Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to golf device, and particularly to a golf bag which has no relative twist between its top frame and bottom, and its stays easily retract to its original position after distortion under pressure.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, a conventional golf bag has a bottom 1 and a top frame 2 which are generally connected by a plurality of stays 3 in parallel, as shown in FIG. 1. Selectively, the stay can be only one. However, the bottom 1 and the top frame 2 of the conventional golf bag are easily twisted relative to each other, so that the golf bag has a bad stability and lifespan. In addition, the stays 3 can retract only by its own elasticity after being bent inwardly under pressure so as to make the golf bag cannot accurately revert to type instantaneously. The above drawbacks maybe also damage golf clubs and other objects in the golf bags so as to influence golf games. Referring to FIG. 2, another kind of golf bag has a bottom 1 and a top frame 2 which are coupled by a bag body 5 made of PE material. However, the bag body doesn't have such an function to retract due to being made of PE or some kinds of other plastics material.

Hence it is desired to provide a golf bag which can overcome the foregoing drawbacks of the prior art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A main object of the present invention is to provide a golf bag which can ensure there is no twist between its top frame and bottom, and can refract rapidly after pressure being removed.

To attain the object of the present invention, a golf bag includes a bottom; a top frame; and at least one stays to connect the bottom and the top frame; wherein a reinforce component is provided between the bottom and the top frame to connect with the at least one stay. In an embodiment, the reinforce component is circular. In another embodiment, the reinforce component is an elastic component. The reinforce component is connected with the at least one stay in an immovable manner. The reinforce component has a plurality of connecting portions with the at least one support rods which are concaved interiorly for receiving the stays and then connecting with the stays in an unmovable manner.

In the present invention, because there are the bottom and the top frame in two ends of each of the stays and a reinforce component in middle of the stays to fix relative positions of the stays, so as to prevent relative positions among the stays, the bottom, and the frame from changing, and also avoid a twist between the bottom and the top frame. At the same time, the reinforce component with elasticity can help retraction of the support rods after pressure exerted thereto being removed, and prevent objects, such as golf clubs, in the golf bag from damage when the golf bag is twisted or pressed.

For the purpose of making the invention easier to understand, some particular embodiments thereof will now be described with reference to the appended drawings in which:

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a connection structure of a first traditional golf bag;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a connection structure of a second traditional golf bag;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a connection structure of a golf bag according to a first embodiment of the invention;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a reinforce component of the golf bag;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a connection structure of a golf bag according to a second embodiment of the invention; and

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a connection structure of a golf bag according to a third embodiment of the invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring now to the drawings in detail, as shown in FIGS. 3-4, a golf bag of the present invention comprises a bottom 1, a frame 2 and two 3. Each of the stays 3 is provided to connect the bottom 1 with the top frame 2. In the present invention, a reinforce component 4 is provided between the bottom 1 and the top frame 2 to connect with the stays 3. The reinforce component 4 is circular which is an elastic component. The reinforce component 4 has a plurality of connecting portions with the stays 3 which are concaved interiorly for receiving the stays 3 and then connecting with the stays 3 in an unmovable manner. Thus avoiding the connecting portions protruding outsides relative to other parts of the golf bag so as to eliminate an influence on the golf bag's appearance. Referring to FIGS. 5-6, the golf bag of the invention can have two or four stays 3. Understandably, the amount of the stays may be only one or more than four. Accordingly, the reinforce component 4 only needs to change position and amount of its concaved portions according to the stays 3.

In the present invention, because there are the bottom 1 and the top frame 2 in two ends of each of the stays 3 and a reinforce component 4 in middle of the stays 3 to fix relative positions of the stays 3, so as to prevent relative positions among the stays 3, the bottom 1, and the top frame 2 from changing, and also avoid a twist between the bottom 1 and the top frame 2. At the same time, the reinforce component 4 with elasticity can help retraction of the stays 3 after the pressure exerted thereto being removed, and prevent objects, such as golf clubs, in the golf bag from damage when the golf bag is twisted or pressed. In addition, the reinforce component 4 can rapidly return to its original shape when the pressure exerted thereto being removed due to its elasticity.

It is understood that the invention may be embodied in other forms without departing from the spirit thereof. Thus, the present examples and embodiments are to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, and the invention is not to be limited to the details given herein.
