Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to physical protection devices, and in particular to a physical protection device which can be reused many times so that the user can make exercise to have a preferred effect without any mistake. Moreover the present invention can be used to expel animals, such as dogs.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Current used physical protection devices are atomized physical protection device, which use the same principle as a pesticide device. Stimulus liquid is filled into a high-pressure bottle (referring to FIG. 1). A spray head is installed at an upper end of the bottle. As the head is pressed, the liquid will spray out so as to achieve the effect of physical protection. However in fact, the liquid cannot be sprayed out to a far place. Thereby it is only used in a near field. Furthermore, in spraying, due to the effect of wind or as the devil person comes near the user so that the liquid cannot spray to a desired position. Even it is possible that the liquid is sprayed to the user himself (or herself).

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 2A, a prior art is illustrated. In the prior art a plurality of bullets 50 is filled into a gun body 5. An impact element (not shown) is installed at a top cover 51. In use, the top cover 51 is buckled to the gun body 5. When a handle 52 is pressed downwards, the bullets 50 are prepared to be triggered and meanwhile, the emitting key 53 and the safety button 54 are pressed so that the impact unit will impact the bullet 50 to be shot out. After shooting, the push-rod 55 is ejected to retract the bullet 50. In above mentioned structure, the main defect is that to press the handle 52 to fill the bullet 50 into the bore of a gun is a laborious work, it is difficult to women or weaker. Thereby the work of retracting the bullet is also a laborious work.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a physical protection device, wherein the physical protection device can be reused many times so that the user can make exercise to have an preferred effect without any mistake as the physical protection device is used. Moreover the present invention can be used to expel animals, such as dogs.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a physical protection device which comprises a receiving chamber having an inner tube. At least one bullet is placed in the inner tube. A front end of the inner tube having an opening. A top of the receiving chamber is installed with an emitting key. Each of two lateral side of the receiving chamber is formed with a slot and a buckle.

The present invention further comprises a base. Each of two sides of the front end of the base has a tenon corresponding to the slot and an ear corresponding to the buckle. An interior of the base is installed with a push rod. An impact unit and a stud; a bottom of the push rod has a quick restoring spring. A rotatable handle is pivotally installed to a bottom of the base. One end of the rotatable handle resists against a front end of the impact unit and another end of the rotatable handle is a free end.

Furthermore, pushing the rotatable handle to pivotally rotate will push the impact unit to move backwards to compress the spring to store energy. By the lock of the stud, the push rod moves backwards due to the action of the emitting key to move axially. A rear end of the push rod pushes the stud to unlock. The impact unit is ejected by the resilient force of the spring so as to impact a rear end of the spring. A rear end of the spring is formed with an expansion chamber which is filled with powder. A front end of the bullet is filled with liquid. A valve is installed between the liquid and the expansion chamber.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

With reference to FIGS. 3 to 5, the physical protection device of the present invention is illustrated. The physical protection device has the following elements.

A receiving chamber 1 has an inner tube 10. At least one bullet 3 is placed in the inner tube 10. A front end of the inner tube 10 is tapered with an opening formed at a foremost thereof. A top of the receiving chamber 1 is installed with an emitting key 11. Each of two lateral side of the receiving chamber 1 is formed with a slot 12 and a buckle 13.

A base 2 is included. Each of two sides of the front end of the base 2 has a tenon 22 corresponding to the slot 12 and an ear 23 corresponding to the buckle 13. An interior of the base 2 is installed with a push rod 24, an impact unit 25 and a stud 26. A bottom of the push rod 24 has a quick restoring spring 241. A rotatable handle 27 is pivotally installed to a bottom of the base 2. One end of the rotatable handle 27 resists against a front end of the impact unit 25 and another end of the rotatable handle 27 is a free end. To push the rotatable handle 27 to pivotally rotate, the impact unit 25 is pushed to move backwards to compress the spring 241 to store energy. Meanwhile, by the lock of the stud (referring to FIG. 6), the push rod 24 move backwards due to the action of the emitting key 11 to move axially. A rear end of the push rod 24 pushes the stud 26 to unlock. The impact unit 25 is ejected by the resilient force of the spring 251 so as to impact a rear end of the spring 251. A rear end of the spring 251 is formed with an expansion chamber 31 which is filled with powder. A front end of the bullet 3 is filled with liquid 33. The liquid 33 is stimulus liquid or dyes. A valve 34 is installed between the liquid 33 and the expansion chamber 31. Furthermore, to have a safety effect, two sides of the base 2 are installed with safety buttons 28 corresponding to the rear end of the push rod 24. When the safety button 28 is pushed, the push rod 24 is released (referring to FIG. 7). Namely, if it is desired to push the emitting key 11 to trigger the bullet 3, the safety button 28 must be pushed so as to further push the push rod 24 to unlock the stud 26 so that the impact unit 25 impacts the expansion chamber 31 at the rear end of the bullet 3 to trigger the filled powder to act. Thereby the valve 34 will extrude the liquid 33. A strong internal pressure will destroy a front end of the bullet 3. Meanwhile the liquid 33 sprays out from the opening of the inner tube 10.

Referring to FIGS. 8, another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The inner tube 10a of the receiving chamber la is a straight tube. A rear end of the bullet 3a is an expansion chamber 31a. The liquid 3a is filled into an easy breakable short cylindrical container 34a made of such as plastics or rubber. The containers 3a is installed at a front end of the bullet 3a. The user pushes the emitting key 11a so that the push rod 23 pushes the stud 26 to unlock. Thereby the impact unit 25 will impact the expansion chamber 31a at the rear end of the bullet 3a to trigger the powder to act. As a result, the container 34a is ejected out from the opening of the inner tube 10. As the container 34a impacts a devil person, he (or she) will feel ache and the container 34a will break. The liquid 33a will spray upon the body of the person to achieve the effect of protecting the user. This embodiment has the effect of increasing the traveling length of the bullet 3a. Thereby if the liquid 3a within the container 34 is dye. It has the effect of make an indication to the devil person.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
