Cheer bat

This invention relates to baseball game, and more particular to a baseball bat which is Provided with an audible electronic sound generating system, and a manual air generating Mechanism. The cheer sound is generated by pressing a cheer button, which in turns sends a Signal to the electronic signal generating system to play a sound file stored in memory. Two Speakers located near the top of the bat will emit the sound. A mechanical air pump with dual Action, with a manual handle located on the bottom of the bat which when pull in either direction Upward or downward action of the cylinder. This allows for the inflation of a balloon mounted On top of the bat.

BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

This invention relates generally to the field of apparatus for a sound making and balloon inflating novelty baseball bat. Moreover it pertains specifically t such apparatus for this present invention generally relates to a novelty baseball bat that is smaller in size then the regular baseball bat wherein the interior of the bat includes a hollowed out portion that contains an electronic sound generating device, and is able to inflate a balloon by manually working upward and downward a handle located on the bottom of the bat.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the limitations now present in the prior art, the present invention provides a new and useful sound making and balloon inflating novelty baseball bat which is simple in construction, more universally usable and more versatile in operation than known apparatus of this kind.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a new sound making and balloon inflating cheering baseball bat, device that has many novel features not offered by the prior art apparatus that result in a new baseball cheering novelty bat. Device which is not apparent, obvious, or suggested directly or indirectly by any of the prior art apparatus.

The present invention generally comprises two mechanisms that are of a single extruded embodiment. The cheering bat is molded in two separate peaces to provide full asses to the inside during assemble. After the unit has been assembled and tested, a special plastic adhesive is apply to the seam that will not only glue the unit together, but fuse the plastic making it inseparable without breaking the unit.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

After assembly of the cheering bat two void seals are apply at opposite side of the seam. This provides security with a fast and simple means of visually detecting tampering. If the void seals are remove or tempered with it will damage the sticker making it irreplaceable.

The mechanical features of the cheering bat consists of a simple, yet durable pump, this dual action pump, is what generates the air to inflate the balloon. Because the pump is dual action, air is generated on both the upward and downward action of the cylinder. This allows for the inflation of the balloon with half the effort and twice as fast. The air that is generated by the pump will travel a simple plumbing up to an electronic 3 way check valve. The valves basic purpose is To allow air into the balloon, but prevent it from escaping back into the system. The valve is rated To except only a predetermine amount of air into the balloon, regardless of how much air is Generated by the pump. Excess air will be directly vented thought an exhaust port,

A deflated button which is located approximate four inches from the bottom of the unit, when Pressed, a signal will be sent from the mini electronic board to the check valve, letting the Contained air in the balloon to be vented though the exhaust port. The cheer sound is generated by Pressing a cheer button which in turns sends a signal to the mini electronic board to play the file Stored in memory, two speakers located near the top of the bat will emit the sound,

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the information summary I will review the distinctive features of the cheering bat. Produced from a plastic material, the cheering bat would consist of a replica of a baseball bat Measuring approximately 12 inches long and 4 inches in diameter at its top. The unit would, like A conventional baseball bat, feature a tapered design and would thus be wider at its top then at its Bottom. Incorporated into the interior of the bat would be a manual operated, dual-action air Pump, somewhat similar to a bicycle pump. The plunger of the pump would be accessible from The bottom of the unit and would include a handle or gripping area that would resemble the end Knob of a conventional baseball bat. The plunger would be contained within a simple plumbing System, which move air upward though a tube or small pipe when the plunger is pushed or pulled. The plunger comprises of a locking mechanism that would lock the handle or knob into place and Will prevent the plunger from sliding out of the bat when not in use. Affixed to the top of the air Pump within the top of the bat would be a balloon, which is designed to resemble a baseball. This Balloon would comprise of approximate 4 inches in diameter when inflated and would exit a hole In the top of the bat when engaged the unit's pumping mechanism. Connecting the balloon to the End of the pump would be a three-way electronic check valve, which would be wired to a mini Computer circuit board located within the upper interior of the unit. This valve would allow a Predetermine amount of air to be pumped into the balloon, which in turn will prevent the balloon From breaking. Any excess air will be vented though exhaust ports on the valve and plastic Housing Of the bat. The valve will also allow the balloon to be deflated and withdrawn into the bat. A Deflated button will be featured on the handle of the bat approximately five and half inches from The bottom end of the unit.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The circuit board or mini computer of the cheer bat comprises a digital audio chip that would Contain a prerecorded fanfare or musical rally played on trumpet. This sound is emitted though a Pair of speaker located on opposite side of the bat's upper area or barrel and is activated via a Cheer button located on the bat's handle approximate four and half inches from its bottom end. The mini computer is powered by a standard N-cell battery, which is contained in housing on The top exterior side of the bat. This housing could be accessed via a small, hinged, and Translucent Panel. The cheer bat comprises of the red white and blue color featuring a design representing the American flag. The exterior of the bat as well as the balloon include the names and logos of Mayor league and minor league baseball teams,

The used of the cheer bat comprises of the following steps, simple unlock the unit's handle or Plunger, pumps the handle several times, and re-locks the handle or pump within the end of the Bat. This inflate the balloon located on top of the bat, then one would wave the unit in the air to cheer His favorite team or player or deride opposing teams or player. If so desired, the user could press The cheer buttons on the bat's handle to activate the trumpet rally or fanfare.

Pump 14 which is what generates the air to inflate the balloon 10 because the pump is dual action; Air is generated on both the upward and downward action of the cylinder 14 which is what Generates the air to inflate the balloon 10. The air that is generated by the pump will travel through A simple plumbing system, up to an electronic three way valve 19. The valve 19 basic purpose is To allow air into the balloon 10. But prevent it from escaping back into the system. The valve 19 is Rate to except only a predetermine amount of air into the balloon, when the handle 17 is pull Downward air is generated which travel up to the pump 14 into the check valve 19 and into the Balloon 10. That will inflate with a specific team logo. The balloon 10 can be defatted by pressing The deflate button 22 located just above the cheer button. If the deflate button is press, a signal is Send from the mini pc board 18 to the check valve 19, letting the contained air in the balloon to be Vented through the exhaust port. The cheer bat comprises a battery compartment 12 which supply Power to the electronic board 18. The cheer bat can play a prerecorded audio file by simple Pressing the cheer button 23 which will send a signal to the mini electronic board and a cheer Sound will be emitted to the speakers 12, and 20,

1. A baseball bat device, comprising:

A balloon inflating mechanisms to generate air on the upward and downward stroke with an Attached manual handle which in turn is attached to a three way air controlling valve to inflate a Latex balloon by controlling the amount of air that goes in the balloon,

2. The noise making and balloon inflating baseball bat of claim 1 wherein comprises of a Mini electronic board to store and play a desire music or noise file when desire by the user.

3. A method for producing a noise maker and balloon inflating novelty baseball bat comprising The following steps:

Injection molding a reduced size body having a hollow portion where is mounted a Balloon inflating system comprising a three way safety valve, and an electronic mini Board to store and play a music file.
