Velcro fastening band structure
A Velcro fastening band structure includes a fastening band fit to a range of products like healthcare articles, clothes, decoration articles, shoes, and stationery, etc. wherein the fastening band has a plurality of fastening hooks distributed at one side to be movably attached to or released from itself thereof by users in an easy and speedy manner, and the fastening band is integrally made from a plastic material mixed up with an additive having agents like nano-silver with antibacterial and negative ionic properties contained therein to inhibit the multiplication and growth of bacteria and fungi, efficiently providing anti-bacterial and anti-fungal effectiveness to defeat mould under damp climate for long-lasting bactericide healthcare purpose so as to promote the quality and function of the fastening band thereof. Besides, the fastening band can also be integrally made of a plastic material before a protective film having agents like nano-silver contained therein is either sprayed or coated at the outer surface thereon with the same effect thereof.

It is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide a Velcro fastening band structure, including a fastening band that is provided with a plurality of fastening hooks distributed at one side and made from a plastic material integrally mixed up or sprayed/coated with an additive having agents like nano-silver with antibacterial and negative ionic properties contained therein to inhibit the multiplication and growth of bacteria and fungi, efficiently providing anti-bacterial and anti-fungal effectiveness without mould grown under damp climate to achieve long-lasting bactericidal healthcare purpose, and promote the quality and function of the fastening band thereof.
It is, therefore, the second purpose of the present invention to provide a Velcro fastening band structure wherein in application to some healthcare products like dust-proof coveralls or protective straps, the fastening band of plastic material integrally molded or sprayed/coated with the additive of agents like nano-silver can effectively achieve the purpose of dust-proof and bactericide, significantly facilitating better non-bacteria status to boost the quality of healthcare products thereof.

The present invention is related to a Velcro fastening band structure, including a fastening band 20 fit to a range of products such as healthcare articles (like dust-proof coveralls A or protective straps B), clothes, decoration articles (like belts, or handbags), shoes, and stationery, etc. wherein the fastening band 20 is provided with a plurality of fastening hooks 21 distributed at one side to be movably attached to or released from itself thereof by users in an easy and speedy manner. The fastening band 20 is integrally made from a plastic material 22 mixed up with an additive 23 having agents 231 with antibacterial and negative ionic properties contained therein. The agents 231 applied to the additive 23 can be made of nano-silver that can inhibit multiplication and growth of bacteria and fungi. Therefore, with the plastic material 22 mixed with the additive 23 of nano-silver agents 231, the fastening band 20 integrally molded thereby can efficiently destroy bacteria and fungi and inhibit the growth of mould under damp climate so as to provide a long-lasting bactericidal and fungicidal effectiveness for healthcare purpose and promote the value and function of the fastening band 20 thereof. A Velcro fastening band structure, including a fastening band fit to a range of products such as healthcare articles (like dust-proof coveralls or protective straps), clothes, decoration articles (like belts, or handbags), shoes, and stationery, etc. wherein the fastening band is provided with a plurality of fastening hooks distributed at one side to be movably attached to or released from itself thereof by users in an easy and speedy manner; the present invention is characterized by that,
- the fastening band being integrally made from a plastic material mixed up with an additive having agents with antibacterial and negative ionic properties contained therein, efficiently providing anti-bacterial and anti-fungal effectiveness to defeat mould under damp climate so as to promote the quality and function of the fastening band thereof.
2. The Velcro fastening band structure as claimed in claim 1 wherein the agents applied to the additive thereof can be made of nano-silver.
3. A Velcro fastening band structure wherein the fastening band with hooks distributed at one side thereon can also be integrally made of a plastic material before a protective film having agents with anti-bacterial and negative ionic properties contained therein is either sprayed or coated at the outer surface thereon.
4. The Velcro fastening band structure as claimed in claim 3 wherein the agents applied to the protective film sprayed or coated onto the surface of the fastening band thereof is preferably made of nano-silver.
