Wash-free cup structure

A manually chargeable flash light comprises a casing, a lamp, and a power system, wherein the lamp is at least an LED (Light Emitting Diode), and the power system is composed of a gear set mechanism, a mini power generator, and an accumulator. The gear set mechanism is connected with a handle, which is connected with a handle arm outside the casing. Comparing to the current techniques, the present invention uses a manually driven power source to replace the conventional battery power, thereby guaranteeing power supply at any time without exchanging batteries. Therefore, the troublesome of depleting batteries without backup can be avoided, and energy can be saved due to the high efficiency of LED. Furthermore, it will not cause the pollution to the environment by waste batteries.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to an improved structure of wash-free cup, and more particularly to a wash-free cup with a handle structure.

b) Description of the Prior Art

As shown in FIG. 1, a structure of a conventional wash-free cup comprises primarily a cup.

In using a conventional wash-free cup 20, a user will use a hand to directly contact the outside of cup. However, the outside temperature of the cup is usually so high that the cup cannot be touched directly while the cup is holding high temperature fluid. Therefore, other tool that provides handling function needs to be used to facilitate the applicability of the wash-free cup.

Accordingly, for the structural design of conventional wash-free cup, although other tool that provides handling function can be used to achieve the applicability of the wash-free cup while holding high temperature fluid, this auxiliary tool is not a part of the cup body. Therefore, it is not compatible with the convenience of wash-free cup for preparing other auxiliary tool in usage. In addition, an auxiliary tool needs to be purchased, thereby implicitly increasing more material cost.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is an improved structure of a wash-free cup, which comprises a cup, and two extension pieces. The cup is a cylinder, and surrounded by the first extension piece. The second extension piece is fixed on a side of the cup. Two ends of the first and second extension piece are overlapped to construct two assembly parts, with a latch-able button and buttonhole installed on each end of two assembly parts, thereby constructing a handle part. With the aforementioned handle structure, the wash-free cup is free from the handless design, thereby providing a handle structure of wash-free cup which is convenience to hold.

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a handle structure of wash-free cup which is convenient to hold.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 4, the present invention 10 primarily comprises a cup 1 and two extension pieces 2, 3, wherein the cup 1 is a cylinder, and surrounded by the first extension piece 2, and the second extension piece 3 is fixed on one side of the cup. Two ends of the first extension piece 2 and the second extension piece 3 are overlapped to construct two assembly parts 5, 6. A latch-able button 52 and buttonhole 62 are installed on each end of two assembly parts 5, 6, and a handle part 4 is constructed after latching the two assembly parts 5, 6. With the structure design of handle part 4, the wash-free cup 10 can be free from conventional handless design, thereby providing a handle structure of wash-free cup which is convenient to hold.

Accordingly, holding holes 51, 61 are installed at adequate locations of the aforementioned assembly parts 5, 6, to facilitate passing through fingers to hole the wash-free cup.

Referring to FIG. 5 and the aforementioned figures, it shows an implementation of the present invention. While using the present invention, two assemble parts 5, 6 overlapped at two sides of the cup are first detached from the cup 1, and then the button 52 on one end of an assembly part and the buttonhole 62 on one end of the another assembly part are latched together, to construct the handle part 4, to facilitate hand holding, thereby avoiding burning a hand while the cup 1 is holding high temperature fluid or high temperature fluid spills.

Referring to FIG. 6, it shows another implementation of the present invention. A detachable design can also be applied to the cup 1 and two extension pieces 2, 3 of the present invention, such that the structure of two extension pieces 2, 3 can be applied to a conventional wash-free cup 20. When using the present invention, the conventional wash-free cup 20 is first inserted into the two overlapped extension pieces 2,3, and then the two assembly parts 5, 6 are detached to adequate locations, and the button 52 on one end of an assembly part and the buttonhole 62 on one end of the other assembly part are latched together, to construct the handle part 4, to facilitate hand holding, thereby avoiding burning a hand while the wash-free cup 20 is holding high temperature fluid or high temperature fluid spills.

Accordingly, the present invention has the following advantages that:

with the handle structure of the present invention, the function of wash-free cup can be enhanced, it is convenient to hold the cup, and burning hand can be avoided when a cup is holding high temperature fluid or high temperature fluid spills;

with the handle structure of selectable assembly methods of the present invention, a user can select whether to assembly the handle structure while using the present invention, and it is convenient to collect the handle structure without occupying space while not assembling the handle structure;

with the handle structure of the present invention, the reassembly structure of the cup is employed without using a cup seat or other tools providing handling function, thereby saving the cost of purchasing other tools, and being more environmental benign;

with the handle structure of the present invention, a detachable design can be applied to the cup and two extension pieces, to applied to a conventional wash-free cup, to achieve the function of convenience and practicability.

Accordingly, the present invention of improved structure of wash-free cup indeed has more practicability and industrial usability than a conventional wash-free cup, with new feature and advancement.

It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
