shell.
DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART An axle fixture for heat dissipation fan according to a prior art, as shown in
Although the method of manufacture according to the prior art can rivet the fixture 52 and the axle 55 at the center of the shell 5, the cost is high owing to that the fixture 52 is made of copper. And, while pressing the press-and-bond member 54 to rivet the fixture 52 and the axle 55 at the center of the shell 5, the force applied on the press-and-bond member 54 for pressing can be uneven so that the axle 55 after pressing may be slanted and may be waving on using.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONTherefore, the main purpose of the present invention is to easily manufacture an axle fixture with the cost reduced and to firmly fix the axle at the center of a shell.
To achieve the above purpose, the present invention is an axle fixture for a heat dissipation fan and a method of manufacture thereof, comprising steps of the followings: obtaining a shell having an axle; providing a lower mold having a platform covered by the shell; obtaining an upper mold to cover the upper mold on the shell; and pouring a fixing agent from a sprue on the upper mold so that the axle can be firmly fixed at the center of the shell after the fixing agent is solidified. By doing so, an axle fixture for heat dissipation fan can be easily manufactured; the cost can be reduced; and the axle can be firmly fixed at the center of the shell.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGSThe present invention will be better understood from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which
The following descriptions of the preferred embodiments are provided to understand the features and the structures of the present invention.
Please refer to
As shown in
A method for manufacturing the above axle fixture for heat dissipation fan comprises steps of the followings:
Step A—As shown in
Step B—As shown in
Step C—As shown in
Step D—As shown in
Step E—Please further refer to
Accordingly, by the above steps, an axle fixture for heat dissipation fan is obtained. As a result, according to the present invention, an axle can be firmly fixed at the center of a shell by the axle fixture obtained. Besides, because the fixing agent can be made of a material of zinc, the manufacture can be easier and the cost can be reduced.
The preferred embodiments herein disclosed are not intended to unnecessarily limit the scope of the invention. Therefore, simple modifications or variations belonging to the equivalent of the scope of the claims and the instructions disclosed herein for a patent are all within the scope of the present invention.
