DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention involve a manicure file which have a file body made from thermo hardened pressed armoured glass with an abrasive surface from 1-10 um (micrometer) and the file body is Build into a hard plastic handle with a protection case for the file body in hard plastic.

Manicure files is some of the world most sold item for personal care. The most of these item is made from sanded paper, ceramic stones, normal glass and metal. Most of these files is not giving the best results and special the normal glass file can do a big danger because the glass which is used for that item is very breakable And can do big harm if a person cut them self while using the item.

The invention of the new Manicure file solve this problem, The thermo hardened armoured glass is in it self an extremely hard material but when its build into a stabilizing hard plastic handle The glass will be stronger and also easier to use. The plastic case will prevent the glass piece from breaking if a person loose the manicure file on stone or hard floor.

1. The manicure file Characterized by the fact a part of it is made from thermo hardened armoured glass with an abrasive surface From 1-10 um (micrometer) where the glass body is build into a hard plastic handle and case.

2. The manicure file Characterized by the fact have an abrasive surface obtained by acid engraving

3. The manicure file Characterized by the fact have a hard plastic case for total protection

4. The manicure file Characterized by the fact can be pointed or rounded in the bottom and have a hard plastic handle in the top
