A manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect refers to stacking up multi-layer materials, such as denim, twill, weave fabric, knit fabric, elastic fabric, leather, polyurethane (PU), transparent PU (TPU), paper, silicon, and plastic, via integrally adhering or sewing the layers together, such that the layer materials, which may have various colors but the same material, the same color but various materials, various colors and materials or the same color and material, can be combined to form a base board. Subsequently, by way of a cutting mold or computerized laser, the base board is cut to form cut pieces of specific shapes, thereby sewing single or pluralities of the cut pieces to the cap to accomplish a visual effect of multi-layer colors or materials that the side edges of the cut pieces would present. Combination of the present invention to the cap would make the cap enriched of feelings of novelty, vividness and uniqueness.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(a) Technical Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect, particularly to one that is available for manufacturing a cap insignia having multi-layer 3D effect, which is adapted to combine to a cap to enhance the aesthetic feeling of the cap.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

General cap decorations are made via embroidery, including flat stitches, stereo stitches, etc. Flat stitches are performed in the pattern to be embroidered such that the thread directly goes through the embroidered fabric to spread all over the embroidered pattern. Stereo stitches are performed in the pattern with a stuff padded under the threads, in order to make the embroidery pattern a convex effect.

Conventional stereo embroidery is processed by way of stacking, i.e. starting from a pattern on the base fabric, which is in a relatively small size, stacking up the threads layer by layer until the stacked-up threads have a certain height, thereby the embroidery pattern will have a stereo effect. However, as the threads must be stacked up layer by layer, the thread materials, the stitches and the processing time are considerably consuming.

Accordingly, to obtain a stereo aesthetic feeling for a cap decoration or insignia without wasting too many/much threads and time, subsequently to improve the procedure of manufacturing a cap, the invention has disclosed a novel procession, which may accomplish 3D cap decorations of various effect for applying to caps via sewing to integrally combine together, thereby enhancing the novelty and vividness of the caps.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect, which can be applicable to manufacture of a cap insignia of multi-layer 3D effect, thereby enhancing the integral processing efficiency, and concomitantly reducing the manufacture cost.

The secondary object of the invention is to provide a manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect, which can be applicable to manufacture of a cap insignia of multi-layer 3D effect, such that the cap insignia may permit the stylized pattern to present a visual effect of far and near, and perform a vivid theme, thereby more attracting the consumers.

To obtain the above objects, the technique adopted by the present invention refers to compounding materials, such as denim, twill, weave fabric, knit fabric, elastic fabric, leather, polyurethane (PU), transparent PU (TPU), paper, silicon, and plastic, via integrally adhering or sewing the layers together, such that the layer materials, which may have various colors but the same material, the same color but various materials, various colors and materials, or the same color and material, can be combined to form a base board. Subsequently, by way of a cutting mold or computerized laser, the base board is cut to obtain cut pieces of specific shape, thereby sewing single or pluralities of the cut pieces to the cap to accomplish a visual effect that the edges of the cut pieces would present multi-layer colors or materials. Combination of the present invention to the cap would make the cap enriched of feelings of novelty, vividness and uniqueness.

The foregoing object and summary provide only a brief introduction to the present invention. To fully appreciate these and other objects of the present invention as well as the invention itself, all of which will become apparent to those skilled in the art, the following detailed description of the invention and the claims should be read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Throughout the specification and drawings identical reference numerals refer to identical or similar parts.

Many other advantages and features of the present invention will become manifest to those versed in the art upon making reference to the detailed description and the accompanying sheets of drawings in which a preferred structural embodiment incorporating the principles of the present invention is shown by way of illustrative example.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The following descriptions are of exemplary embodiments only, and are not intended to limit the scope, applicability or configuration of the invention in any way. Rather, the following description provides a convenient illustration for implementing exemplary embodiments of the invention. Various changes to the described embodiments may be made in the function and arrangement of the elements described without departing from the scope of the invention as set forth in the appended claims.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is firstly required the preparation of a base board 10, which can be a combination of multi-layer materials, including denim, twill, weave fabric, knit fabric, elastic fabric, leather, polyurethane (PU), transparent PU (TPU), paper, silicon, and plastic in form of a sheet. The embodiment shown in FIG. 1 has various stacked-up materials a, b, c & d.

As shown in FIG. 2, a cutter 30 is used to get cut pieces 20 of a specific shape from the base board 10. The mentioned cutter 30 may be a cutter mold (not shown) for integrally cutting pluralities of cut pieces at one time. Alternatively, a computerized laser can be utilized to obtain cut pieces of the same shape.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the cut pieces 20 are sewn onto the cap 50 via a sewing needle 40 and threads 41. Therefore, it is apparent that the side edge of the cut pieces 20 has multi-layer of various materials a, b, c & d or colors, thereby accomplishing a cap insignia of stereo effect for being sewn to the front piece 51 of the cap 50 (as shown in FIG. 4) to present a visual feeling of vividness which is out of the ordinary headgear.

Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, adopting the afore-mentioned procedures, the invention can derive various manufacture, i.e. using the cutter 30 to cut the multi-layer baseboard 10 to obtain cut pieces 61 of specific shape; cutting down cut pieces (62, 63, 64, 65) of the same shape but various sizes; adhering all the cut pieces (61, 62, 63, 64, 65) layer by layer to form a stair-type cap insignia 60 (as shown in FIG. 7), and then using the sewing needle 40 and threads 41 of a computerized sewing machine to sew the stair-type cap insignia 60 to an appropriate position of the front piece 51 of the cap 50, thereby accomplishing a cap 52 having a stair-type cap insignia 60 (as shown in FIG. 8).

Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, as the shown preferred embodiment, the manufacture of the invention can be altered, i.e. cutting down cut pieces of various shapes and sizes, in order to perform a vivid style. As shown, the cut pieces may be in form of a cap 71, an eye 72, a dark-colored body 73, a fish lip 74 and a light-colored body 75. By way of stacking up the afore-said cut pieces, a cap decoration 70 in form of a lovely and finny dolphin cartoon will be accomplished. The cap decoration 70 is sewn to the cap 53 to accomplish a cap having a lovely style.

Referring to FIGS. 11 and 12, in a further embodiment of the same technical concept, each of the hollowed-out cut pieces 82 is prepared as a pattern area having hollowed-out portions 84. A cut piece 81 of a transparent material is adhered onto the hollowed-out cut piece 82, while a complete unhallowed-out cut piece 83 is adhered to the underside of the hollowed-out cut piece 82, such that the cut piece 81 of transparent material, the hollowed-out cut piece 82 and the unhallowed-out cut piece 83 will combine together to form a cap decoration 80 of a 3D style. The cap decoration 80 is sewn to the appropriate position of the front piece 51 of the cap 54 to accomplish a cap 54 of a novel style.

Referring to FIGS. 13 and 14, in a further embodiment of the same technical concept, the hollowed-out cut pieces 93 can alternatively be prepared as a pattern area having hollowed-out portions 94 which can be filled with a multi-layer cut piece 91 of various colors and/or a multi-layer cut piece 92 of various materials. The combination of the multi-layer cut piece 91/92 of various colors/materials and the hollowed-out cut piece 93 will form a cap decoration 90 of a stereo inlay style. The cap decoration 90 is sewn to the front piece 51 of the cap 55 to accomplish a cap 55 of a novel style.

Concluded above, the invention relates to combining multi-layer sheets of various materials and colors to form a base board, cutting down cut pieces from this base board to present a gradational stereo feeling. Applying the cut pieces of gradational stereo effect to derive various cap insignias and cap decorations, and subsequently sewing them to a cap to enhance the cap quality and its diversification style.

It will be understood that each of the elements described above, or two or more together may also find a useful application in other types of methods differing from the type described above.

While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. A manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect, including stacking up multi-layer materials to form a base board, cutting therefrom cut pieces of specific shapes, sewing the cut pieces onto a cap via a sewing needle and threads, thereby accomplishing a novel cap insignia of a multi-layer 3D effect.

2. The manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect according to claim 1, wherein the material can be mono-color.

3. The manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect according to claim 1, wherein the material can be multi-color.

4. The manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect according to claim 1, wherein the material can alternatively be denim, twill, weave fabric, knit fabric, elastic fabric, leather, polyurethane (PU), transparent PU (TPU), paper, silicon and plastic pieces.

5. The manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect according to claim 4, wherein the base board is made by compounding various kinds of materials layer by layer.

6. The manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect according to claim 1, wherein the cutter can be a cutting mold or computerized laser for cutting the base board to form cut pieces.

7. The manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect according to claim 1, wherein the cut pieces have the same shape but various sizes, such that when those cut pieces are stacked up, a stair-type cap insignia can be accomplished.

8. The manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect according to claim 1, wherein the cut pieces have various shapes and outlines, such that pluralities of cut pieces having various shapes and colors can be stacked up to finally accomplish a lovely, finny cartoon-style cap decoration.

The manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect according to claim 1, wherein cut pieces can alternatively be hollowed-out cut pieces, each of which has a hollowed-out portion; a cut piece of a transparent material is adhered onto the hollowed-out piece, while a complete unhallowed-out cut piece is adhered to the underside of the hollowed-out piece, thereby the transparent material, the hollowed-out cut piece and the unhallowed-out cut piece will combine together to form a cap decoration of 3D style for being further sewn to the cap to accomplish a novel cap.

The manufacture of a cap decoration of multi-layer 3D effect according to claim 1, wherein the cut piece can alternatively be a hollowed-out cut piece having a hollowed-out portion, which can be filled with a multi-layer cut piece of various colors or materials, such that the hollowed-out cut piece, the cut pieces of various colors and/or materials will combine together to present a cap decoration of stereo inlay style; and then the cap decoration is sewed to the cap to accomplish a novel cap.
