Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

I. Field of the Invention

This invention relates generally to a combinational house and, more specifically, to a retrievable combinational house hat is expandable to increase the available space and retrievable.

II. Description of the Prior Art

Heretofore, it is known that combinational or container houses with the advantages of low cost and mobility, they are seen in construction sites, farms and much temporary construction. However, the known combinational houses have firm structure, after assembly, the superficial area is fixed and cannot be altered; the construction and disassembly is very complex; the known container houses are usually modified from a 20′ or 40′ container, the superficial area is fixed, if users want to increase to area, they can only align several containers together, the application is not very convenient and occupies too much area, these containers are very difficult to handle after end of application.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore a primary object of the invention to provide a retrievable combinational house that is expandable for more useful space and is retrievable for less storage space.

In order to achieve the objective set forth, a retrievable combinational house in accordance with the present invention comprises a main body, at least one motor, at least one floor part, at least one wall part and at least one roof part; when the combination expands, the motor expands the roof part, the wall part and the floor part in series to double the area, while retrieval, the motor retrieves the floor parts, the wall parts and the roof parts in reverse order into the main body.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention comprises a main body 10, at least one motor 20, at least one floor part 30, at least one wall part 40 and at least one roof part 50. The function of each component is described as following:

The main body 10 is a hollow shell body, a container in reality, when the main body 10 retrieves, it stores at least one motor 20, at least one floor part 30, at least one wall part 40 and at least one roof part 50.

The motor 20 is applied to expand and retrieve the combination, the motor 20 is installed on one topside of the main body 10; two motors 20 are in this application example, however, the number of the motors 20 applied is not limited to two. The motor 20 applies hydraulic or air pressure to expand or retrieve the floor part 30, the wall part 40 and the roof part 50.

At least one floor part 30 is stored inside the main body 10 and connects to the motor 20 to be expanded and retrieved by the motor 20; at least one wall part 40 is stored inside the main body 10 and connects to the motor 20 to be expanded and retrieved by the motor 20; and at least one roof part 50 is stored inside the main body 10 and connects to the motor 20 to be expanded and retrieved by the motor 20. When users apply the present invention, the motor 20 expands the roof part 50, the wall part 40 and the floor part 30 in series to double the area; this application example includes two roof parts 50, corresponding wall parts 40 and floor parts 30, the area available with the floor parts 30 is nearly triple; when users retrieve the combination, the motor 20 retrieves the floor parts 30, the wall parts 40 and the roof parts 50 in reverse order. The wall part 40 consists of at least one door 43 or at least one window 44.

Referring to FIG. 2, an application example of the floor part 30. As shown in FIG, the floor part 30 further comprises a floor 31 and a floor stand 32. The floor 31 is stored inside the main body 10, one end of the floor 31 is fixed on one end of the wall part 40 with a square iron 60, however the fixing point is not limited to the end of the wall part 40; the floor 31 is the floor of the combination after all parts are expanded; one end of the floor stand 32 connects to the motor 20 and is fixed onto the floor part 40 with a square iron 60, the other end of the floor stand 32 is fixed onto the floor 31 with a square iron 60 to expand or retrieve the floor part 30. The square iron 60 further contains a inner circle 61 to combine and fix related components, the diameter of the inner circle is 60 mm, but is not limited to this length.

Referring to FIG. 3, an application example of the wall part 40. As shown in FIG, the wall part 40 further comprises an outer wall 41 and a wall stand 42. The outer wall 41 is stored inside the main body 10, one end of the outer wall 41 connects to the floor part 30 with a square iron 60, the other end is fixed onto the roof part 50, the outer wall 41 is the wall of the combination after expansion; one end of the wall stand 42 is fixed to the main body 10 by a square iron 60, then connects to the motor 20, the other end is fixed to the outer wall 41 by a square iron 60 to expand or retrieve the wall part 40.

Referring to FIG. 4, an application example of the roof part 50. As shown in FIG, the roof part 50 further comprises a roof 51, a first roof rack 52 and a second roof rack 54. The roof 51 is stored inside the main body 10 with one end fixed onto one side of the wall part 40 by a square iron 60, the roof 51 can be the roof after the combination expands; one end of the first roof rack 52 is fixed onto the outside the roof 51 by a square iron 60, an axis area 53 is on the first roof rack 52, the other end of the first roof rack 52 is fixed onto the bottom of the main body 10 by a square iron 60; one end of the second roof rack 54 is fixed onto the top of the main body 10 and then connects to the motor 20, the other end is fixed onto the first roof rack 52 by a square iron 60; when the combination opens or retrieves, the motor 20 brings the second roof rack 54 and have the first roof rack 52 stretch or bend on the axis area 53 site to expand or retrieve the roof part 50. The first and second roof rack 52, 54 are square tubes in this example; however they are not limited to be square tubes.

Referring to FIG. 5, an application example of the floor part 30, the wall art 40 and the roof part 50. As shown in FIG, when the floor part 30, the wall art 40 and the roof part 50 expand, the motor 20 opens the roof part 50, the wall part 40 and the floor part 30 in order, the motor 20 brings the second roof rack 54 and has the first roof rack 52 stretch at the axis area 53 to expand the roof part 50; then the motor 20 drives the wall stand 42 to stretch the wall 41; finally the motor 20 drives the floor stand 32 to stretch the floor 31 to finish the expansion; while retrieval, the motor 20 retrieves the floor part 30, the wall part 40 and the roof part 50 into the main body 10 in reverse order.

Referring to FIG. 6, an application example of the floor part 30 and the wall art 40. As shown in FIG, when the floor part 30 and the wall art 40 retrieve, the motor 20 drives the floor stand 32 and has the floor 31 bend upward to be in parallel with the outer wall 41, then the motor 20 drives the wall stand 42 to have the outer wall 41 move inward; since the floor 31 is fixed onto the outer wall 41 by the square iron 60, the floor 31 moves inward along with the outer wall 41 and is retrieved inside the main body 10.

Referring to FIG. 7, an application example of the roof part 50. As shown in FIG, after the floor part 30 and wall part 40 are retrieved, the roof part 50 is retrieved in turn; the motor 20 drives the second roof rack 54 and has the first roof rack 52 bend at the axis area 53, the second roof rack 54 keeps moving in to have the roof 51 bend downward by the square iron 60 until the roof 51 in parallel with the outer wall 41, the roof part 50 is retrieved inside the main body 10 completely.

Referring to FIG. 8, an application example of the floor part 30, the wall art 40 and the roof part 50. As shown in FIG, while completes retrieval, the roof part 50, the wall art 40 and the floor part 30 are in line from outside to inside and on both sides of the main body 10, some space in the middle of the main body 10 is available, when the space is sufficient, the combination does not have to be expanded, the combination is expanded when more space is needed.

While a preferred embodiment of the invention has been shown and described in detail, it will be readily understood and appreciated that numerous omissions, changes and additions may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
