Durable hand bags for fashionably transporting climbing equipment and personal effects
The invention relates to the design and construction of durable hand bags to fashionably transport climbing equipment and personal effects. The construction includes use of heavy duty nylon or other synthetic webbing materials used in the manufacture of climbing equipment and in the automotive industry.
The invention relates to the construction of durable handbags to fashionably transport climbing equipment and personal effects. More specifically, the invention relates to fashionably transporting metal and plastic climbing equipment and personal effects that are abrasive and destructive to conventional hand bags. In particular, the invention relates to a fashionable multi-purpose hand bag that meets the new demands and requirements of active women and men.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION AND BRIEF DECSRIPTION OF THE RELATED ARTFashionable hand bags have been in use for over a thousand years and are commonly constructed of natural fabrics, leather, or synthetic cloth materials that are suitable for transporting non-abrasive materials. In recent years, the increasingly active lifestyle of women and men has resulted in the need to transport equipment never previously envisaged by hand bag manufacturers. This is particularly evident within the climbing community, where recently invented carabiners, cams, nuts, and other climbing devices are being transported in hand bags by women and men. Conventional hand bags do not have the durability or strength to repeatedly transport these recently invented devices over a prolonged period of time. Thus it would be highly desirable to have a fashionable hand bag that is durably constructed from materials that can withstand the abrasion and wear resulting from repeatedly transporting climbing equipment and personal effects.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe previous desirable features or advantages as well as many others obvious to the ordinary skilled artisan are illustrated by one or more of the preferred embodiments of the invention. In the broadest perspective, the invention is the construction of durable hand bags to fashionably transport climbing equipment and personal effects.
More specifically, the invention relates to the use of heavy duty nylon or other synthetic webbing materials used in the manufacture of climbing equipment and in the automotive industry to construct fashionable hand bags for transporting climbing equipment and personal effects. These nylon and other synthetic webbing materials are sufficiently durable to withstand the repeated transport of climbing equipment and other personal effects by women and men. Unique construction designs allow the majority of the hand bag to be constructed from one or two long strands of webbing material. The long strand design enhances the durability and strength required to repeatedly transport climbing equipment and personal effects in hand bags. Additionally, nylon and other synthetic webbing materials can be assembled in a manner that produces durable hand bags which are considered fashionable by women and men.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS
The invention will be described with reference to particularly preferred embodiments. However, modifications which will be obvious to the ordinary skilled artisan are contemplated to be within the scope of the invention.
The selection of nylon webbing or other synthetic webbing material is essential to the durability and fashion of the hand bag design. The webbing material must be strong and resistant to abrasion from standard climbing equipment, which is the key failing of current hand bag designs. The webbing material must also be fashionable and appealing to women and men.
While the invention has been described with respect to particularly preferred embodiments, the following claims should be given the broadest valid interpretation.
Claims
1. Durable hand bag designs to fashionably transport climbing equipment and personal effects, which are constructed of heavy duty nylon webbing or other synthetic webbing materials used in the manufacture of climbing equipment and in the automotive industry. These nylon and other synthetic webbing materials are sufficiently durable to withstand the repeated transport of climbing equipment and other personal effects by women and men.
2. A unique woven design according to claim 1 that allows the majority of the hand bag to be constructed from two long strands of webbing material. The long strand design enhances the durability and strength required to repeatedly transport climbing equipment and personal effects.
3. A unique stitched design according to claim 1 that allows the majority of the hand bag to be constructed from a single long strand of webbing material. The long strand design enhances the durability and strength required to repeatedly transport climbing equipment and personal effects.
4. Colorful webbing materials according to claims 1, 2, and 3, used in the manufacture of climbing equipment and in the automotive industry, can be used to construct durable hand bags that are considered fashionable by women and men.
