Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a memory card collection box, and more particularly to a memory card collection box using a clipping method to collect memory cards, in order to achieve the purpose of convenience to collecting and accessing.

b) Description of the Prior Art

As the advancement of technology, the prosperity of information, and the new development of electronic products, memory cards have become the most convenient product for storing information. The application of memory cards is very broad, including high technology products such as digital cameras and digital camcorders.

However, a variety of memory cards of different sizes are developed according to different brands, including XD, MMSD, SD, and MMC. Boxes of different sizes must be used to collect and carry due to the variation of sizes of memory cards, causing inconvenience to carrying to users.

Referring to FIG. 1, a memory card collection box on the current market comprises primarily a collection box 10 with containing grooves 11 matching sizes of all kinds of memory cards, such that all kinds of memory cards can be pressed into the containing grooves 11 according to the discrepancy of shapes and sizes of memory cards, thereby achieving the purpose of collecting all kinds of memory cards. Moreover, a curved groove 12 must be installed at one side of every containing groove 11, such that a user can put his finger into the curved groove 12 to push a memory card towards the outside of the containing groove 11, in order to remove the memory card. This kind of design will cause inconvenience when a user is collecting or removing a memory card.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention comprises primarily a box which can be lifted up and closed down, and a clipping piece inside the box, wherein the effect of lifting up and closing down of the box is caused by a pivot, and a plurality of flexible spring leaves is installed on the clipping piece, resulting the effect of clipping with the inner wall of the box, thereby clipping a memory card inside the box to achieve the purpose of collecting the memory card.

The object of the present invention is to force the spring leaves to result in a restoring function and generate adequate clipping force with the inner wall of the box, in order to clip the memory card to achieve the effect of collection, upon inserting the memory card into the box by the clipping effect resulting from the flexible spring leaves at the front end of the clipping piece and the inner wall of the box.

To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a conventional memory card collection box.

FIG. 2 shows a schematic view of the present invention.

FIG. 3 shows a side view of the present invention.

FIG. 4 shows a cross sectional view of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the present invention of a memory card collection box 20 comprises primarily a box 30 made by pivoting an upper casing 31 and a lower casing 32, such that the upper casing 31 and the lower casing 32 can rotate with a pivot 33, to achieve the effect of lifting up and closing down. Moreover, a baffle 34 is located at the top of the rear end of the lower casing 32 to constitute a holding space 35 inside the lower casing 32, and a U-shaped clipping piece 40 is located inside the holding space 35 of the lower casing 32, with a plurality of bump-shaped spring leaves having the feature of flexible distortion 41 installed on the clipping piece 40. The spring leaves 41 are located at the rear end of the clipping piece 41 and opposed to the baffle 34, such that a clipping space 42 can be constituted through the spring leaves 41 and the inner wall of the baffle 34 for inserting a memory card 50, upon holding the clipping piece 40 into the box 30.

Referring to FIG. 4, upon inserting the memory card 50 into the clipping space 42 constituted by the spring leaves 41 and the baffle 34, the memory card 50 will press the spring leaves 41 to result in flexible distortion, and generate a restoring force, and then to push the memory card 50 allowing the spring leaves 41 and the inner wall of the baffle 34 to generate a clipping force, thereby clipping the memory card 50 between the spring leaves 41 and the inner wall of the baffle 34 to collect the memory card 50.

When removing the memory card 50, the memory card 50 only needs to be pushed outward, allowing the memory card 50 to be suffered from the restoring force of the spring leaves 41, thereby pushing the memory card 50 towards the box 30, and achieving the effect of easily collecting or removing the memory card 50.

Referring to FIG. 2, as a plurality of spring leaves with flexible distortion 41 is located on the clipping piece 40, memory cards of any sizes can be inserted into the memory card collection box 20, allowing for inserting memory cards of more than two different specifications simultaneously, thereby achieving the effect of integrally collecting all kinds of memory cards.

It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
