Structure of carbon cloth
An improved structure of carbon cloth, wherein plain weave is used. Since carbon fiber thread is a kind of rigid materials and has no retractility, color plastic thread or metallic yarn of high retractility can be added in either the warp contexture or the weft contexture when weaving carbon. The ratio of carbon fiber thread to plastic thread or metallic yarn is 1800 D:50˜100 D. Carbon cloth made by using this method is more solid, wear resistant and not easy to loose, and can be provided with multiple colors and functions of reflecting, improving the shortcoming of the common structure that cloth can only have colors after being printed two times.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONWhen weaving carbon cloth, color plastic thread or metallic yarn is directly added in warp or weft. Since carbon fiber thread is jet black, the color of plastic thread or metallic yarn will be shown more obviously. Thus the carbon cloth has bright colors and improved functions such as reflecting, etc.
Carbon cloth is widely applied in various industries. For example, it is often used as the coating of products such as battledore, bicycle frame, horn shell, shoe material, etc, so as to beautify the appearance and improve the value. As shown in
Therefore, considering the above shortcomings of the common structure, the inventor has researched this subject with great concentration based on manufacturing experiences of many years, and kept on working hard to be innovative, so as to improve the structure of carbon cloth. Finally, he worked out the present invention after making experiments and tests many times, and herein the inventor applies for the new type patent.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe main purpose of the present invention is to provide an improved structure of carbon cloth. When weaving carbon cloth, color plastic thread or metallic yarn or glitter yarn of high retractility is directly added in either the carbon fiber warp or the carbon fiber weft under the principle of not ffecting the original structure. Thus the structure of the finished carbon cloth is strengthened, and the cloth surface has bright colors and functions of reflecting, etc, so improving the shortcoming of the old common structure that carbon cloth only can has multiple colors after being printed two times.
In the following paragraphs, characteristics of the improved structure of the present invention are explained in detail cooperated with drawings for reference of appraisal.

Secondly, when weaving carbon cloth, plastic thread 30 or metallic yarn 40 can be added only in either the carbon fiber warp contexture 10 or the carbon fiber weft contexture 20. The cloth will also have the foresaid functions. Or when weaving carbon cloth, glitter plastic thread can be added in either the carbon fiber warp contexture 10 or the carbon fiber weft contexture 20, thus providing the cloth with the function of giving off fluorescent light at night.
Additionally, plastic thread 30 (matched with plastic thread 30 of multiple colors) can be added in either the warp contexture 10 of the carbon cloth or the weft contexture 20, so as to weave pictures and decorations on the cloth. By doing so, the carbon cloth will not only has the original functions, but also have a reinforced structure and a better visual effect without any dissonance.
However, the methods described above are only practicable examples of the present invention. Therefore, all equivalent changes made by using the present specification shall be included in the patent of the present invention.
Form the above description, it can be understood that the present invention is really innovative and can improve the functions of the product. Claims
1. An improved structure of carbon cloth, wherein a piece of carbon fiber thread is matched with a piece of plastic thread to make warp contexture or weft contexture, so as to work out a plain weave, the section diameter of plastic thread is smaller than that of carbon fiber thread, the cloth is composed of about 1800 D carbon fiber thread and 50˜100 D plastic thread, the plastic thread is of high retractility and carbon fiber thread is of low retractility, 1:1 two-thread weaving can be employed to make a kind of color cloth of both rigidity and elasticity.

The improved structure of carbon cloth as claimed in claim 1, wherein glitter plastic thread can be added in either the carbon fiber warp contexture or the carbon fiber weft contexture when weaving carbon cloth, so as to provide the cloth with the function of giving off fluorescent light at night.
3. The improved structure of carbon cloth as claimed in claim 1, wherein plastic thread, metallic yarn or glitter thread can be added only in either the warp contexture or the weft contexture of the carbon cloth.
