BACKGROUND OF INVENTION/DETAILED DESCRIPTION

My invention is for use in the field of plumbing. It will be utilized in the installation of toilets. My invention is a plastic cap that can be easily manufactured and in any color. White being the primary one. This invention aids anyone who is installing a toilet and does not want to be encumbered with the chore of trimming the closet bolts because of the size limitations of what is now being offered. This one piece taller decorative cap that covers and protects the fastening hardware on a toilet bowl will work in most applications. Other features of said invention will appear in the following specifications, detailed description and in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

FIG. 1 is a top view of the invention.

FIG. 2 is a side view of the invention.

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the invention.

While one embodiment of my invention is illustrated in the above referred to drawings, it is understood that they are merely for the purpose of illustration and that various changes in the construction, material used etc. may be resorted to in the course of manufacture in order that the invention may be utilized to the best advantage of its' use without in any way departing from or deviating from the spirit and intention of the device for the purpose it has been designed for which is limited only in accordance with the appended claims and while there is stated the primary field of the utility and use of the invention, it remains obvious that it may be employed in any other capacity wherein it might find use and be found applicable. In the accompanying drawings and in the following specifications, the same numerical reference characters are used to designate the same parts and elements of the description of the toilet cap throughout. The toilet cap has of course, a top (1). It has a circular main body (2). It has a raised bottom which allows for room for the standard size within the industry, fastening nut (3). It has a convex shaped aperture which curves inward and upward in a complete circle which allows for one way penetration of toilet bolt and in the course of rotating the cap in a clockwise direction with bottom rim of cap pushing against bowl surface, convex shaped aperture has no choice but to tighten up against toilet bolt and surface of toilet bowl (4) and (5). It has a hollow chamber which allows for entrance of top portion of toilet bolt and aids in the stability of the cap (6). It should be duly noted that this hollow chamber has an aperture to allow for this entrance of course and that this hollow chamber is round, again (6). From the foregoing specifications it will become apparent that the invention disclosed will adequately accomplish the tasks for which it has been designed for and in an economic manner and that its' simplicity, accuracy and ease of operation are such as to provide a relatively inexpensive device considering all that it is able to accomplish and that it will find an important place in the art to which it pertains too when once placed on the market for use by the general public and artisan it has been designed for. It is thought that persons skilled in the art for which this invention relates to, will be able to obtain a clear and concise understanding of the invention after considering the description and specifications in relation to the drawings therefore a more lengthy description is deemed unnecessary. Changes in shape, size and arrangement of details and of parts such as come within the purview of the invention claimed may be resorted to in actual practice, if so desired.
