Heating insole
A heating insole, which is a pad structure that can be installed inside shoes, includes primarily an electro-thermal pad, a control circuit, and a battery. The electro-thermal pad consists of at least two layers of heat-proof fabrics and an electro-thermal structure is located between these two layers of heat-proof fabrics. The electro-thermal structure is extended to the control circuit and battery through a connecting wire, thereby forming an electric loop. Accordingly, upon installing the insole inside shoes, both the control circuit and battery can be fixed at a proper position of shoes or onto calves (ankles) of a user, at the same time, followed by turning on a switch on the control circuit, so as to enable the electro-thermal pad to be equipped with a heating effect, thereby achieving the purposes of defending against cold and increasing a life quality of a user.
a) Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a heating insole, and more particularly to an insole structure that can be freely installed in shoes and generate a heating function under a user control, so as to generate an effective cold-proof function.
b) Description of the Prior Art
For conventional shoes, some warm keeping material such as wool or cotton are generally used to increase the effect of warm keeping and cold-proof to prevent from damage from cold. However, for creating a certain function from the aforementioned material, feet of a user himself must have a certain body temperature. Otherwise, if a user himself is a person whose hands and feet easily feel cold, the function of generating cold-proof to feet of the user still cannot be reached, even by wearing thick snow boots or cold-proof shoes, thus frequently causing uncomfortable and affecting a life quality. In addition, physical or mental diseases can be more easily induced to affect health, especially to those people who are afraid of cold. Accordingly, it is necessary to re-develop and re-innovate for this issue.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe primary object of the present invention is to provide a heating insole that can be freely installed inside shoes, and can generate a heating function by itself through controls, so as to achieve a good effect of cold-proof, increase a life quality of a user, and prevent from diseases.
Accordingly, the present invention includes primarily an electro-thermal pad, a control circuit, and a battery, wherein the electro-thermal pad includes at least two layers of heat-proof fabrics, and an electro-thermal structure is located between these two layers of heat-proof fabrics. The electro-thermal structure is extended to a control circuit and a battery with a connecting wire, thereby constituting an electric loop.
Accordingly, in installing the heating insole inside shoes, the control circuit and battery can be fixed at a proper position of shoes or onto calves (ankles) of a user at the same time, followed by turning on a switch on the control circuit, and enabling a heating effect to the electro-thermal pad, thereby achieving the purposes of defending against cold and increasing a life quality of a user.
To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Referring to
As shown in the drawing, the aforementioned electro-thermal structure 13 can be implemented by uniformly winding an electro-thermal wire on an area of the insole, or can be an electro-heater in a shape of tube or chunk, and be implemented by uniformly distributing a plurality of the electro-heater. An ordinary carbon-zinc battery or a lithium battery or other battery can be used for the battery 30.
Accordingly, the aforementioned control circuit 20 can be a simple switching circuit 21 used for controlling the conducting of electric current, or an automatic temperature control circuit 22 (as shown in
Accordingly, upon installing the electro-thermal pad 10 inside shoes along with fixing the casing 40 containing the control circuit 20 and battery 30 onto a proper position of shoes or calves, clothes of a user, followed by turning on the switch 21 on the control circuit 20, the electric current of the loop is conducted, and the electro-thermal pad 10 is equipped with heating effect, so as to achieve the effect of defending against cold for soles of feet, and enable a user to have a more comfortable life quality.
Referring to
It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
