Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention is related to an aquarium type toy, and especially to an aquarium type toy with an improved motor system; it comprises a box with a water tank, the water tank is loaded with liquid and toy fishes, the motor system makes rotation of its fan blades by means of a magnetic force to further render the liquid in the water tank to flow, so that the toy fishes can swim as real fishes in the water tank.

2. Description of the Prior Art

The activity of breeding real fishes for appreciation in leisure time is actually inconvenient in multiple aspects, not only in the expenses for feeds for fishes, water grasses and nutriments required, but also in that people in the present busy society normally have no time to take care of fishes bred in aquaria and works of maintenance and cleaning of the aquaria; thereby, in order to have the leisure of breeding fishes in busy lives, inventions of aquarium type toys were provided, the aquarium type toys seen now in the markets often are selected by people in lieu of the leisure activity of breeding real fishes. However, toy fishes can not swim freely, hence designing of aquarium type toys must have the fan blades driven by operation of a motor to induce flowing of liquid in water tanks, so that the toy fishes can move after the liquid to simulate the feature of swimming of real fishes in water. Nevertheless, if it is desired that motors effect the flowing of liquid, normally the motors must be placed in water or must contact with water, and the liquid may penetrate in along rotating axles to contact with motors, this can increase the probability of damage of the motors. A conventional motor system only have its fan blades supported by only a rotating axle, so that when the fan blades rotate, a situation that rotation is unstable may be induced.

In order to get rid of the defects stated above, the inventor provides the present invention after nonstop deep study and improvement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide an aquarium type toy that can make stable of rotation of fan blades of an improved motor system by means of a magnetic force.

The secondary objective of the present invention is to provide an aquarium type toy with an improved motor system, the transmitting axle of the improved motor system is isolated from liquid to thereby prevent contact of the motor with the liquid, so that probability of damage of the motor can be reduced.

To achieve the above objectives of the present invention, the motor system has a rotary disk and a fan blade set, a plurality of magnets of different polarities are respectively provided on the rotary disk and of the fan blade set can mutually attract having a top surface of a housing intervene therebetween, when the motor moves the rotary disk with some of the magnets to rotate, the magnetic force is used to move the fan blade set with the other magnets to rotate, and a current guide pipe of the motor system can thus render the liquid to flow, and make the toy fishes in a water tank to simulate swimming of real fishes.

The present invention will be apparent after reading the detailed description of the preferred embodiments thereof in reference to the accompanying drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of an embodiment of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is an anatomic perspective view showing the elements of a conventional motor;

FIG. 3 is an anatomic perspective view showing the elements of the embodiment of the motor system of the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a schematic perspective view showing use of the embodiment of the motor system under an action of a magnetic force of the present invention;

FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view showing use of the embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIG. 1 showing the appearance of an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention comprises a box 1 and a motor system 2, a water tank 29 of the box 1 is loaded with liquid, artificial mountain and a plurality of toy fishes, the artificial mountain is provided on one side of it with a current guide outlet of the motor system 2, and the top surface of the box 1 is provided with a motor switch 261; when the motor switch 261 is actuated, the guided current outlet of the motor system 2 will render the liquid in the water tank 29 to flow, and make the toy fishes simulate swimming of real fishes.

Referring to FIG. 2 which is an anatomic perspective view showing the elements of a conventional motor system 3, the conventional motor system 3 has a motor 34 which has thereon a rotating axle 33, the rotating axle 33 is extended through a top surface of a housing 32 to be connected with a fan blade set 31; and the housing 32 envelops the motor 34, the bottom of the housing 32 is connected with a bottom cover 35, when the motor 34 is driven to make the rotating axle 33 rotate, the fan blade set 31 rotates.

Referring to FIG. 3 which is an anatomic perspective view showing the elements of the embodiment of the motor system of the present invention, the embodiment of the motor system comprises a motor 26 and a rotating axle 25, the rotating axle 25 is connected with a rotary disk 24 having magnets, and the motor system has a housing 23 enveloping the motor 26, the rotating axle 25 and the rotary disk 24 having the magnets; when the motor 26 is driven to make the rotating axle 25 rotate, the rotary disk 24 having the magnets can be rotated; the housing 23 has thereon a fixed axle 22 to limit the rotation range of a fan blade set 21 having other magnets on a top surface of the housing 23; by virtue that the rotary disk 24 having the magnets and the fan blade set 21 having the other magnets can mutually attract, when the rotary disk 24 having the magnets rotates, it can bring the fan blade set 21 having the other magnets to rotate with the top surface of the housing 23 intervening therebetween. The bottom of the housing 23 is connected with a bottom cover 27, the upper area of the housing 23 is connected with a current guide cover 28, and when the motor system 2 is placed in water, liquid will fill up the interior of the current guide cover 28; further by virtue that the rotary disk 24 having the magnets and the fan blade set 21 having the other magnets mutually attract for operation with the top surface of the housing 23 intervening therebetween, the liquid will not contact of the motor 26 during rotation of the fan blade set 21, and a current guide pipe 281 of the current guide cover 28 guides the liquid to flow.

Referring to FIG. 4 which is a schematic perspective view showing use of the embodiment of the motor system of the present invention under an action of a magnetic force, in this embodiment of the motor system, there is a rotary disk 24 having four magnets 241, 242, 243 and 244, wherein the magnets 241 and 243 are magnetically north, and the magnets 242 and 244 are magnetically south; further there is a fan blade set 21 having other four magnets 211, 212, 213 and 214, wherein the magnets 211 and 213 are magnetically north, and the magnets 212 and 214 are magnetically south. The magnets 211, 212, 213 and 214 and the magnets 241, 242, 243 and 244 mutually attract, hence when the rotary disk 24 having the four magnets 241, 242, 243 and 244 rotates, it can bring the fan blade set 21 having the other four magnets 211, 212, 213 and 214 to rotate stably.

Referring to FIG. 5 which is a schematic perspective view showing use of the embodiment of the present invention, when in operation of the present invention, the current guide pipe 281 is helpful to the liquid in the water tank 29 to flow, and makes the toy fishes simulate swimming of real fishes. The box 1 of the present invention is provided thereon with a light emitting device 4, when a power switch 41 of the light emitting device 4 is actuated, the light emitting device 4 will increase brightness in the water tank 29.

Accordingly, the present invention has the following advantages:

  • 1. The present invention can avoid contact of the motor with the liquid in the water tank; thereby can avoid damage of the motor.
  • 2. The rotary disk and the fan blade set of the motor system of the present invention can mutually attract under an action of a magnetic force, this is different from the mode of rendering fan blades to rotate by driving of a rotating axle available in the markets; the state of rotating of the present invention is more stable.

In conclusion, according to the description disclosed above, the present invention surely can get the expected object thereof to provide an aquarium type toy with an improved motor system, it can avoid contact of the motor with the liquid in the water tank; it can render a fan blade set to rotate more stably by the action of a magnetic force. Having thus described the technical structure of my invention with industrial utility value, what I claim as new and desire to be secured by Letters Patent of the United States is:
