FIELD OF INVENTION

This invention relates to trashcans, specifically trashcans for interior use.

CLAIM STATEMENT

My invention, Trash-N-All, is made primarily of plastic for the entire container. See FIG. 1. The upper portion of the trash can that holds the garbage is made of plastic and is separated by a plastic layer from the bottom of the trash can that is the storage area for the garbage bags. See FIG. 2. In the bottom portion of the trash can is the roll bar that holds the garbage bags which is made from either a wood dowling rod or metal that is sixteen inches in length and is secured on each side with metal end caps. See FIG. 2. On the side of the trashcan is a plastic cup-shaped holder that holds the garbage bag ties. See FIG. 2.

SPECIFICATION

Now doing the trash is as easy as 1, 2, and 3 with the new Trash-N-All trashcan. The old standard trashcans are only 25″ and hurt your back to bend over to line the trashcan or take trash out of the trashcan. But with my invention, Trash-N-All, it is a whopping 30″ so there is no need to bend over to do the garbage any more. See FIG. 3.

My invention brings convenience to this deigning task too. The old way of doing garbage was frustrating and inconvenient. The shorter version of the can itself, then to take the extra time to find garbage bags and garbage bag ties somewhere in the kitchen or the pantry or wherever they may be. My invention takes convenience to a new level with Garbage bags conveniently located in the bottom of the Trash-N-All and the ties located on the side of the trash can it. See FIGS. 2 and 3. There is no need to store bags and ties in a separate location from your trash can anymore making putting out the trash convenient and easy! Time is something that a value can't be put on. I know that if I can save an extra 5 minutes from a task that adds up to and extra 35 minutes a week to spend doing things I would rather do. Whether it is time with my family, running errands, or just relaxing, it is time better well spent. See FIG. 1 to see the basic design of the Trash-N-All. It is rectangular or round in shape, 30″ in height with a flip top. The trashcan is made of plastic. On the front side of the trashcan is the garbage bag feeder 8″ in length and ½″ in width where the garbage bags are fed through to conveniently tear off and line the trash can. See FIG. 1. The side view in FIG. 3 shows the plastic garbage bag tie holder that conveniently holds the garbage bag ties that is five inches long and two and one half inches wide, flat on the back side and curved on the front side. This makes it so easy to find the bag ties to secure your filled garbage bags for disposal. FIG. 4 is a view of the backside of the Trash-N-All where the trash bags are refilled. It has a perforated slit 8″ long and a handle to open up the storage area for easy refill to bags. Simply pull out the empty trash bag roller bar and slip it through the center of a new roll of garbage bags and insert it back into the end caps. Slightly feed the new garbage bag through the front of the trashcan. See FIG. 1. It is that simple.

FIG. 2 shows what the bags look like on the garbage bag roller bar. There is a divider made of plastic between the bottom of the trash can and the garbage bag holder area to keep any spills and leaks from getting on the garbage bags. See FIG. 2. The design is simple. This trashcan saves so much time, it makes taking out the trash so easy and convenient, and puts the task into one place. I believe that a good invention must solve a problem, save the consumer time, and simplify a task, and be affordable. My invention does all of that.
